• Florien (4/5): kamer was teleurstellend, locatie was top! - De locatie van ons appartement was uitstekend. Je liep de deur uit en liep gelijk tegen een plein aan en de Las Setas! Supermarkt was ook erg dichtbij net zoals veel horecagelegenheden. Als je de eigenaar belde nam hij snel op en kwam wel met een oplossing. Ons appartement (appartement C) was ontzettend vochtig en rook erg muf. Er was geen raam, wat als je de foto's ziet ook klopt. Er lagen in ons hele appartement vreemde plassen water die de gehele week toen we er waren niet zijn opgedroogd. Deze lagen bijvoorbeeld onder de tafel waar verder ook niks boven zat wat kon lekken. Al onze kleding die we thuis droog hadden meegenomen werden vochtig, handdoeken en badmatten droogden niet op en er zat overal schimmel. Vooral bij de douche. Raak vooral niet in de war als je op de foto een keuken ziet staan, deze staat niet in de beschrijving genoemd. Je hebt dan wel een inductieplaat maar voor de rest niks om mee te koken, al zou ik dit sowieso niet aanraden, aangezien de geur dan waarschijnlijk blijft hangen. Het bed was voor twee personen vrij smal, maar lag goed genoeg. Aan het eind van de week begon ook onze boiler te lekken, we hebben de eigenaar gebeld en die wou wel mensen langs sturen als we maar de sleutels achterlieten zodat zij het konden maken. Is aardig van hem, maar als al onze spullen daar liggen en wij er niet zijn vonden wij dat toch niet zo'n goed idee. Verder nog met Booking gebeld, die hebben geprobeerd met man en macht iets voor ons te regelen, helaas is dat niet gelukt. Zelfs de 10,- euro compensatie die we zouden krijgen heb ik nooit meer gezien. Tegen Booking werd verteld dat er aangeboden was om de kamer schoon te maken, maar dit aanbod hadden wij nog nooit gehoord. Al en al heel vreemd en gewoon smerig. Verder kregen we wel het bericht waar de dweil en handdoeken waren, wat voor ons overkwam als doe het maar zelf. Als je dit boekt weet dan dus als je appartement C hebt, dat het misschien handig is om een dehumidifier mee te nemen. ;) (wij hebben alles met een fohn gedaan).

• Irune (6/5): - La ubicación No tenía ventana exterior, por lo que había mucha humedad y se concentraba el olor. Tuvimos problemas con el check-in porque mandaron el código de nuestra habitación a otra pareja y acabamos entrando 40 minutos más tarde.

• Sofia (10/5): Muito agradável, voltaria. - A localização era excelente, mesmo perto do Antiquarium e das Setas de Sevilha, e a 6 minutos da Casa de Pilatos. Não tenho nada a dizer da limpeza, estava impecável. Tinha secador, frigorífico e microondas a funcionar. Muito agradável para o preço. Ligação ao Wi-Fi boa. Ao início tinha um cheiro mais intenso por estar fechado, mas depois passou. O facto de ter apenas uma janela, faz com que seja mais necessário usar luz artificial, mas não é crítico.

• Ilaria (5/5): - The Location Unpleasant welcome Rough communication and no space for nice and flexible hospitality. The property itself is ok, pretty basic, it misses small adjustments in order to make it comfortable, Plugged sink and terrible smell in the toilet

• jayden (10/5): - Really comfortable and spacious rooms, right around the corner of setas too so for the location it is an absolute steal! Bed was really comfortable got everything what you need in a close perimeter no complaints from my side

• Marta (5/5): - La ubicación no se puede mejorar, a pocos minutos a pie de los monumentos más importantes. Había un frigorífico. No recibí respuesta telefónica cuando llamé a la dueña, aunque lo intenté cuatro veces. Ella insistió en hablar por el chat. La cama hace mucho ruido. El baño huele mal. En el apartamento no había nada para poder lavar los platos. Se puede ver que estos fueron lavados tan solo con agua.
• L. (4/5): - La ubicación es muy céntrica sin duda de 10. No me gustó el que no hubiera ventanas. No hay ventilación y hay malos olores dicen que por los bajantes. Te ponen una toalla por huésped para la ducha pero ninguna para el lavabo. La cama muy incómoda y el sofá más aún. No hay tele ni tampoco armarios para guardar la ropa. Sé que es un estudio pero creo que hay cosas mínimamente necesarias. La chica con la que traté por sms me atendió muy bien , lo único es que el día antes de la salida me sugirió que le vendría bien que saliera antes de las 11 am y que si por favor pudiera sacar la basura algo que me sorprendió. Cómo también la fianza de 100 € que te piden puesto que no sé que podrías romper si prácticamente no hay nada en el estudio. Nunca he puesto malos comentarios de una estancia pero me hubiera gustado saber algo de esto cuando reservé.

• ilias30 (10/5): Άνετη διαμονή - Απόλυτα κεντρική τοποθεσία.. Υπαρχει κλειστό παρκινκ αρκετά Κοντά στα 3 λεπτά με 25 ευρώ τη μέρα.. Καθαρό.. Με ωραίο ντιζάιν Υπήρχε πάντα η αίσθηση μυρωδιάς μούχλας.. Το οποίο θα έπρεπε με κάποιο αρωματικό να το περιορίζουν..

• Marie-Claude (8/5): Super séjour dans un loft confortable et bien situé. - Super bien situé dans un quartier vivant. Très tranquille et sécuritaire la nuit. Karina nous a donné plein de recommandations et réservé un spectacle de flamenco absolument fabtastique! Concernant l’odeur des tuyaux, elle nous a conseillé de laisser le ventilateur de la salle de bain fonctionner et de fermer la porte ce qui a régler le problème. Le lit et le canapé mériteraient d’être remplacés.

Luego de 1 h de espera en la puerta con las maletas, decidimos alojarnos ese día en otro lado, pagando doble reserva.

• Léa (10/5): Super séjour! - Le logement est identique aux photos, tout était propre et la clim est vraiment appréciable. J’étais très bien située, à proximité de tout. Le patio est adorable, très typique. Karina a été tellement gentille et disponible que c’est avec plaisir que je reviendrai prochainement! Le seul bémol, mais l’hôte et le logement n’y sont pour rien, ce sont les autres habitants / voyageurs qui ne respectent pas vraiment le silence

• María del Mar (6/5): No me gustó - Ubicación Olor a cañerías insoportable en un bajo sin ventilación y casera mandando mil mensajes al móvil. El remate fue que aunque no pude entrar hasta las 4 había que salir a las 10 y tirar yo la basura.

• Shane (9/5): Fantastic host and location. Beautiful comfortable place - The property manager was amazing. Sent us so much information about places to see and eat at. Location was fantastic and easy to access by bus. Beautiful cool room. Bed was a little bit hard. Some other visitors upstairs were a bit noisy one night. Otherwise no complaints at all
• H (7/5): Good - Fabulous location, everything is a maximum of 15m away. I have high standards of cleanliness, and the flat was quite clean. Nice modern furnishings, looks like the pics. Shame about the smell of damp though. Perhaps it should be aired out more often/ install an air purifier. We only stayed for a night though so it wasn't a massive issue
• Brahim (4/5): Disappointing - Optimal position in the city center. Autonomous check-in and check-out. Strong cellar smell, indeed the place has no windows to the outside. Strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Not very soundproof.
• Nimfa (7/5): Good - For a solo traveller the apartment was very spacious. It had everything I needed. The location was in the area where there were a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Very close to tourist destinations too. I walked every time to and from this apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was an easy self check in. She provided me with tons of recommendations, too. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The moldy smell was a problem. It triggered my allergy and I was sneezing the whole time. I had to sleep with the blanket covering my entire head at night because I couldn't sleep with the smell. The bathroom sink was gorgeous but the pipes under it were leaking. It would have been nice if there was a TV. No natural light coming in. I had to open the lights the whole time.
• Asif (1/5): Uncomfortable - Location Every thing besides location was terrible. Terrible bed and uncomfortable pillows, bathroom cold and tiny shower with no shower amenities like soap or shampoo. I would never stay again. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

• Adeel (9/5): Superb - Very good location, right in the center. Very helpful hostess who guided us about the city and about the amenities. The room was quite spacious, and comfortable. There was a scent of humidity or something like that in the room.
• Mariam (10/5): Enjoyed our 2 night stay! if I was to come back to Seville then I would choose to stay here again. The host was amazing - Location, the property itself, clean, the size of the apartment, it was adaptable, as soon as I walked in it gave me student vibes. That’s a positive as it had everything one would need. Nothing to say but if I had to write one thing then I probably say that it had no television but that wasn’t an issue.
• Isabel (2/5): Very poor - The location The stench of humidity was unbearable. My partner is allergic to mold, we had to sleep with the window and door open. If it hadn't been for the fact that it was a break of just hours as we arrived very late from the flight and had to leave early, we would have looked for another hotel. It truly is a closed smell with intense humidity, you can see that it was an old house and they have only been able to leave a window that overlooks the common patio where everyone enters. They can easily enter through the window if you leave it open.

• Christophe (7/5): Good - Location, owner was great at communication. Fridge, comfy bed and the place looked pretty nice. The air felt a bit restrained and heavy with no window directly connected to outside (little privacy issue with the window over the door, id recommend placing a textile or anything over it). Also appeared to have a little ant problem. But if you’re used to camping its very very tolerable.
