• Annamaria (5/5): Buona posizione, ma ci sono diversi aspetti da migliorare - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una notte prima del volo di ritorno da Kuala Lumpur. Uno degli aspetti sicuramente positivi è la posizione centrale: l’appartamento si trova vicino alle Petronas Towers e a tutte le principali attrazioni del centro, il che è davvero comodo per chi vuole esplorare la città senza doversi spostare troppo. Inoltre, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento in sé è essenziale, ma presenta delle mancanze: nella camera da letto non c’erano comodini né lampade, il che rende un po’ scomodo anche solo appoggiare il telefono o avere una luce soft la sera. Le uniche luci disponibili sono quelle centrali, molto forti, e possono essere accese solo dall’interruttore vicino alla porta del bagno: davvero poco pratico se ci si sveglia durante la notte. Un altro aspetto che ci ha lasciato molto delusi è stato il livello di pulizia del bagno, che era decisamente insufficiente. Il pavimento presentava macchie evidenti e tracce di sporco (come si può vedere dalle foto), tanto che si percepiva una sensazione di appiccicoso camminandoci con le scarpe. Questo è sicuramente un punto su cui sarebbe necessario intervenire con maggiore attenzione. Inoltre, è stato fornito solo un asciugamano a testa, da usare per tutto (mani, viso, corpo), cosa non molto igienica né comoda, soprattutto per soggiorni di più giorni. Infine, è importante sapere che non è possibile pagare con carta di credito: il pagamento può avvenire solo in contanti e in valuta malese (MYR), il che può risultare scomodo per i turisti che arrivano senza contanti o con altre forme di pagamento elettronico.

• Sadia (10/5): I'm sharing my wonderful experience with this hotel for the benefit of future visitors. - The hotel staff was outstanding and highly professional with a nice attitude; the room size was very large, even though we only stayed for two people; nonetheless, four people could easily stay in that apartment because it has a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. A few additional things I'd like to mention: the location is convenient, and if you're looking for a relaxing vacation or a business trip, you should stay at their hotel because their apartment is serene and comfortable. They include an amazing infinity pool, a gorgeous garden that will take your breath away, and a sizable gym with modern facilities. All I can say is that the hotel was well worth the price I paid. Highly recommended.
• Abul (10/5): Lovely place to stay and great cutomer service - Simply one of the best and nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! In the heart of the city. A very large room can accomodate at least four people very comfortably. Amazing property, nice view, and great relaxing feel, very clean and tidy. From start to finish the attention to details from the staff, who immediately focused on a concern in the service. Great housekeeping, the comfort and service was impeccable, impressed by the level of attention and care of the staff have to make stay enjoyable. Good customer service. I will definitely strongly recommend this place and return in the future. None
