O check in foi confuso! Falaram que as informações seriam passadas pelo whatsapp e não foram. Eu não entro sempre no booking, não tenho app do booking no celular, então eu não consegui achar o local, com 2 malas enormes. Quando cheguei a tv tb não funcionou, até foi uma pessoa no sábado a noite pra arrumar, mas esse tipo coisa deveria ser revisto antes do hóspede chegar. A ar condicionado estava pingando e molhou todo o chão e por fim, o café da manhã foi nota 3. Apenas 1 ovo cozinho e pão. Não tem fruta, nada fresh. Só comi um dia.

• Palmitjavila Barcelo (1/5): - Bonsoir, nous n'avons pas pu accéder aux appartements, au numéro 11 decl la rue, aucun panneau avec le nom, personne pour vous accueillir, même les commerçants du quartier ne connaissent pas, j'ai téléphoné, et un répondeur répétait des numéros incompréhensibles, donc j'ai dû chercher un un hotel, un vendredi soir, avec un enfant de 11 ans et mon épouse avec des béquilles, nous avons trouvé à minuit l'hôtel ilisia. J'espère que vous me rembourserez la somme payée, sinon vous me perdrez comme client.

Jajeczka na twardo z tostami plus bułeczki z różnymi nadzieniami na słono i słodko, bardzo dobre. Bardzo miła obsługa przy śniadaniu. Jesli wrocimy do Aten w najbliższym czasie to na pewno do tego samego apartamentu! Nie było nic takiego

The accommodation is well equipped, modern and clean. Breakfast was served in a nearby restaurant, it was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely return to this accommodation.

• Alexia (8/5): Cómodo, bien ubicado y buena relación calidad/precio - El lugar está muy bien ubicado para conocer Atenas. El apartamento es tranquilo y no se oye casi ruido de fuera. Esto es muy valorable en Atenas. La cama es cómoda y el apartamento tiene una buena TV y un baño cómodo. Desde la ventana se ve el Acrópolis. La vista es espectacular. La atención del anfitrión es muy buena. Responde pronto y está pendiente de lo que necesitas. Está muy limpio. Para un viaje de dos personas por primera vez en Atenas, es perfecto. La entrada al edificio es atravesando un centro comercial, y necesita un poco de aclaración. El elevador se nos quedó atascado un par de veces. El desayuno se hace en una cafetería cercana. El personal es muy amable, pero no hay fruta ni mucho para elegir que no sea pizza o pan. Pedimos que nos hicieran más huevos cocidos, ante la falta de opciones. Creo que vendría bien avisar sobre qué consta el desayuno en la descripción del alojamiento. El calentador hay que encenderlo con tiempo de antelación. Esto es posible a veces, pero no siempre. Nos duchamos con agua fría uno de los días porque no había tiempo de esperar a que el calentador calentara.

• EFSTRATIOS (7/5): - Ησυχία. Κέντρο Αθήνας. Δεν υπήρχαν σιτες στα παράθυρα. Μέσα στο δωμάτιο βρήκαμε πάρα πολλά κουνούπια αν και Απρίλιος. Το σαμπουάν 2 μικρά μπουκαλάκια για 2 άτομα για 5 διανυκτερεύσεις. Τελικά τους χαρίσαμε ενα μπουκάλι αντικουνουπικό σπρέι και ενα μεγαλο μπουκάλι σαμπουάν. :)

• Ankush (7/5): Good stay could be better - Location, staff and the fact that it provided breakfast are best things. View of acropolis from window. Internet is bad we struggled a lot with wifi. My partner felt there was some strange smell in the apartment but bearable. Toilet flush is tricky it gets stuck. Should have more forks in the kitchenette and AC works only when window is closed instructions were not there.

Personale gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste. L’ingresso agli appartamenti è vecchio e poco pulito, ma l’appartamento è molto grande, nuovissimo e ben attrezzato con tutto l’occorrente.

• Clara (9/5): Recomendable, pero sin desayuno - La ubicación es muy buena para cualquier cosa que hagas. Las instalaciones son nuevas, muy completas si quieres desayunar o incluso comer en el piso. La única crítica es el desayuno, no recomiendo incluirlo en la reserva. Está en una pizzería cercana, no eliges lo que quieres desayunar, sino que, te ponen unas cajas con bollería industrial, pan de molde con mermeladas y un huevo cocido, ninguna calidad vamos. • Jose Luis (8/5): Estupenda - La ubicación del apartamento es fantástica, justo en el centro de Atenas. Puedes visitar los sitios principales directamente andando. Quizás comentar que sería conveniente tener una cortina en la ducha del baño.

La colazione nel locale poco distante buonissima abbondante i gestori gentilissimi e accoglienti! Ci siamo sentiti coccolati ! Una super vacanza grazie e complimenti! /

L'unica nota stonata è il contesto in cui è inserito l'appartamento perché il palazzo un po' degradato e sporco... ma per fortuna l'appartamento è tutto l'opposto!

• Irene (9/5): - Excelente Localização, não sendo necessário utilizar transportes para visitar todos os locais que pretendíamos - Acrópole, Museu da Acrópole, Plaka, Anfitiotika, Monatiraki... Suite confortável-camas, casa de banho... Sugeria a existência de mais um copo ou dois e sobretudo de uma pequena mesa para refeições e mais uma cadeira, visto que se trata de uma suite que pode albergar três pessoas - nós éramos dois adultos e uma criança. Só tomámos uma refeição em casa mas tivemos de improvisar... Trata-se apenas de uma sugestão de melhoria pois a estadia foi muito agradável.

• Gerard (9/5): Vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerders, die elke ochtend bij het ontbijt terug zagen. - Ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een paar kleine zaken hebben wat reparatie nodig, maar die doen niets af aan het comfort

• Martina (10/5): - Ho soggiornato qui con il mio compagno e siamo stati benissimo. La camera era davvero bellissima, con una vista stupenda che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Tutto era organizzato alla perfezione e la posizione, nel pieno centro della città, è davvero comodissima. Un ringraziamento speciale va a chi gestisce la struttura per l'attenzione ai dettagli e la disponibilità, sempre ! Avevo richiesto una piccola sorpresa per un compleanno e siamo rimasti senza parole: abbiamo trovato la camera meravigliosamente addobbata. Un gesto davvero apprezzato che ha reso tutto ancora più indimenticabile. Un particolare saluto, alla signora Anna: gentilissima, disponibile e sempre con il sorriso che, ogni mattina insieme a suo team ed il figlio Antonio, ci accoglievano per la colazione a 100 m dalla struttura. • ANGELA (8/5): - La posizione della struttura è ottima per finalità turistiche, per una visita di 2/3 giorni. I servizi di trasporto sono vicini, a circa 8/10 minuti (a dir tanto) di distanza. Il personale del bar La Piazzetta è gentilissimo. Ottimi caffè e cappuccini e brioches. Nulla da dire, tenendo conto che si è in un bar e non in un albergo con colazione a buffet. In un'ottica di miglioramento mi permetto di evidenziare: - la doccia forse dovrebbe prevedere una porta e/o qualche soluzione per evitare l'allagamento del bagno; la ricezione satellitare della TV sarebbe certamente da controllare.
• Paola (10/5): Ottima scelta - Ottima posizione in pieno centro ma senza nessun rumore esterno . L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, ho apprezzato molto il bagno spazioso e con tutte le comodità. Ritornerò sicuramente!
