• Conchi Heinzen (5/5): Nettes Apartment, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche stellt - Die Lage war gut, man ist schnell überall hingekommen. Was hat uns nicht gefallen: Das Bett war sehr schmal, es sind "spanische Bettgrößen Angaben". Die Möbel in der Küche hatten Ihre gute Zeit schon lange hinter sich. Die Dusche war vom Schimmel befallen. Wir wollten 1x die Hand- und Duschtücher wechseln lassen, da diese aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht trockneten, wir haben die Vermieter kontaktiert, nur leider waren diese nicht zuvorkommend, die Antwort war: Wir sollten die Handtücher doch waschen und trocknen, da eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war, fanden wir nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Wenn wir eine Woche Urlaub machen, wollen wir nicht die Zeit mit Waschen verbringen, das ist aber nur unsere Meinung. Das Apartment war sehr hellhörig, man konnte fast jedes Wort vom Nachbarn verstehen. Jeden Morgen um 7 Uhr wurden über uns die Möbel verrückt, warum weiß man nicht. Im EG lief den ganzen Tag Musik, Fernseher, Radio, wir wissen es nicht genau, wir waren zwar tagsüber unterwegs, aber in der Zeit wo wir anwesend waren, haben wir die ganze Zeit das Gedudel gehört, komischerweise hat sich wohl niemand dran gestört. Es ist auch keine reine Apartment-Anlage, wo man nur Touristen vermutet, das Apartment befindet sich im 2. Stock einer reinen Wohnanlage, die mit Einheimischen bewohnt ist. Das ist kein Mangel, aber da herrschen einfach andere Sitten.
• Sònia (10/5): Visitar Sevilla y alojarte en una zona tranquila - Amplitud y comodidad. Fuimos 3 personas y tienes todo lo que necesitas. Además te sientes acompañada en todo momento, desde antes incluso de llegar, se preocupan de preguntar y hacer seguimiento de tu estancia. Todo genial
• hooters (8/5): - Appartamento tranquillo in un palazzo, ingresso senza chiavi con codice che viene fornito in anticipo. Appartamento dotato di pentole, bicchieri, piatti e posate, comodo per chi ogni tanto desidera cucinarsi qualcosa. Supermercati a 150 metri Secondo piano senza ascensore, quando si entrava e si usciva si sentiva il cane dell'appartamento di sotto che abbaiava.

• Laurella84 (8/5): Buono - L'appartamento era abbastanza carino e comodo,si raggiungono facilmente le varie attrazioni. L'appartamento è dotato di lavatrice e altri elettrodomestici che non abbiamo usato. Siamo arrivati di sera dopo le 22 e l'appartamento era veramente freddo,abbiamo fatto 2 notti e l'aria condizionata era presente in camera e in cucina e purtroppo non sono bastate a scaldare la casa. Si,abbiamo avuto freddo! Cuscini da rivedere

Eva ha estat en tot moment molt receptiva i ens ha ofert moltes informacions sobre què fer, restaurants....ens hem comunicat per WhatsApp. El barri molt segur i agradable a un pas de tot arreu Tot correcte. No hi ha ascensor, així que per persones amb mobilitat reduïda és complicat perquè és un segon pis

• Sara (10/5): Siamo state veramente bene, speriamo di tornarci presto - La struttura era accogliente, pulita, spaziosa, dotata veramente di tutto. Situata proprio al centro di Siviglia perciò era semplicissimo raggiungere tantissimi luoghi da visitare. Eva gentilissima, ti organizza il trasposto se ti è necessario dall aereoporto alla struttura, ti consiglia dove mangiare, e cosa visitare a Siviglia. Veramente tutto ottimo
• Yiğit (10/5): We felt like home - They have bidet in bathroom, which is most valuable aspect for tourist from Turkiye :). Coffee machine is great and you have all the gadget and equipment in apartment. You can reach anywhere you want by walk (min 2 minutes - max 25 minutes)

• Gigi (10/5): Tutto fantastico, abitazione curata nei dettagli ed ubicata in zona fantastica in stabile tranquillo - Colazione non compresa, ma cucina dotata di ogni confort per organizzarsi autonomamente. Zona strategica in quanto ubicata sia a pochi passi dal centro e sia vicino ad una serie di attrazioni, monumenti e servizi molto utili come ad esempio: capolinea degli autobus, centri commerciali, garage, ristoranti, fruttivendolo ed altre attività molto utili per il turista Non ci ha deluso proprio nulla, anzi tanti complimenti ad Eva padrona di casa sempre presente, gentile e disponibile, molto preparata all'accoglienza del turista, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa per tutta la durata del soggiorno, in un quadro magico come si è per noi rivelata la meravigliosa Andalucia. Dovessimo tornare a Siviglia, non esiteremo neanche un attimo a tornare in questa struttura

• Marko (9/5): Easy ride, lovely area - Excellent host and location. Few min walking from first tourist sights. We like it a lot. Sevilla city center and Triana center is close enough to avoid any public transport.
