This apartment left us wanting to stay longer. The location was perfect. The host was perfect. I have never been more pleased. Nothing everything was great and as advertised. Everything was in order and clean the host made sure that we were comfortable and happy the entire time.

• Bargainhunter70 (9/5): Superb - Location and canal view were lovely. Hosts were very attentive to our needs. It was advertised as 3 bathroom but it is only two. There is a full ensuited bathroom downstairs but upstairs there is just a shower room and separate toilet for the two bedrooms upstairs. Ie there are two showers and two toilets in the apartment.
• Amine (10/5): was a beautiful stay in Venice made even more memorable with Swan Dolce Vita. - The apartment is stunning and in pristine condition. The palatial vibes of the living room overlooking a canal added to the charm of being in Venice. The attention to detail is exceptional. We were provided all the amenities you expect from a 5-star hotel including a spare local mobile phone in case it is needed. The staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with water taxi bookings and giving recommendations for places to visit or where to eat.
• Dilek (10/5): Exceptional - Going back to US from our summer vacation in Turkiye, we wanted to pass by Venice. It was my third and my husband's second time (but first time together and with the kids). I found this place by coincidence as it was very hard to find a single hotel room that would accommodate four of us. I am glad that I saw this place on booking.com. We risked it and had a great 'non-refundable' deal in June. Everything was as pictured and advertised. Isabella was great. She was very attentive to our needs and always very quick in responding messages. She even brought us breakfast to go when we were checking out. The place is elegant, spacious, comfortable, and close to many restaurants. The entrance using 3 keys, the building, and the decorations made us feel that we have been really living the Venice life. Drinking morning coffee while looking at the gondola traffic through high ceiling windows is something you can only experience in this place. A truly different experience from my previous visits. I do not think that we can stay anywhere else when we go back to Venice in future. The piano was a great bonus that my husband really enjoyed playing. We had a very romantic vacation despite the small kids :)

• Wachirapon (10/5): A magical stay in Venice - This place was a gem in Venice! We loved the location. Even though it was just steps from Piazzale Roma as well as the Santa Lucia train station, it was very quiet and peaceful inside. The air conditioning was key because we stayed during an uncharacteristically hot and humid week. Walking into the place felt like an oasis of cool and calm. I loved being able to people-watch from the huge windows. 4 adults had ample room. The kitchen was well-equipped. Our host was very friendly and responsive. They really thought of everything and we felt spoiled. It really is a special place. Our last night we had dinner at the restaurant just under the property and it was delicious with excellent service. Couldn’t ask for more. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. Nothing

This was a truly memorable experience! - The apartment was immaculate, exactly as pictured, in a great location (very close to the train station, but also walkable to San Marco Square and other points of interest). The A/C worked very well and we slept comfortably on the plush beds (best sleep of all of our stays in Europe). Barbara was available for assistance, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and transportation. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, and the canal views can’t be beat! Not enough storage for luggage or shelf space for clothing/guest items in the second floor guest rooms. Also hard to control the lights that shine into one of the second floor guest rooms, but the host did supply sleep masks for our use.
• Herwick (10/5): Wonderful location - close to train but still local feel : luxurious and comfortable! - Luxurious, clean, comfortable. Barbara met us at train and brought us straight to the home. She welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco, a pastry, some waters, and sodas for kids. We enjoyed the location close to the train station- yet still a perfect Venetian canal view. Still a “local” feel despite the close proximity to the train! We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs and the quaint canal this home rests on. Thank you for a most luxurious, welcoming stay. We would recommend to other families 🇮🇹💚
• Hübner (10/5): Amazing Location! - The location is simply wonderful and breathtaking! Swan Dolce Vita is perfectly situated for a walk in Venice, with amazing restaurants right in front of it. The check-in process exemplifies next-level customer service, and I will definitely revisit this location next time I'm in Venice. There is a cleaning fee and an air conditioning fee that are not included in the booking.com price, but the location is worth the money anyway.

• Idil (10/5): The best house in Venice... - I am an interior architect who is constantly in the most beautiful places in the world due to my job, and searches for the most beautiful house in that city wherever I go. I have had dream-like experiences so far. This house was definitely one of the most impressive. In my opinion, there is no more beautiful house in Venice than this one. An incredible view, extraordinary design and furniture, great comfort and cleanliness, large spaces and bathrooms, everything you need, a lot of compliments and a wonderful, helpful host. We had such a wonderful experience that words are not enough to describe it. If you are coming to Venice and are lucky enough to find this house empty, I would definitely recommend you to keep it without hesitation.
