• societe (10/5): SUPER et rien à dire vu le prix ! - Super emplacement Très petit prix par rapport à tout ce que l'on trouve dans cette auberge : rouleau de papier wc, frigo, casier privatif, gel douche, micro-onde, lit fait avec des draps, serviette, wi-fi gratuit. J'ai même pu laver mon linge dans une lessiverie ! Super !
• societe (10/5): un très bon deal. Pour ce que l'on paie on ne peut demander plus ! - la situation très centrale et très pratique. Le prix très économique, le plus économique de la ville. Le wi-fi gratuit. Le rouleau de papier wc offert. Le lit que l'on trouve déjà fait avec des draps et même une serviette pour la douche ! La possibilité de laver et sécher son linge. Le petit casier privatif que l'on peut fermer à clés
• societe (10/5): J'y retournerai sans aucun doute - Tous les restaurants et bars et magasins à quelques secondes à pieds. Le confort de l'endroit et le super bas prix du logement Le wi-fi en libre service et gratuit Le frigo et le micro-onde le manque de politesse de certains autres hôtes qui sont sales et désordonnées et n'ont pas de respect pour les autres. C'est l'inconvénient d'une auberge !

Serviettes de bains et même papiers toilettes fournis ! Frigos et micro-ondes disponibles. Proximité des transports publics, de la gare et du lac. Situation optimale car située au center ville de Neuchâtel. Très confortable et tout peut se faire à pied ! Merci pour tout !
• societe (10/5): Excellente place, un prix très bas mais très confortable. A y retourner ! - la situation très pratique, à deux pas du lac, à proximité de la gare : tout se trouve à quelques pas ! Très bons restaurants à quelques secondes de marche. Bus à toute proximité. Supermarchés, magasins. C'est un endroit très pratique. L'auberge est confortable, simple mais bien pensée. Wi-fi gratuit J'ai aussi apprécié la buanderie en libre accès, avec machine à laver et à sécher : cela m'a été très pratique !

• Daniela (10/5): Propre, bien placé et pratique - La situation du logement est incroyable ! Au centre-ville, proche de tout les musées, les commerces, les cinémas, pour découvrir la ville. Tout est accessible à pied et c’était très pratique ! Situation géographique au top ! Le logement était propre, fonctionnel, pratique et économique. Je recommande vivement !

• Fernanda (1/5): Nulle - Nous n'avons pas réussi à dormir là-bas en raison du mauvais accueil de la personne et des informations très mauvaises. La façon dont les hôtes nous ont traités, avec un manque de respect flagrant et peu de politesse.

• Ilenia (5/5): Passable - The place is nice and clean and it's in the very centre of the city. The personal is kind. I wish it wasn't mentioned about the kitchen on the website. In fact, although there is one, there aren't any glass, pans, forks or dishes so it's impossible to use. It was also quite cold as one of the two heaters didn't work.
• Herve (9/5): A very quiet and central place. - A very responsive host. There is a small kitchen place but nothing to cook or just boil water, no cutlery. And so important for budget hikers.

• Diego (4/5): Great placement, but lacking in customer service and cleaning. - The location, the surrounding area is wonderful. The room was dirty and it was not cleaned properly. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and shower. I stayed 3 days and never saw the room being cleaned. I wrote a message letting them know this and just told me that the cleaning person was supposed to clean, but she didn't and that was that. The kitchen is in the room so if someone cooks anything in the little kitchenette, you smell everything. There is only one bathroom and shower, so you have to wait your turn even if you just want to brush your teeth. Calling this place a Hostel is a bit deceiving, it is just a room with 5 beds, one bathroom and a little kitchenette, there is no common-space area, lobby or staff working in person.

• Rene (7/5): Good - Good location. Bed are okay.quiet. is cheap price. The signal for the phone was hard to get to use the internet without a wifi. Prepare to be close to the windows or outside to have a good internet. Kitchen too small. You need to bring your own stuff to use in the kitchen.
