• Anthony (9/5): An Enjoyable stay. A nice coffee shop across the road. Was easy for us to get to the F1 - It had everything we needed for a week long stay. It had a washing machine, but no Dryer. We put some of our clothed to dry on the balcony. Security was good, as you needed a FOB to get into the main entry

• Dr Annamalai (7/5): The stay was comfortable. - I liked the room size and location. Using non-english speakers for customer service. They go on repeatedly saying the same answer "as read your check in instructions" over and over and again and again was frustrating. When we ring the property for help, I regret to say that the help was not provided.

• Siddhartha (9/5): Great- I will do it again - Great location and excellent facilities Reasonable requests for an hour late check out is to be considered, an hour does not make your world fall down but could make a huge difference in customer satisfaction rating from say 9 to 10. Particularly when your check in time is at 3, I don’t understand why you shouldn’t be allowing a customer to stay an hour extra!! I had kids with me, and with teenager kids you need extra time to make them get ready on time, so you need to look at requests on a case by case basis, not a blanket No !!
• An (9/5): Great place, would happily return, but poor comms from the people managing it. - The place is located in a beautiful suburb, close to a big supermarket and trams and trains. The bedrooms are comfortable and the whole place felt like a home away from home. Well kitted kitchen. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Comms prior to arriving were terrible. Whoever was responding to us didn't seem to read our messages properly, send very confusing messages back and forth and we had issues around getting the lockbox code for the key collection because we were meant to call them to pass a test (!) to prove we had watched a (badly made) online video about parking, when we were very clear we didn't have a car in the first place. Once we arrived, we mostly avoided all comms with the people managing it at any cost.
• Janis (10/5): Spent a lovely comfortable 2 weeks in Chic Abode. A 5 star stay for us. - Loved that it was very clean, the beds were so comfortable. It had everything we needed including a car park, a supermarket only 5 minutes walk away as well as the huge Caulfield Park just around the corner. We would absolutely recommend this 5 star property for a very enjoyable stay.

• Lotzof (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was superb, clean and well furnished.. It has all the equipment we needed to make for a comfortable stay. The fact that each room has it's own bathroom was a huge unexpected bonus. The only thing lacking was a washing line to dry our washing.

Clear communication; check-in 'test' is unusual but understand why it's necessary These are very small points but kitchen tap was loose & dishwasher hinge broken
• Maryanne (10/5): F A N T A S T I C !!!! My new home in Melbourne. I lived in Caulfield 1980’s . Love this area . Normandy Rd/ Bambra - I love Caulfield It was close to our Dr. appointment in Malvern Getting “IN” a night was a bit of challenge. But my 23 year old son. Had His head around & where to find the LOCKBOX. Parking underneath - safe. Short zip across the elevator. Walking in to 203 Apartment 😍😳😃 Just “wow” Spacious balcony. High ceilings. My son is 6’4”. He was impressed. Modern decor. SUPER clean. My new home away from home. Seriously “ I have found it” !!!!! 1. Take a good pair “ear plugs” . I use the wax type ( swimmers plugs). I take them every where ( Bali , KL). Kambrook get a fair bit of noisy traffic/ tram close by. 2. Take ( but) Silk Eye Mask ( my daughter gifted me one last Xmas) because bedroom does face EAST Morning sun comes thru. Although has block out blind . Sun still seeps thru the sides of window. Eye mask 👌👌 needed ( for me anyway) 3. Bed comfort. ……..6 out of 10. Nothin a GOOD topper would improve. To make it 10 out 10. Just a suggestion 👍

• Godfrey (10/5): It really is a chic abode! - Levi and Iman were exceptional in response to communication. We were so comfortable in the very much considered apartment, the toilets were specifically hygiene certified cleaned which my wife appreciated so much. There are plenty little details like milk in the fridge that elevated our stay with kids. I usually try different places, however thinking of going back here again. Nothing at all
• Anonymous (10/5): Excellent communication from Levi and a lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry & kitchen facilities - Very clean and the perfect size for the two of us. It was so nice, we didn’t make the Caulfield Cup 😀
