L'unica pecca sono stati i servizi igienici che, anche se puliti e senza ulteriori difetti, presentavano dei rubinetti dove la pressione era collegata direttamente alla temperatura, rendendo un'impresa ottenere la temperatura desiderata

La localisation est idéale à proximité du centre ville et du parc. Quelques équipements manquent pour un séjour plus long et le cumulus d'eau chaude est un peu petit.

• Isabelle (9/5): Klein appartement, ideaal voor citytrip voor 2 personen, ideaal gelegen, dicht bij metrostation. - Dicht bij metro, meeste bezienswaardigheden liggen op wandelafstand, vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Mooi uitzicht over de stad. Er had wat meer keukengerei mogen zijn.

• Inga (8/5): The stay was ok - Location and view, easiness to reach It is good for a couple. For the third person it is a low rolling bed which is not comfortable. Heat is off after 23:00 until 08:00am, which is not good in winter.

• Virgin_Piera (10/5): Monolocale con vista su milano - Vista mozzafiato su Milano,a 1minuto dalla metro Moscova, e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Garibaldi,ragazzo super disponibile e gentile,mi ha suggerito bei posti dove andare a girare e mangiare, letto comodo e piumone caldo,casa super riscaldata Era tutto perfetto davvero, tranne gli asciugamani che essendo in due ci sono stati lasciati 2 per la doccia e 1 solo x il viso!! C'è anche il bidet e due donne avrebbero a parer mio bisogno anche di uno piccolo aggiuntivo

• Yuri (10/5): - A very friendly host, there were absolutely no issues with obtaining the keys. The apartment was excellent, clean and comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the location of the apartment is absolutely perfect: one of the coziest and liveliest districts of Milan. There's really nothing to complain about. Maybe only the tap in the bathroom was a bit unusual :)
• SergeyBlokhnin (9/5): - A small apartment on the 13th floor. Conveniently located, close to the metro station. It's a 20-minute walk to the Duomo and a 10-minute walk to the Sforzesco Castle. The owner greeted us and gave us the keys, and we didn't even have to wait a minute.
• Chiara (8/5): Vista mozzafiato su Milano - La posizione è fantastica: si raggiunge a piedi qualsiasi luogo d’interesse del centro. Anche la vista, dal tredicesimo piano, è incredibilmente aperta, dal Bosco Verticale, al Duomo, al Castello Sforzesco! A pochi passi anche ottimi ristoranti/pizzerie e una piccola e deliziosa pasticceria per la colazione. Unico neo: il letto. Se potessi, consiglierei il proprietario di sostituire il divano-letto, piuttosto scomodo, con un bel letto matrimoniale, molto più funzionale per chi vi deve dormire (almeno in soggiorni brevi), trattandosi di un monolocale.

• Christhofer (10/5): Excelente estadia - Excelente estadia en el apartamento, era amplio, estaba limpio, la cocina fue de mucha ayuda para tomar algo caliente por la noche. El anfitrion fue muy amable y comprensivo, nos dejo llegar un par de horas antes dado que el tren llego temprano a la ciudad, e incluso hablaba varios idiomas lo que facilito mucho la comunicación. La ubicacion estaba inmejorable, cerca del metro, de restaurantes y supermercados, e incluso de algunas atracciones como el castello sforzesco.

El piso está bien situado para poder coger metro o moverse dando un paseo al centro. El piso en si, es antiguo, pero tenía lo básico para nuestra estancia. Relación calidad precio está bien, teniendo en cuenta los precios de Milan Echamos en falta un tostador. Dormimos en un sofá cama del salón, se hundía bastante el colchón.. para dos días no estuvo mal. Pero más días, puedes acabar con dolor de espalda.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect location with superb view - The location is perfect. It is a short walk to Duomo and other sights. The view from the flat and especially from the terrace is superb. It was easy to reach the host. He brought the keys and explained everything about the flat. For me it was a short stay, but the flat fits perfectly for longer stays. It has all necessary amenities: equipped kitchen, wi-fi, hairdryer, even the washing machine.

Kitchen was equipped the shower had limited hot water, it finished before i finished my shower. The bed which was a sofa was kind of broken in the middle, so it dipped in the middle. The problem was not the bed being sofa, it was that it was broken.

There is a Tram stop less than 2 minutes away from the apartment. A good value for your money. The only negative thing is that you can hear cars and traffic a little bit.

• Lorna (9/5): Great place to stay with a lovely view - Lovely apartment on the 13 floor so brilliant views. Really good price and opposite a lovely big park. Lots of restuarants around. Apartment was clean and a great place to stay. Really good host with great communication. The apartment felt very safe. With the app to get ibt the building and the apartment it was really easy. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to milan. We could have done with a bed rather than a sofa bed but for 5 nights it was fine enough. Was looking around for the fan that was mentioned in the facilities but couldn't find it, just opened the door while the windows were open when we got in to cool down quickly. Fine for that time of year but would have struggled with the summer months.

• Tal (10/5): Our 'home' in Milano :) - The flat is a home-away - pleasant, decorated, comfortable, inviting and clean. The view is awesome! And the building lobby is nice too. The shower was good too - ample hot water with strong water pressure. The only thing to mention here is the bed is actually a sofa-bed, a good sturdy one but still. My partner found it somewhat uncomfortable, I slept like a log.

I had thought that all the previous reviews complaining about the sofa bed were about a spare/extra bed, but no, the squeaky banana-shaped sofa bed is the only bed. We did not enjoy our stay here.
