- Tina (7/5): It was good - The staff the Australian staff very helpful and good people I did not like that out of the blue after using this place several times I was made to pay a deposit and was told it would be returned within 24 hours I’ve never paid a deposit before and it took 2-3 days before my deposit was even processed when I was told it would be done immediately…I had to call several times and even go back to motel to get my deposit back That I did not like at all

It just went off alone and it is so loud for more 1 hour between 1am to 2am. We didn't have proper sleep and we need to leave early. Kitchen amenities

No mirror in bathroom. All ceiling lights were disconnected, only 2 plug in lamps, so room quite dim at night. Car park small and difficult to use with my mid size SUV.

- Paul (1/5): Bad experience, people doing drugs, no reply for refund after we requested - Nothing - did not end up staying there I booked one of my employees to stay there for the weekend and upon arrival there were people outside under the influence and participating in drugs. He did not feel safe and the front desk told us to go through booking.com to get a refund - we have not heard back since and still no refund.

- Carla (5/5): Ok - The rooms are a good size. It was great to have a full size fridge and freeze with a microwave. The price was good but you get what you pay for. The lights and fan in the room were not working. They did what they could with lamps and a fan. The cold water tap in the shower you had to hold your tongue the right way to turn it off. The aircon worked which was the main thing. The room was cheap and you get what you pay for.

- Matthew (1/5): Very dissapointing - Staff were friendly enough. The photos did not reflect the accomodation at all. The pool is made to look twice as big as what it actually is. It is tiny. There is no way to wash your dishes the sink is to small. You also can't fill your kettle unless you use the shower head or fill up smaller cups to pour into the kettle. When it rained the shower wouldn't drain properly and could hear the drain gurgling. When air-conditioning was on for a little while it started making a noise. The bathroom was disgusting. My children even said can we just swim instead so we don't get diseases. The location was good close enough to everything but we paid $890 for 2 nights and it was not worth it. It was very disappointing. We think we accidently left an item behind have tried email, phoning and messaging on bookings.com and have yet to hear back. The cooking equipment was disgusting and I would not cook on it if I was starving. Some of the dishes we tried to use were still dirty from previous people who stayed. Over all experience was not good.

We paid over $900 for our stay. Management agreed to a $250 refund, which has still not been received, and communication has since stopped.

- Anita (1/5): FAMILIES- PLEASE DON'T BOOK. LET ME SAVE YOU A SCARY NIGHT! - Families!! Please don't book. I booked this accommodation because the price based on the photos looked great. The photos were not a true indication on the rooms condition. WE DIDN'T FEEL SAFE!!! There are people who seem to live there permanently. Possibly selling. Cars coming in and out all night. Loud music and yelling. We didn't feel safe leaving our room after dark. My teenagers were scared. Too scared to really sleep. My daughter heard someone outside our room asking another person where her knife was. I kept telling my kids (16, 14 and 11) we're safe, if we just keep to ourselves and be quiet. But I didn't believe that myself! The first text message my daughter sent her friens in the morning was "We're alive." I didn't read reviews before booking. I'M GLAD YOU'RE READING THIS AND I CAN SAVE YOU FROM THE SAME EXPERIENCE WE HAD.
