• Erna (7/5): Great apartment with access to Metro and near Camp Nou - The location was good, near to the Camp Nou and also metro to other landmarks. We had easy access during our whole stay. The landlord was very easy to get in touch with via Whatsapp, we could ask for anything we needed which was appreciated. The apartment was not quite as we expected from the pictures. It had all you needed but the condition of it was a bit older. The apartment was small but you had all you needed for a few days.

There are useful things in the kitchen. Toilet position is simply bad. Can't sit straight, there is closet in the way. Windows could not be closed completely. Communication is text only via WhatsApp with short sentences and/or photos. Not enough room for my stuff. Yes, I was there 5 nights. I would not chose it again for this money.

Wifi très efficace (Important quand on doit s'en servir professionnellement.) Airco chaud/froid. Génial ! L'accès se fait à l'aide d'un code. Pas de clés à gérer. C'est super pratique !

• Glenda (7/5): - The area is quite near tram and bus stops going to the city center. There's some small shops, cafes, pharmacy and restaurant around. The mall is also quite near if bigger groceries, shopping and restaurant options are needed. The apartment is clean, mattress is comfortable and basic kitchen stuffs are there, fridge, stove, kitchen utensils. The washing machine is in the common area. Smooth check in, codes are provided fast throught online. The apartment we had was just front of the road so you can really hear the traffic and noise outside especially at night. If you are a light sleeper then this room is not a good option. There are other rooms away from the road. No elevator too so it's quite challenging going up and down the tight stairs with my toddler, travel stroller, and big luggages. Requested for first floor but wasn't available. I also requested for high chair for baby twice but wasn't provided, crib was offered though. The bathroom was small and there's not that space surfaces for personal items to put.

• Maja (10/5): Prostoren apartma na odlični lokaciji - Nastanitev je sicer oddaljena od središča Barcelone, a na odlični lokacija. Pred zgradbo je postaja tramvaja, s katerim prideš do postaje za metro, s katerim lahko prideš tako do letališča, Monjuika in centra Barcelone. Apartma izredno prostoren in čist. Kuhinja odlično opremljena. Postelje zelo udobne. TV doda češnjico na torti. V primeru težav s hrupom, se z lastnikom lahko dogovorite za zamenjavo apartmaja.

Die Gegend ist toll und alles ist in der Nähe – Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bus- und Metrostationen. Das Beste ist, dass das Spotify Camp Nou Stadion nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist! The location was ideal—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the little touches that made the apartment feel like home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
• Sem (1/5): Bitte Lesen! - We stayed at for one night and decided to leave early because the apartment did not match the description on Booking.com. The apartment was too small and did not provide enough space for our belongings. The shower drain did not work properly, and water overflowed into the bathroom because the shower doors were not sealed. The listing photos showed a large private terrace connected to the apartment. In reality, the terrace was communal, located on the rooftop, and shared with all guests, which was misleading. The hallway had a bad odor, and noise from neighbors could be heard even late at night. The surrounding area is not pleasant. Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations, and we cannot recommend it.

Perfectly clean with a great upstairs space, whilst communal we were the only people to use it so it was great to do our daily workout with a nice shade and breeze. Easy access to trams and metro to get around. Nice location and locals were all friendly and gave me the chance to practice the little Spanish I have learned. As an extra bonus (I’m coeliac) there was a fantastic restaurant nearby and all good options were gluten free!

However, it was completely impossible to communicate with her in English 5. tram stop right in front of the apartment 1. Unable to meet with staff face-to-face. Only dialogue online. Online responses are quick 2. need to request cleaning. Staff claims to clean every 5 days. 3. towels had to be requested and were delivered the next day. 4. The bathing room is too small for the size of the room, making it uncomfortable to bathe. The shower door is not secure and water leaks out. There is no rack to put sampoo and soap in the shower room. 5. The biggest disadvantage is that the window is completely against the wall of the neighbouring house. People with claustrophobia should be careful. Can be an advantage for quiet sleepers. 6. The lock on the window is broken. Considered a safety issue. 7. The room is not small compared to a hotel, including the bedroom and kitchen, but there are no hooks on the wall for hanging clothes. There is only one small wardrobe, which is not enough for someone staying longer than 5 days. There are also no shelves to put things on (this needs to be improved). 8. I took an indoor clothesline to wash and hang my underwear on, but there were no hooks to hang the clothesline at all. 9. the outside area, such as the terrace outside the room in the photo, is located on the roof and was not used at all. 10. if you have heavy bags and your room is on the 3rd floor like ours, be prepared to lug them up the narrow stairs. 11. not a good value for money (website information is exaggerated)

The property was very clean. It’s small but like I said it is exactly how it’s stated to be. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it as it wasn’t a problem we realised. At first when we arrive we thought it was quite far out from central Barcelona - however it didn’t matter as we realised a train station was around the corner (3 min walk) and a tram right outside so transport into the centre was no problem in the end.

Nice and high end decorated . Large shared rooftop terrace Like in every big city, you hear the noise of the people outside and the traffic (my apartment was on the street side). If you like it more quietly, ask for an apartment at the back side of the house. The kitchen is rather small, and equipment is limited, enough to warm your food but not for cooking a large meal (but restaurants in the neighbourhood are not expensive).

• Aleksandra (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment with beautiful furniture and good localization. Everything seemed new and when we arrived all was clean and ready for guests. If you arrive in Barcelona before the official check-in time, the owner kindly allows the possibility of leaving bags earlier. 10 minutes away from the apartment you can find two big supermarkets: Lidl and Alcampo (Auchan) and many small shops and bakeries. The L5 metro line is even closer (around 5 minutes to the metro station: Pubilla Cases) and it's very easy to travel to all the most important tourist destinations. The best part of the apartment was the terrace at the top of the building, the perfect place to have a glass of wine (the apartment is equipped with wine glasses and a corkscrew) with your companion(s) and some Curado cheese. The place is rather small (especially the bathroom), but it only encourages you to spend your time outside, in the city centre of Barcelona, where the magic happens.
