• Mostafa (10/5): A Fantastic Base in the Heart of Istanbul - We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is simply unbeatable, just a short stroll from the iconic Taksim Square and the vibrant Istiklal Street, with the metro station practically on the doorstep. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need, including fast Wi-Fi. Supermarkets and great restaurants are right around the corner, making it so convenient for exploring this incredible city. Fantastic value for money, we'll definitely be back!

Location is critical for short stays, and in that sense, it met our expectations. The room was clean and quiet." - this is the review the hotel staff wrote THEMSELVES for the hotel. I did not write this, they used the PIN code and booking reference from the reservation to write the review themselves. I was surprised to receive an email that I left a review, knowing very well that I didn't. Bunch of scammers. I don't even know how the hotel is cause they moved me to another one because they had no more available rooms after I ALREADY booked one. The other hotel they provided was sh8t.

• ΤΟΝΙΑ (1/5): Απαράδεκτη διαμονή - Μόλις μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο αντικρίσαμε τρίχες στο πάτωμα,στα σεντόνια και στο μπάνιο και κάτι λεκέδες στα σεντόνια και το πάτωμα. Επίσης μας είχαν μισό χαρτί υγείας στο μπάνιο και δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες για τα μαλλια. Μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο μετά από δική μας απαίτηση το οποίο ήταν ελάχιστα καλύτερο μόνο από άποψη ήλιου καθώς στο πρώτο δωμάτιο αντικρίζαμε τοίχο εφόσον ήταν στον -1. Τα άτομα στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενικά αλλά δυστυχώς δεν βελτιώνει την απαράδεκτη αυτή διαμονή.

• HASIN (10/5): - The hotel was fantastic, I loved everything about it. The staff were especially welcoming; they immediately offered me coffee and tea. They gave me information about the hotel and the area. It's located on a very busy street, lined with boutique hotels. The area has markets, hairdressers, restaurants, and boutique eateries. It's within walking distance of Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, and very close to tourist areas. The hotel is newly opened, and the beds and furnishings were new and of high quality. It will be the only hotel I stay at when I come to Istanbul.

• abdullah (1/5): Good hotel! BUT PROBLEMS NEED TO BE FIXED FIRST - I would have given a better review, but honestly, something suspicious happened for the first time. My account gave me a 10/10 rating immediately after I left the place. This was automatic, as I'm certain I hadn't posted a review. I contacted Booking and changed my rating. This is my new review. This was reported, and they're now investigating. About the place: To be honest: The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was relatively large compared to other hotels in Istanbul. The staff was also extremely friendly. When we arrived at the hotel at check-in time, they told us there was a problem with the reservation system. We arrived very tired, and it took us about an hour and a half to wait in the lobby. After being given our room keys, we entered the room, and to our shock, the room hadn't been cleaned yet. We waited another half hour. Every time I returned to the room, the key wouldn't work, so I had to go back to reception to have it reprogrammed. The internet signal was very weak in the rooms, and I can guarantee that the signal couldn't reach them at all because the modem or internet router was only in the lobby. There was also a large window through which anyone could easily access the room. It closed, but you couldn't lock it, as it could be opened and closed without a lock. This is truly unsafe, even though we didn't lose anything there. My advice to the hotel management: Your hotel is beautiful and clean, but you need to fix the problems because the place deserves it! I'm sorry, but I want to be honest with my rating of all the places. Good luck!

• Muhammad Asgher (10/5): - The hotel is at very walkable distance to Taksim square from where you can take metro and then tram to any tourist location. You are also very very near to Taksim square for enjoying to food, shopping, culture and everything else. The berhat the reception guy is very helpful and kind and made all efforts to make our stay kore convenient and reliable.
