• Sonja (5/5): Wohnung in guter Lage, Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. - Die Lage, der Balkon mit Lounge Möbel, nette Einrichtung. Zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Wasser, zwei kleine Softgetränke und genügend Kaffee Kapseln Direkter Parkplatz an der Wohnung nicht vorhanden, war schwierig, etwas in der Nähe auf der Straße zu finden. Ein kleines Bett [140-160) für ein Paar vielleicht ok, bei Freunden etwas eng, zumal es nur 1 Bettdecke dazu gab. Kopfkissen sehr unbequem. Aber jeder Mensch mag es halt anderes. Wein- oder Sektgläser fehlten. Persönlich selbst würde ich die Wohnung für diesen Preis von Euro 295 nicht buchen, da für mich das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt, aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung.

• Neal (6/5): Good location/clean but needs some issues addressing and minor updates especially for those working - The apartment was very clean, bed was comfy and toiletries were provided. There's a nice outdoor area for a couple of people to sit out in. Good TV and Wifi signal. It wasn't clear which property it was or how I gained access, I was stood in the rain trying to work it out from the pictures on booking.com, had to ask a stranger how I got in the building as they were leaving. Better if a picture was sent by the host showing the building and how I get access. The heating didn't work at all, it was cold in the apartment and there was no hot water in the kitchen sink all week or the bathroom sink on the last day. No plugs in the kitchen sink for washing up or bathroom for shaving. The two chairs in the room look nice but one has fully collapsed and the other almost. Thursday was a bank holiday - I ended up laid in bed to keep warm working on my laptop as the chairs were not comfy. No microwave and minimal cooking equipment which is very useful when you are working long days and eating in the apartment. Shame really, a few updates and issues addressed and it would be a 10/10 apartment.
