Guest Reviews
- David Smith (8/5): Good communication. Good access to the train station and to the Metro. Nice restaurants nearby - Good communication from the host No view from the room but in a city centre that is often the case.
- Bud (7/5): Great place for a short stay, longer stay, not so much! - It’s five stars for a short stay. Walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and good restaurants in the area. The apartment has full kitchen, a real refrigerator and a combination washer/dryer that we took advantage of. Service is terrible. No one checked on us during our stay. We stayed for a full week and ran out of toilet paper and toiletries midweek. We used the same towels for a week. We called and texted the management. They acknowledged our texts and did nothing. Our calls went unanswered. We finally spotted a late night bodega and bought our own toilet paper.

- Michal (10/5): - Czystosc, funkcjonalność, wyposażenie, lokalizacja.
- Ahmed (8/5): -

- Natalia (10/5): - Przyjemny, czysty apartament. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Świetna baza wypadowa w Mediolanie.
- Amanda Lugas (9/5): Perfect facilities! 5 mins walk from Milano Centrale - Located just 5-7 minutes walk from Milano Central Station. It is took place in the main road, which a big plus point. The building seems like quite old, the elevator still traditional back in 80s (only fit with 1 person with 2 luggages) but its totally fine.
However, the room and facilities were perfect! They seems have renovated the interior which make it brighter. Everythings you need are provided. From kitchen, washing machine, sofa, dining table, TV, they also provided bidet. You can utilize all these while staying in the heart of Milan.
The room also in big size, so you dont have to worry about all your luggages.
Another plus point was the host (centralized customer service) was very helpful and responsive.
Overall, it was a pleasure staying in easylife Milan. We will choose to stay here again in the future. The door access need some technique to be opened using the keys (seems like Italian open - lock door style quite different).
Dont forget to bring the keys, as the main gate access are only open using keys (there are no receptionist / staff to open the access after office hour)
- Carlos (8/5): Great location - The location is prime. The bed was too hard. We got a power outage because we turned on a few appliances at the same time, microwave and a/c and you can't do that, but nobody to us about it.
- Isabelle (8/5): Very nice appartment and nice location -
- Jones (8/5): Good value for money. - Comfortable apartment in a great location. Exposed wires on a plug was the only issue.
- Ritienne (10/5): Exceptional - Everything perfect The lift
- Helen (9/5): Superb - Great location , easy access. Clean. Great bed and plenty storage. Warm cosy apartment and a great shower. Toilet seat needs replacing. Kitchen needs some spoons.
- Dimitrios (9/5): Superb -
- Jimi (9/5): Superb -
- Pmoldes (8/5): Very good -
- Andro (7/5): Good -
- Leanne (7/5): Good - Location, close to metro line and train station, supermarket nearby and in a quiet area The doors were very difficult to open, both the door into the building and the apartment, took several attempts each try. Standard European plug (type c)would not fit into the majority of the sockets, I’ve never had this issue with my type c adapter before
- Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Had a hard time getting into the unit. The place had a leftover smell from previous tenant.
- Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ali (1/5): Hardlife not easylife - this is my 8th journey to Milan and for the first time I hated Milan because of this apartment, the electricity goes off in a daily basis and when I approached the management they asked me not to use all the appliances in one time, so I left my children to freeze without heaters and we didn’t wash our dirty clothes and we didn’t cook and still the electricity went down even while we were sleeping, the water heater barely kept running for one person so when we approached them again they claimed (and I quote)that all apartments in Italy have the same system so don’t keep the water running so we divided our shower time into two days.
The building is so so noisy to the point that you will hear the sewage water traveling over your head, the apartment is so small where you have to walk in crossed.
One day my wife was waiting for me near the building’s door she was sick so she sat on the stairs facing the main door, the lady responsible for the building asked her not to set it against their rules of conduct, she treated us like animals.
And the neighbors were rude and racist towards Arabs and Muslims.
I booked the place for 8 days and the toilet had one roll of paper, 4 persons for 8 days with one toilet paper!!! and no hand soap.
When the electricity goes down I had to go to the basement of the building in the freezing temperature to pull the electricity switch up, instead of relaxing in my vacation I had to switch the electricity back on, freeze when I took shower and don’t cook nor wash my clothes.
The place is a disaster and not worth to live in even if they would pay me.
Booking should remove this rat hole from their list.
