• Kerryn (6/5): - The location and everything is in walking distance That it has a one bedroom apartment at the back on the same block and was not told about it till we went out and come back and someone is parked in the driveway.
• Grey (2/5): Filthy / mould / cockroaches / dirty appliances- tenants living in attached room - disappointing. - Leaving - the place was filthy. However the bed was quite comfortable. Close to walk to shops. We would have moved out and stayed elsewhere if we could have found somewhere. Infested with cockroaches - especially the kitchen. Grime, hair and mould throughtout the bathroom. All appliances were filthy.

• nicole (6/5): Nice location however wouldn’t stay again - Nice house, good location, ducks and park at the end of the street Bathroom was a bit yuck and needed a good clean. Also aa a parent with kids it would have been nice to know there is a residence attached to the property. The door locks from the inside however as soon as you pull the handle it unlocks which resulted in my 1.5yo able to open the door, we ended up having to put a chair in front of the door to stop him escaping.

It was a little over my budget, but because it looked wonderful I decided to give it a go. We needed a place to stay for my family for m y daughter's wedding nearby.

The fans in bedrooms make a lot of noise. No real garden and someone living attached to the house at back of laundry.
