- Lisa (8/5): Great stay. Friendly, clean, all the basics covered. We liked the location. - Loved the location, in a neighborhood near Edgeware Road but far enough from that road to be pretty quiet. We enjoyed discovering the local cafes and antique shops as well as the street market. We also enjoyed brief interactions with some of the regulars at the pub downstairs. They all seem to be a very amiable lot. Note that the pub itself does not do food, but there are cafes and restaurants across the street and along Church Street and, of course, Edgeware Road.
Easy access to public transit. Emma was a gem. She made sure we had everything we needed and was just generally a kind, helpful person. The room was basic but served its purpose for us just fine. We found the beds comfortable and appreciated being able to make tea and coffee in the room. Also appreciated the fan since it was very warm in London while we were there (29C at least one day). Fan did the trick for us. Do be aware that you'll climb some stairs to the room. Wasn't an issue for us but may be for some. It's not the Ritz Carlton or even the Holiday Inn, but we loved it and would stay again. The bathroom and shower room could use a little shelf for guests to place their toiletries while, say, brushing teeth and showering. Another wall hook in the shower room would be nice.

- Angela (4/5): Very basic accommodation with more attention needed to cleanliness. - The pub below and they were able to accommodate us early on our arrival The room should have been opened up to let the flies out of the bedroom, the bathroom had hairs on the floor.
- Joy (10/5): Amazing staff , great value for money ✨ -
- Adelheid (5/5): -
- Thiag (5/5): Pub stay in the busy market street, ok for a night but not anything more. - Closer to Regent Park and Lords. Pub is the busy market street and the accommodation is with shared bathroom which I didn't read properly, so thats my mistake. Room itself is spacious however quite hot on a summer day with only a small fan, so had to sleep with window open.
- Ian (8/5): Just Fine - Friendly reception Wifi not provided when asked for in the bar. Very soft bed. Pir setting of stair lights too short.
- Matthew (7/5): Cheap and Cheerful. - This property is as advertised and tends to be at the right price point. Transport links were well within a 5 minute walk and Regent's park is only around the corner. Suggest trying the Pizza across the road for £4 , amazing. It's not the most beautiful part of London , but you can find the beauty in it if you're open to it.
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - The staff members are very kind. The room are clean and silent.
- Ondrej (6/5): good location and price but nothing fancy with constant noise - proximigy to regents channel (nice walk to camden town or notting hill), direct bus from victoria station, tesco close by area is bit sketchy, old building with wooden windows that let through every sound, every morning we were woken up by seagulls that are abundant in the area due to market, the amount of trash the street after the market is unbelievable, on saturday instead of seagulls the man building market tent woke us up with metal sounds (tens construction) at 6am, also the pub itself is quite loud with music playing till 10pm (we don’t have sleep troubles so that disn’t bother us that much much) - many pub guests are drinkung outside on warm evenings and they are quite loud too - possibly if our room was on 3rd floor it wouldn’t be such a problem
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Very inexpensive for London ,super comfy bed and good location Nothing to dislike
- Eglantine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chantel (9/5): Superb -
- Demi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ayari (7/5): Good - For the price we payed it was a good stay, pretty clean sheets, overall clean room. Good position it was easy to reach central London by tube or bus. The door lock was clearly old and broken, even though it worked it would've made us feel safer if a better lock was installed, some power outlets didn't work.
- Kellie (8/5): Very good -
- Martina (10/5): Our stay was incredible, the owners are just lovely, incredibly friendly and accommodating! Always open to questions and - Had everything available one could need
- Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location, cleanes and great communication with the owner Gary. Nothing, everything was exceptional
- Vanam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Davide (8/5): Very good -
- Claudia (9/5): Fantastic room, with plenty of amenities and good service -
- Carol (8/5): Very good - Friendly helpful staff A lot of stairs to take suitcases up also more stairs to go to bathroom
- Nóra (8/5): Great place to stay if you are on the budget and your main focus is to explore the city whole day - We chose this place because the location and the transportation options were great - busses, tube/subway stations were all within a 5-10 minute walking distance. It was easy to go into the Center and see all the sights of London. There were also several groceries and food stores nearby that was easy to access. If you are prepared for the shared bathroom and having no kitchen, this is a great place to stay! We spent the entire day exploring London and only came back to the Inn to bathe and sleep. For that this was the perfect choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was prepared as it was described.
For the first few nights were were totally alone on our floor so we had the bathrooms and toilets almost to ourselves - but even later when few people came there were never any line or waiting, we haerdly noticed the other guests. The neighborhood felt a little "rough" for me - if you are a single woman, travelling alone, or if you are a pair of younger girls travelling together, I would not necessarily recommend this place. Keep in mind that the Inn is above a pub and the entrance is next to the pub section - so if you find loud, drunken men triggering, or have some kind of trauma, then this might not be the best for you.
It should be noted that nothing ever happened to us - we were never in "danger", nobody ever comfronted us, we had no argument or problem with anybody - but still we tired to arrive back to the Inn before it was dark, just to be safe.
- Cresswell (8/5): Great value for money - Great location. Staff excellent
- Michelle (6/5): Cheap and cheerful - Locatjob No soap in bathroom
- James (7/5): Good -
- Karen (1/5): Avoid at all costs, save your money and book somewhere else, I had to re-book for the 2nd night. - The only positive thing to say it that the man and lady were both very helpful people. Absolutely everything, very dirty. The facilities were dirty, bed held up by a chest and beer mats.
- Shinnosuke (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very friendly. The seagulls squawking at night made it a little difficult to fall asleep.
- Koji (7/5): Good!’ - The beds, toilets and shower rooms are very clean. There are an transformar. Good access to anywhere. No escalator, no kitchen, no refrigerator. The floor was a little titled.
- Cath (9/5): Superb - That it was way above the pub to the room so quiet Nothing everything was as expected
- Shai (9/5): Superb - We received a very good welcoming from Gary , all special requests we asked for were made for us
- Cornelia (10/5): Good stay :) - Easy Check in, even with full Pub it was quiet upstairs. The street outside can be noisy. There was an incident while we stayed.
- Lilija (9/5): A decent hotel room. I can't point out anything I would dislike:) - I often visit London and I know how difficult it is to find a decent place to stay on a small budget. Clean place, nice and friendly area. We arrived early in the morning, walked 15 minutes at 4 a.m. and felt safe. In our room there was a kettle, tea, cups, slippers, heater. By the way, there are 2 shower cabins and 2 toilets on different floors. We never had to wait in line to get in there. The floors and doors are a little squeaky, but we and the other guests understood this and tried to behave carefully at night and in the morning so as not to interfere with each other. We also saw a nice man who kept the room tidy. Convenient check-in and check-out, easy to find the place. There is a market nearby where you can find anything, including fresh fruits. Bus stop is within 5 minutes walk.
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Kai (8/5): Very good -
- Miguel (7/5): Good - A lot of space Not very clean
- Azharizal (10/5): Exceptional - Love this hotel. Feel like home. Spacious room. They provide a kettle along with coffee and tea. The location is the best! Close to bus stop, underground and attractions. Many Halal restaurants in this area are open until midnight. We got a twin room but it would be better if we got a double room. But no big issue.
- Salvador (8/5): Very good - The personnel was really kind and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. The toilets were not really clean.
- Lynda (9/5): Would highly recommend for price and cleanliness - Excellent location, just a few minutes from tube. Large clean room
- Anka (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, comfortable beds, friendly staff. It could be cleaner, especially bathrooms.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay at the traders arms everything was fine much appreciated lovely room and was nice and clean the staff were very friendly Nothing
- Trinidad (9/5): Superb - The site is in a quiet neighborhood, away from the center but with easy access to public transportation to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable, with teas included and bathrooms suitable for all our needs. There is a good quality price relation. If we return to London we will repeat!!!!
- Tosca (8/5): Very good - The room was larger than expected, more than enough room for two twin beds and room for luggage. The beds were comfortable. Location is only a 7 min walk from the underground.
- Micaela (10/5): London is always wondeful! - The host is very friendly and kind. everything was nice
- Martina (9/5): Comfortable and very well located! - We had an amazing experience during our short stay in London. The place is very well located, with many services around, good cafes and restaurants. Staff is super helpful and kind. Location couldn´t be better, near the city center and main attractions. Is easy to move around by bus or walking. I higly recommend. The only thing to comment is that the double bed could be a better one... Maybe a little bigger and new, as it has a broken piece in the structure.
- Nona (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place. Beautiful manager Exelent service.I love this hotel...
- Fayna (10/5): I will probably consider this place for my next trip. - It was very clean, and nice room. There are two tube stations nearby that takes you in a couple of stops to the middle of London. The staff was very friendly and took amazing care of me. I have no complaints.
- Geerte (4/5): Disappointing - Friendly staff, quick contact. Not busy and not noisy. Easy to reach with underground. Nice people. Not clean. Not A hotel feeling. Shower and toilet was shared but dusty and hair on the ground. Towels in the toilet not changed daily. No aria info. No hotel info.
- Ruth (5/5): Passable -
- Luc (7/5): Good -
- Arthur (10/5): Had a lovely stay! - I thought the accommodation was very comfortable, the people there were super nice, and I liked having a pub right downstairs where I could just decide to have a pint. I wish I could have stayed longer.
- Gian (5/5): Passable -
