• Sylvia (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Guest Relations Manager, der Restaurantmanager (beim Frühstück) auch der Zimmerservice. Die Zimmer sind gross, individuell klimatisierbar, es gibt bequeme Betten und alles ist sehr sauber. Ich fühle mich dort wohl. Mir gefällt auch der Pool sehr gut, man kann dort bequem den Tag verbringen. Besonderen Dank auch für den kostenlosen late check-out, das weiss ich sehr zu schätzen! Ich sehe zu meinen letzten Aufenthalten auch kleine Verbesserungen, z.B. gibt es inzwischen sehr guten Kaffee im Restaurant, und es kam sehr schnell Hilfe, um mit mir den Safe einzurichten (das hat die letzten Male nicht funktioniert). Leider funktioniert das WiFi immer noch schlecht, es kommt und geht, und man muss sich ständig wieder neu anmelden. Im Frühstücksrestaurant könnten die Tische etwas schneller abgeräumt und besser gesäubert werden. Ausserdem ist es, wie in den meisten Hotels in Ägypten, viel zu kalt im Restaurant. Alles in allem ist das Frühstück aber trotzdem gut und es gibt viel Auswahl.

• Yassmina (7/5): I liked it but didn’t their values - The cleanse and the breakfast was perfect They charged us for water!!!! When we asked for extra!!!! Never had I ever been asked for an extra fees regarding the water, while they only gave us to small bottles for a 24 hour stay!!! Like how drink only this amount of water!! Also food wasn’t allowed in while we only reserved bed and breakfast, so are you coercing us or what? what should I eat after the breakfast, are you forcing us to leave the hotel so we can eat?!!!

• Pieter-Jan (7/5): Decent experience for longer stay - Spacious rooms, with decent facilities. Friendly staff. It was unclear from the website and for the staff itself that the Olympic swimming pool was not part of the hotel itself, and thus not free to use for the guests.

• Ann (10/5): Totally recommended and a great stay at a great hotel - Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Cleanest hotel I’ve been in. Facilities were amazing and food was fantastic! Had room service every evening and each meal I tried was superb and such food value for money! There was one young lady server behind the lobby bar who did laugh and make me feel uncomfortable when I had a coffee therex clearly talking about me in Arabic. That was really the only downside. Shame she felt she needed to do that. You know when people are being unkind even if you don’t speak the language!

I was not happy of some missing information from Booking In the booking page the transfer from airport to Hotel was included free of charge in the hotal accomodation This was not true. I asked to print the invoice and teh reception told me Booing has to do, but Booking is saying is the Hotel. Last point is that this is hotel alcohol free. This should be mentioned in the description of the hotel services . In Egypt some hotels serve some others no , so should be claimed
