• Wilko (9/5): Very well - The location, cleanliness, and convenience of the accommodation, as well as the host's kind explanation of everything, were excellent.
• Olaf (10/5): Eine sehr schöne saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. - Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und man hatte viel Platz. Besonders schön war die große Terrasse mit Abendsonne, wo wir schöne Stunden verbracht haben. Hervorzuheben ist die große Pool-Anlage. Parkplätze sind incluve.
• Maja (10/5): - Stanovanje je bilo zelo lepo, čisto in udobno. Imeli smo vse, kar potrebujemo za naše bivanje. Tudi okolica je bila urejena ter bilo je zelo umirjeno okolje (brez hrupa), kar je pri nas zelo pomembno. Nič. Vse je bilo uredu.

• Annette (9/5): Ein perfekter Ort für Paare, die nicht den Trubel der Costa de Adeje mögen... - Das Appartement liegt in einer gepflegten ruhigen Anlage mit großem Pool (unbeheizt). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und der Check-in einfach (Schlüsselkasten). Parkplätze gibt es genug , auch an der Straße. Die Gegend ist ruhig, bietet aber genug Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement selbst war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne sowie die Waschmaschine ein Plus. Es gab 3 Ceranfelder zum Kochen und genug Geschirr. Wir waren allerdings zu zweit. Für 4 erwachsene Personen fände ich es für einen längeren Zeitraum zu eng. Für uns war es perfekt. Nett war das kleine Fläschchen Rotwein und einige Kapseln Tee und Kaffee zur Begrüßung sowie die vorhandenen Gewürze und Essig und Öl. Uns störte der permanente Geruch nach Kanalisation im Bad. Die 4 Küchenstühle (eher Barhocker aus Kunststoff) waren nicht besonders bequem und erschienen mir recht instabil. Übergewichtige Personen könnten ein Problem damit haben.

• Zawadzka (10/5): Super! - A high-standard apartment for a great price. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. A pool is available for guests. Shops and the city center are nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. The owners are very kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
• VikaTorija (9/5): - Puiki lokacija, arti vandenynas, ramus ir jaukus miestelis. Apartamentai turi visko ko reikia poilsiui. Vienintelis trukumas, bendras parkingas, veliau sugrizus vietos reikia ieskoti po visa miesteli😉
• Elżbieta (10/5): - Apartament położony na zamkniętym osiedlu w dość spokojnej okolicy. Ok 15 minut samochodem z lotniska. Bardzo czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne (nawet kapsułki do ekspresu były i wino na powitanie). Dobrze działające wi-fi. Do sklepu ok 2-3 minuty spacerem, w pobliżu kilka restauracji i kawiarni. Do większej miejscowości ok 10 minut spacerem. Na terenie obiektu jest spory basen i leżaki - w przeciwieństwie do hoteli zawsze były dostępne, a często poza nami były tylko 2-3 osoby. Dość duży parking, ale raz zdarzyło nam się, że nie było wolnych miejsc i parkowaliśmy przy ulicy. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny - już pierwszego dnia zatrzasnęliśmy klucze w mieszkaniu - pomoc była natychmiastowa - jeszcze raz dziękujemy :) Świetne miejsce zarówno na bazę wypadową jak i wypoczynek stacjonarny.
• AndreaViviana (10/5): Appartamento in Costa del Silencio, Fantastico!!!! - Appartamentino all'interno di un residence in Costa del Silencio, zona tranquillissima ma allo stesso tempo dotata di tutti i servizi, supermercati, ristoranti bar caffetterie e pasticcerie. Posizione strategica che in poco tempo ti permette di raggiungere località e luoghi di interesse vicini. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort. In particolar modo, cosa che non trovi ovunque, ombrellone per la spiaggia, lavatrice, macchinetta del caffè con caffè e thè in omaggio, climatizzatore e prodotti per l'igiene personale shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Check in tardivo, ci ha permesso di stare gratuitamente fino alle 15 non avendo ospiti in arrivo. Pulizia top Tutto perfetto. Ritorneremo 😊 Problema da non imputare all'host dell'appartamento. Gli orari della piscina dalle 10 alle 18. Facendo buio tardi, la sera, la piscina trovavamo sempre chiusa.

We got a late checkout for free as well as lovely presents at check in. Swimming pool free to use and a lot of stuff for beach was a great bonus.

The hosts really thought about everything : plenty of towels, even swimming towels, soaps and cleaning products, pots and pans, washing machine etc. Good mattress , very comfortable sofa for sleeping, lovely garden view, beautiful sunsets enjoyed on the terrace, beautiful enclosed residence area. Nice swimming pool, just to keep in mind opening hours 10 to 18. Definitely would recommend 👍

The owner was very friendly and helpful. So we were happy with everything. Apartment was very comfortable and well equipped for a 10 day stay.
