• Michael (10/5): Great location, lovely staff, I would stay here again. - Amazing WiFi, close proximity to all attractions and a grocery store, great air conditioning in room. Half a block from the cute "Wine Window", which I highly recommend. The address here is Calle 37 10-22. Easily accessible by Uber from the airport for about $6 US, not including tip. This is not important but I prefer big, firm pillows and the pillows here were a bit too soft for my preference.
• Katherine (3/5): Felt like they were trying to scam for - Air con worked great, it was nice having access to the mini fridge Staff told me several times that there would be a 5%charge to use a credit card to pay, but then changed it to 7% when I said I wanted to use my card. Staff also tried to charge me more for the room than the agreed upon price. Wasn’t given a blanket, only a sheet, when I asked for a blanket, was given a thin throw blanket instead of one to fit the bed. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Given one very small towel for 5 day stay and no room cleaning.
• Nikita (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, easy access to old town. Good communication with host. The rule to turn off the aircon when leaving the room is stressing, as you are scared to leave it when going to buy smth for 15min, need to wait every time when returning until it gets to decent temperature to stay inside. Water pressure is bad.
• Joy (9/5): Good location and clean linens. - Good location , clean bed linens, good air conditioning, nice common area, hot shower. Everything was good. Many restaurants near.

• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the location, so close to everything that you want to see in Cartagena. The host is super friendly and flexible and knows a lot about trips and what is worth seeing and what not. Super authentic and even though it's so central it's very quiet, great aircon that you can sleep with (sleep function) and it's just very well equipped. Best stay qua comfort in whole Colombia.
