• Martijn (7/5): exactly what i needed - The location near the Tottenham Hotspur stadium is fantastic if you are visiting the stadium for a game. I had a (very) late check in (only after the game was finished) but that turned out no problem at all. I have t say that i was a bit worried about that, but it turned out perfect ! There is a shower, but the plumbing is not the best ive ever seen. Its a budget accomodation, wich is fine. But you get what u pay for..
• Melissa (7/5): The room was nice and clean. Great location but the bathroom did not have a door - It was a great location. A cosy room nice to stay in. Great price. Good overall. Wasn’t expecting the bathroom to not have a door.

• taylor (7/5): Very cost effective and convenient, but unfortunately the smell of urine was dreadful - For the price, it was a great size, easy to get to. Great check in. Perfect for a night or two. Unfortunately the unbearable smell of urine kept me up all night long. It was absolutely horrendous, it wasn’t the room, but it was either the other apartments or the corridor. You could tell they tried to mask the smell down stairs with a very strong candle/spray. But as soon as you enter and when walking up the stairs and entering the apartment it was unbearable. We knew it definitely wasn’t the apartment we was in as the bathroom smelt clean, but the rest of the apartment was filled with the smell. For this reason I would NOT stay again :(

• Lise (1/5): Slecht wijk - Wij hebben dit geboekt, maar eenmaal daar aangekomen was de 1ste indruk slecht. Een echt achterstandswijk. De tuin was niet onderhouden, de vulnisbakken stond open en vol in de tuin. Er lag vulnis in de tuin. Mijn man zei ... weet je zeker dat dit het plekje was?? We waren zo verbaasd .... en de buurt , voelden ons zo onveilig. De fotos op booking.com zien er totaal ander uit! Mijn man zei meteen, stap in de auto. We hebben niet een fptos gemaakt! Hier gaan wij zeer zeker niet slapen. Wij hadden een ander accomidatie moeten boeken.

• Tobias (7/5): - Location is perfect for 1-2 nights in the near of the Tottenham Stadium. Joe is an outstanding host. Shower is raised, you must be careful not to fall.

Nothing fancy just a place to stay for a night There was a very weird smell inside. It was impossible to sleep with window closed. Smell was strong and was coning from the corridor or other rooms

• Samuel (8/5): Great value if you're going to the stadium. - Self check-in, and very comfortable and had all the facilities needed, very cheap and was very close to the stadium we were going to a concert at. stairs were narrow and hard to get down and the area was slightly unpleasant.

• Joanne (3/5): Look elsewhere - Plenty of hot water for shower Room was extremely tiny (about the size of a prison cell). Asked for fan. Fan delivered within an hour but didn't work. Shower floor was 14 inches off the floor so not very safe getting in/out. Smelled of urine on entering hallway. Stairs very narrow and handrail not secure. Took a video of the room but unable to upload.

It's a nice and quiet neighborhood, with a small shop nearby where you can get everything you need. The host was kind and responsive. I had a great stay! -

• Rotem (9/5): Great value for money, clean and pleasant place - I enjoyed my stay. Communication with Joe was smooth and easy, the room was clean, pleasant, and sufficiently equipped with all the basic necessities. The location is convenient—fairly close to the stadium and public transportation. The only downside is that you might occasionally hear the neighbors, as the apartment is a two-story building divided into several small, adjacent units. However, as a solo traveler, this didn’t bother me much, and I would still recommend the accommodation. Additionally, some guests might feel a bit uneasy returning to the apartment late at night, but overall, I had a positive experience.
• Rosa (10/5): Perfect for us - The host was really communicative and accommodating, the location was perfect, and the apartment itself was exactly what we needed. If you have an event nearby to go to, and you just need a bed & bathroom, in a safe and quiet area, I would 100% recommend.

• Barnsley (9/5): Very good, perfect for getting to the football - The property was perfect, it was ideal for going to the football ( spurs) and it was a 15 minute walk from Tottenham Hale which connects to Stansted airport and central London. There was also plenty of buses nearby and the food, groceries and pubs were all nearby. There was also a couple of parks nearby as well if you had children or wanted to sunbathe in the good weather. The only thing I would say is if it could be intimidating for some people as it is a typical housing estate , the property is in a nice street but there are rougher areas around you, so sometimes there are groups of kids but I passed a couple of groups and they never even tried to give me the stare, so I wouldn’t write it off for that, also it is a very good price for London.

• Elisabeta (10/5): Lovely property - The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are bus stops nearby, small grocery shops. The bed is comfy, especially the pillows. Flexible self checkin is convenient. Would be nice to have the small hotel sample size for shampoo and shower gel.

• Simone (5/5): Clean and good transport link, but would only stay here again as a last resort. - Decent location, only around a 15 - 20 minute walk from Tottenham Hale Station. It was clean. The tray of the shower cubicle is about a foot off the floor, so you have to take a big step up to get into the shower! I wish I could add photos to my review so it could be seen. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Would be much better if the TV was on the wall in the half of the room where the TV was, so you could watch TV in bed. There's no aerial on the TV, so can only watch things via streaming.
