- Bijanio (10/5): Clean, comfy and well set up suites in Princeton! - Very nicely renovated suites with modern kitchen-ware and appliances - very clean and organized. Fair price point and staff are friendly and helpful. We had a great 1 night stay on our way into the rockies and would stay again for sure, might book again on our way back. Mattresses / pillows could've been a bit more comfy but overall it was fine.
- Aimee (9/5): -
- Carolyn (8/5): -
- Timothy (6/5): Ok - 2 double beds Pillows were too high. Would be better if a choice of thinner pillows as well.
Fridge and next door extractor fan were both noisy in the night.
- Judy (7/5): Clean, comfortable rooms within easy walking of restaurants. - Great, clean room with everything necessary including air conditioning. Very comfy bed, good choice of pillows and nice toiletries. There was a very large group of motorcycles occupying rooms all around me. It would have been nice if the hotel had arranged to put them in their own area away from other guests so they could enjoy their stay and me mine.
- Terrance (8/5): -
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Peter (7/5): Basic, clean room. Fair value for the money. - Comfy beds and functional washroom. Close to several restaurants. Room was quiet. Carpet is getting dated. Faint tobacco odour in room.
- William (10/5): Very nice motel, comfortable and would highly recommend it. - Cleanliness, friendly staff, good location and parking
- Sonia (8/5): Would recommend Copper Mountain Inn for a short stay close to skiing and hiking. - Great location was off the highway and right on the main road of Princeton. 15 minutes from China Ridge and 45 minutes to Manning Park. Centrally located and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Would rather have had 1 queen bed instead of a double.
- Richard (7/5): Good - We were passing through and needed a spot to sleep for the night. The copper mountain inn was perfect. Good location right on the main road in Princeton. The rooms are large and clean with nice amenities. Very reasonable price. We arrived late and left in the morning, and nothing stood out to me as a problem or something I didn't like. I have no complaints!

- Joanne (8/5): Would recommend and stay again. - Great location, renovated and clean
We forgot an electronic device and had to come back to look for it. We appreciated the front desk staff so much, the woman working went out of her way to help us and if it hadn’t been for her we would never have found it (caught up in bedding!) this was morning of August 29th. Thank you!!! Beds were only doubles, not queen. A couple of bottled water would have been nice in room.
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - Good location. Walkable to everything we needed. Beds were fairly comfortable. Staff was friendly. No recycling bins.
- Pam (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (4/5): Disappointing - Location
- Dudley (8/5): Very good -
- Nanette (7/5): Need to supply better services in room ( freezer, air conditioning) for price of room - Air conditioning did not work as we were very warm they the night. Air was on high but no relief. No ice machine. Small frig with no freezer compartment to freeze our cold packs for travel. Desk staff did freeze my cold packs overnight for us. Would hate to stay there when it was in the heat of summer. No air conditioning, no frig freezer or ice machine on premises.
- Janelle (7/5): Good - There was no breakfast unfortunately. Need queen beds for 4 people. Doubles are too small for most couples
- Dudley (8/5): Very good - Breakfast not offered. Easy walk downtown. Great greek restaurant
- David (8/5): We were pleased we stayed in Princeton - Being able to walk into the town easily and close to a very interesting local museum. We were able to make cups of tea in the reception area - there had been a water problem in the town, but the staff made sure everything was fine. We were happy with our stay - no complaints.
- David (10/5): Great visit to Princeton! - Location was perfect for my visit to Princeton, hope to go again soon
- S (2/5): bed sheets not replaced from previous booking - the location is ideal as a stop between Nelson and Vancouver.
The receptionist was very helpful, handed a new set of bedsheets no questions asked. bed sheets were not replaced from previous booking. found human hair and food stains on the sheets and pillows.
although the photos match what is shown in the advertisement, the place is now dated.
I rarely make negative review, but decided to do so since the management cancelled the booking "by mistake"
- Susan (8/5): Good quiet, clean and friendly spot to stop on a road trip. They might be on a boil water advisory but there was ample a - Good location, nice and quiet. Lovely staff. 2 small things. Would have appreciated a better arrangement for charging cell phone. The plug was behind my bed and my charging cube wouldn’t stay in the socket well. Would be better to have two bedside tables rather than sharing one.
- Bronwen (7/5): The unit we got into did work for us. - Location was good for our needs The bed mattress needs to be replaced as it had a significant dip in it.
There was a bit of a muddle signing as the room I booked was not the one issued to us initially. That got straightened out by our group switching rooms. The clerk did try to help but was unable to do much.
- Lorraine (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Staff at check in were amazing. So friendly and helpful.
- Wells (10/5): I'd gladly stay there again. -
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorraine (4/5): We would come back if they invested in a long overdue renovation. - The location was very central and close to most restaurants. Staff was helpful and cheerful. The TV was good. My biggest complaint was that it is badly in need of a renovation--new tub and caulking, new beds, and a paint job. It seemed down-at -the -heals and expensive for what was offered.
- Alderton (8/5): Great spot for a stop over - Great spot for a stop over on our way to the interior. 24 hr check in was super handy when we inevitably got caught in a snowstorm on the way there and staff were very kind when we checked out 10 minutes late as they knew we were a late check-in.
We were only there for 8 hours but the beds were comfy, parking and location super convenient, staff were friendly and the room was clean. What more could we ask for? :)
- Cybak (7/5): Great place to stay - Clean and comfortable No hot tub
- Chad (8/5): Other than the bed it was a great place - Did not have breakfast but good location The beds were too soft
- Chen (6/5): It was fair - The motel has been nicely renovated Counter staff was not friendly. Did not feel like staff has been trained and not knowing what hospitality means. She was rushed and impatient, I was very excited about the new ownership, but ended up very disappointed due to staffs attitude.
- Gillian (10/5): Exceptional - It was a comfortable room
- Travis (6/5): Pleasant -
- Elana (9/5): Superb - Staff was very friendly and had smiles on their faces. Great experience with staff. Thank you ladies for your warm and inviting.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Reza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barry (8/5): Excellent - Everything N/a
- Kyle (1/5): Stay somewhere else in Princeton. - Booked my 2 bed room, got an email saying I was getting a free upgrade to show up to a 1 bed room for 3 people with no couch or pull out bed anything, get put into another room that has spit seeds, used tissues, hair ties on the bed.. all I asked for was a discount on the room and some clean linens and all that was given to me was a $10 discount.
- Anonymous (10/5): CONVENIENT, professional and friendly staff. Definitely found our spot to stay for hunting trips! - Pizza and Convenience Store on one side, pub and store on the other. Gas station across the street! We loved it. Honestly, everything was perfect. We stayed here for our hunting trip and we couldn’t get over how close everything we needed was nearby the motel.
- Prem (8/5): Very good - Hotel has been nicely renovated although the painted furniture may age quickly. Overall a good hotel with excellent staff. Shame there is no breakfast offering any more.
- Nicole (6/5): Pleasant - Your staff was amazing and managed to honor our request for an earlier check-in time, which was extremely helpful The beds, although nicely made, were only doubles. We have a king size bed at home so having two adults in a double bed didn't make for the most comfortable sleep after traveling
- Ronald (8/5): Very good -
- Heather (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Highly recommend to family and friends. - Friendly and very helpful staff and “management”.
The supervisor helped to jump start my SUV in the morning. She was so helpful, caring and understanding and I’m so grateful!!! Conveniently located, clean and quiet.
- Norm (8/5): Very good - Helped us out on short notice and staff were pleasant Nothing.
- Sophia (10/5): Exceptional - Great mattress on the bed Only coffee tea and juice for breakfast
- Wayne (8/5): Very good -
- Suzanne (4/5): Disappointed with stay as it had a good rating. - Sheets were clean. Beds were comfortable. The extra rags that were at the foot of beds for decoration were dirty. Bathroom floor had 1/2 inch of dirt rolled up in corner by tub. Carpets needed vacuum. The traffic areas were good but had to retrieve item under edge of bed and it was very dirty dusty dead skin covered.
- Robert (9/5): Very good - Close to town. Wonderful restaurant near by. Quiet at night. Just remodeling will only get better!
- William (9/5): Superb -
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Nicole (7/5): Good -
- Lorne (9/5): Superb -
- William (7/5): Good - Air conditioners don’t work well
- Jill (5/5): Passable - Room was dirty. Dusty, floor not vacuumed, dead bugs in bathtub.
- Fernanda (7/5): Good -
- Tanis (7/5): A pleasant surprise 👍 - Room was very quiet and cooled and I didn’t hear any air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while.
- Dawn (5/5): We would stay again. - We walked to the restaurant for dinner. We always enjoy that feature. One of the beds was very lumpy and my husband didn't sleep all that well. Everything in the common areas was super messy. I understand that renos were underway but I think things still could have been tidier.
- Barrie (6/5): Ok - Location Could use some new mattresses
- Thushara (1/5): Nice hotel, but bad service - The fire alarm went off (false alarm) from 2.50 am to 3.30 am at many intervals and we tried to contact the front dest personnel. There was no one at the front desk and the contact number posted was not reachable. It wasn't a pleasent stay at all. When we mentioned this to the staff in the morning they were not decent enough to even apologize.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Victor (5/5): Passable -
- Gareth (7/5): Will be interesting to see motel after renos - great staff - Staff was going through major renovations and upgrading - they went out of the way to help us with problems resulting from this. Location very convenient. TV worked great Tiny fridge - no freezer nor ice. Not fault with motel - but no drinking water without boiling/no handy method to boil it
Shower curtain rail falling in toward tub. No name/signs - had to ask where Copper Mtn motel was a couple times.
- M (10/5): Exceptional -
