• Barton (10/5): Lovely find, lovely hosts and close to the train station - My hosts were an exceptionally personable and warm couple, making me feel more like family than a guest. At every breakfast, I had the chance to meet new people from other countries as we sipped fresh cappuccino. Loved having a balcony where I could enjoy the atmosphere of Naples. This is a little gem of a place.

• Jennifer (10/5): Happy Traveller - Christiana and Antonio were very attentive and friendly. I have a gluten allergy and they made sure to include gluten free pastries in their breakfasts that were fresh and delicious. My teenagers were very comfortable there and made sure to tell me that I did a fabulous job choosing Happy in Naples as the home base for our 8 day trip to Naples. My youngest loved sitting on the little patio and was inspired by the view to draw and paint. More a comment on the city of Naples and not at all on this property, as Happy in Naples was lovely, Naples is not a clean city and needs to focus more on the garbage that litters the streets.
• Lisa (10/5): Es war so schön und herzlich. - Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit einem Drink und ein paar Snacks Willkommen geheißen. Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sensationell!! Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Neapel ist allerdings eine sehr laute Stadt, das es nicht ganz ruhig ist würde ich jetzt nicht auf die Unterkunft schieben. Ohropax lagen am Nachtkästchen ;-)

• Tina Dramburg (9/5): - Wir sind Christina sehr dankbar 🥰 schon der Kontakt vorab war sehr herzlich und "hilfreich", leider lag es an uns, dass wir den Eingang nicht fanden. Aber kein Problem, via Video-Call hat Christina uns auf der Straße (wir standen auf der falschen Seite) persönlich abgeholt ❤️ Da wir sehr früh in Neapel angekommen sind, war das Zimmer noch nicht bereit. Wir durften aber unser Gepäck deponieren und bekamen sogar gleich Kaffee und Frühstück angeboten. Christina versorgte uns auch gleich auf unserer Erkundung der Stadt per WhatsApp mit Maps Touren und Restaurant Vorschlägen. Die vier Nächte/Tage wurden wir immer herzlich unterstützt, mit extra Kaffee fürs Zimmer... Das Frühstück besteht hauptsächlich aus süßen Sachen, was für uns deutsche Mädels sehr ungewohnt war, aber mit Müsli, frischen Obst und Joghurt kamen wir gut zurecht. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war wunderschön, tolle Sicht auf das Eingangstor zur Altstadt, allerdings nachts auch "lärmintensiv", trotz allem hätten wir nicht tauschen wollen (Ohrstöpsel sind eine tolle Erfindung 😉). Die Lage war für unsere Vorhaben absolut ideal. 15 min maximal zum Hauptbahnhof, ebenso der Fußweg in die Stadt. Es war sehr sauber, im Bad war alles vorhanden was man braucht, das Bett sehr bequem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Happy in Naples buchen. Frühstück zu süß, aber so ist die Stadt!

• Annette (9/5): happy in naples? happy in naples! - wenn man eine persönliche Atmosphäre schätzt, ist man bei Cristiana und Antonio perfekt richtig. Die beiden sind wunderbar herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ihr (italienisch süsses) Frühstück ist mega lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Und hat's sehr gut gefallen!
• Gareth (10/5): Ideal location with amazing hosts - Close to the train station and all the main points in Naples you would like to see. The owners are also lovely and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. It’s not immediately obvious where it is, it’s in a sort of block of apartments so is a bit daunting when you first arrive but once there it’s perfect!

• FLORENCE (3/5): Owners were lovely and tried to accommodate but it’s so noisy, don’t expect to sleep well. - Breakfast was very average, could have at least had eggs. One guest brought her own eggs. Incredibly noisy atmosphere, very difficult to sleep. Linens were excessively perfumed, shower didn’t drain, kettle wouldn’t turn off switch was broken, it was supposed to be a kitchenette but no place to cook food, just a fridge
• Yuri (9/5): Warm hospitality in a central location - The hosts, Cristiana and Antonio, were very warm and helpful. Their communication was clear as well, and they were always happy to help. The welcome Spritz and juice, as well as an assortment of snacks were such a pleasant surprise after a hectic day! The espresso machine and a selection of tea bags in the room were nice to have. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a wide range of pastries, bread, ham and cheese. We enjoyed the central location with easy walking access to the old town, etc. This is in the central station area, so as expected near any large transport hubs, it is a bit dodgy. So if you plan to walk from the station, be very vigilant. A thief opened my husband's backpack, although thankfully he didn't have any valuables there so nothing was stolen.

• Gent (10/5): - We spent the weekend in Naples, and our stay here made the trip even better. Even though we arrived late for check-in, we were warmly welcomed with Aperol spritzes and snacks, which was a lovely touch. My wife is gluten intolerant, and they made sure there were gluten-free options available for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The view from our balcony was beautiful, and the location was very convenient, especially being close to the train station, since we planned day trips to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

• Sabrina (5/5): The hotel itself was nice, however, the surrounding area took us by surprise and did not feel safe. - Antonio and Cristiana are so welcoming and friendly! They go above and beyond with details and decorations. Once you’re in the hotel, it’s clean and bright, and the staff are lovely and thoughtful. The bed is comfortable and the size of the room is spacious. Before booking, you should know what you’re signing up for. This hotel isn’t a building itself, rather it’s located on the 4th floor of a building and is comprised of 4 or so rooms for guests. When we booked, we expected Naples to be like Rome or Florence - a clean Italian city that feels safe and navigable. This is possibly on us for not doing our research, but we were quite shocked by our experience: Naples felt dirty and unsafe, with most people you see feeling like silent loiterers casing passerby’s than enjoying the scenes and the area. As such, this experience was a shock for us. The hotel location feels very unsafe, with the building it’s located in feeling decrepit and the loiters and garbage outside feeling sketchy during both day and night. Once you’re in the hotel, it’s clean and bright, and the staff are lovely and thoughtful. If you are aware of Naples and its reputation, you can consider this option as it’s close to the train and the historical sites. If you’re unaware of Naples, I’d recommend you do some research and be vigilant while visiting the city - there is great pizza elsewhere in Italy.

• Stephen (6/5): Christina and her husband made us feel welcome and did everything to make us stay more enjoyable - Property is in a poor part of town local taxi driver call it the ghetto I have to say Naples is a very untidy city with lots of rubbish everywhere Basically, it’s an old block of flats that’s been turned into individual rooms from a flat Clean and tidy, but if you’re used to having a hotel where this is located is a bit of a shock

Our hosts, Christiana and Antonio, were truly exceptional. I asked if they could prepare a small cake for my husband’s birthday, and they went far beyond my expectations—there was a cake with candles, balloons, and even champagne waiting for us. Their thoughtful gesture made the celebration unforgettable. My husband was so surprised and happy. The place itself is cozy, clean, and very charming. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples! Nothing

• Sandrine (10/5): - Les hôtes ont été très accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles pour nous donner les informations sur les visites à faire dans Naples et à l'extérieur. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment exceptionnel. Très bon et varié, avec des produits frais. Antonio et sa femme ont pu se rendre disponibles quand nous avions besoin d'adapter l'heure du petit déjeuner et nous les en remercions encore. La chambre était grande et très bien équipée. Vous avez largement participé à ce que l'on passe les meilleures vacances possibles. Nous avons une petite réserve sur l'emplacement mais ça ne dépend pas des hôtes. La place devant est très vivante le jour et la nuit, comme toute la ville j'ai l'impression. Les hôtes mettent à disposition, pour les plus sensibles, des bouchons d'oreilles et les fenêtres isolent relativement bien du bruit. Les chambres donnant de l'autre côté sont sans doute encore plus calmes.

Breakfast was buffet style, very nice, offering tasty local specialities, and freshly made coffee. Excellent AC. Close to the Old Town and Station of Naples, everything easily reachable by foot. For our party, breakfast at 08.30am is late. We would prefer an earlier time. The neighbourhood may look like kind of a letdown, but this is more than compensated for by the B&B. Given the central location, it may be somewhat noisy, but this is compensated for by the efficient and quiet AC.

• sandra (9/5): Een aanrader op elk vlak. - Vriendelijke en hulpvaardig mensen. Alles was tot in de kleinste details voorzien. Goede ligging. Superlekker restaurant L'uciano net om het hoekje. Er was buiten (etablissement aan de overkant)muziek tot 01:00. Er waren wel oorstopes voorzien, aar voir slechte slapers kan dat als hinderlijk ervaren worden. Ik snap ook wel dat in een grootstad als Napels is nachtlawaai waarschijnlijk heel moeilijk te vermijden is.

Every morning they offered us fresh coffee and juice, and they even surprised us with lovely gifts: a bottle of local drink and a small souvenir, which I carried with me every day. The apartment itself was spotless – we stayed for four nights, and every morning they kindly asked if we would like the room cleaned. Breakfasts were delicious and beautifully prepared. One of the most special moments was our arrival: not only were we warmly welcomed with an Aperol Spritz, but our friends who came along with us were also treated. That was such a delightful and unforgettable gesture! These apartments are simply charming – warm, welcoming, and filled with heart. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples! Everything was perfect!

• Carmen (10/5): ESTUPENDO, PARA REPETIR - Antonio nos recibió con un fabuloso aperitivo al llegar. También botellas de agua en la nevera. Nos dio todo tipo de explicaciones para movernos por la ciudad. Comunicación rápida y eficaz por whatsapp en español Con Cristiana y Antonio. El alojamiento está situado al lado de la puerta Capuana, y en 10 o 15 minutos estás en el centro. Las habitaciones nuevas, decoradas con todo detalle, hay nevera y cafetera, ademas de copas , vasos , bandejas y cubiertos. El desayuno estupendo. Todo perfecto.
• Ursula (10/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeber mit Liebe zum Detail.Ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Altstadt .Die Lage ist perfekt um Neapel zu Fuß zu erkunden.Das Auto war für eine Nacht ( 25 € )sicher in einer Garage in der Nebenstraße geparkt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr schön zubereitet! IUnser Hund war auch herzlich willkommen .

The room had literally everything you could want and it was abundantly clear that the owners took huge pride in the place and ensuring that guests were welcomed and had everything they needed. The view from the balcony over a bustling square was stunning and the area had real life to it but the more touristy area was within a short walk so best of both worlds. Nothing could have been better.

Man fühlt sich Abends nicht sicher . Es ist einfach alles sehr dreckig . Dafür können das Hotel nichts , aber erzählen muss man das . Würde es keinen Frauen empfehlen die alleine reisen .

The breakfast was really nice also. Thankyou for such a lovely stay. It’s very central in Naples and is part of the hustle and bustle of a big city. It’s a short walk from garibaldi station (8 mins) so has easy access for transport.

• Andris (10/5): Pati viesnīca ļoti laba - Neapolē iebraucām ar vilcienu Garibaldi stacijā. Ceļš uz viesnīcu un tās atrašana bija piedzīvojumu pilns. Āttālums it kā nav liels 700m. Google maps ved pa tuvākajām ielām. Pēdējie pārs simts metri liekas, ka jāiet pa nepārāk drošu teritoriju ar aizdomīgu personāžu uz ielām. Google maps nepareizi viesnīcu norāda pretējā dzeltenajā mājā. Tā atrodas pretējā ielas pusē pelēcīgā mājā. Pie ieejas ir neliela plāksnīte ar viesnīcas uzrakstu. Lifts no ieeejas pa labi, 4 .stāvs. Sagaidīja saimnieks, kurš ir ļoti laipns un izpalīdzīgs. Mums bija ģimenes numurs ar balkonu un skatu uz pilsētu. Pēc ne visai patīkamās nokļūšanas līdz viesnīcai, numurs bija patiešām pozitīvs pārsteigums. Liels, gaumīgs un labi aprīkots. Rada ļoti pozitīvas asociācijas. Uzservētais mazais galdiņš ar sagaidīšanas kokteili aperoli bija super. Skats no balkona lielisks tieši uz arku un torņiem. Atrašanās vieta var teikt vēsturiskajā pilsētas centrā, nokļūšana uz citiem apskates punktiem autobuss, metro vai kājām pēc ieskatiem. Palikām viesnīcā pirm nākamā rīta lidojuma, jo bija tuvu Garibaldi stacijai (ar kājām 7-9 min) no kuras iet autobuss uz lidostu. Tā kā izlidošana bija agri no rīta saimnieks mums uzreiz sarūpēja brokastu komplektu, kas bija ļoti jauki. Ieteiktu saimniekiem ielik galerijā foto, kur redzama visa ēka ar ieejas durvīm.Jo mēs vairākkārt apgājām apkārt pretējā ielas pusē esošajai dzeltenajai ēkai meklējot durvis kā norādīts, bet tur tādu nebija. Kā jau minēju šo ēku kā viesnīcas atrašanās vietu norāda Google maps.

• Andrius (9/5): Liebevolle Unterkunft mit großartigen Gastgebern - Tolle Lage und großartige Gastgeber. Um alles wurde sich schon vor der Ankunft gekümmert, ob Parkplatz, Checkin oder anderes und das nicht nur auf Italienisch. Kartenmaterial, Ausflugziele, alles vorbereitet, sogar liebevolle Empfangssnacks und Abschiedsbrief. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und gut versorgt rund um die Uhr. Also Auto abstellen und zu Fuß oder mit Öffis ganz Neapel und umzu erkunden. Die Matratzen könnten etwas bequemer sein, ist aber Geschmackssache. Die Lautstärke von Neapel ist extrem, vorallem in der Lage, aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts für.

• Neil (10/5): Delightful stay with exceptional hosts, great location, and wonderful amenities - Located in Naples’ historic center, this charming B&B truly lives up to its name. Our hosts, Cristiana and Antonio, are exceptional — their passion for hospitality shows in every detail. Antonio personally served breakfast each morning, ensuring we never missed our essential coffee. The breakfast spread was outstanding, especially the authentic Neapolitan pastries. Our room was generously sized with a delightful balcony where we enjoyed evening wine while watching the vibrant street life below. Check-in was effortless — Antonio met us at the building entrance and had welcome aperitifs waiting in our room. I highly recommend Happy in Naples B&B for its prime location, wonderful hosts, and excellent amenities. The only minor issue was the compact shower — the strong water pressure combined with the small space often resulted in water splashing onto the bathroom floor, and the shower controls were positioned awkwardly, causing me to accidentally turn off the water when turning around. This small inconvenience doesn’t detract from an otherwise exceptional stay.
• Marcel (10/5): Piccoli aspetti negativi dell'ambiente compensati dalla grande ospitalità dei proprietari - Accoglienza dei proprietari (ci hanno pure offerto un welcome drink). Molto pulito e attrezzato. Enfasi sulle piccole cose (decorazioni, kit primo soccorso, tappi per le orecchie - non c'era bisogno :-) ) Dintorni - ma fa parte di Napoli (notti vivaci, strana gente per strada) Però non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di sicurezza.

• Veit (10/5): - Antonio und Chistiana waren ganz wundervolle Gastgeber und hatten immer einen Guten Rat/Ideen parat! Das Apartment war sauber und es mangelte uns an nichts. Die Aussicht war super. Auch das Frühstück wurde mit viel Liebe gemacht. Alles in allem war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank an Antonio und Christiana

• Florina (10/5): - I really liked how nice and attentive were the hosts. For example, one morning we booked a trip and had to leave at 7:30 and they came earlier to prepare our breakfast. The room was clean and had all necessary facilities.
• Ross (10/5): Very Happy in Naples - Antonio and Cristiana are wonderful hosts. They couldn't have done more for us. The attention to detail in the room was beautiful, including the drinks on arrival, the ribbons on the towels, the snacks, and the warmest welcome. The breakfast they provide is excellent and really set us up for each day, and they also provided loads of useful info on things to do in the city. Our stay was so relaxing - everything from the comfortable bed to the toiletries provided to the balcony where we sipped wine and people-watched into the wee hours. Nothing, really, but as with all cities, be aware of your surroundings as there are pickpockets and dodgy characters.
• Rosa Maria (9/5): Perfect place and great location! - Everything was perfect 👌🏻 the host was very nice and gave us great recommendations about the city and restaurants. We got a welcome drink and also a very nice Italian breakfast.
• Tatjana (8/5): - Близко к самому центру и сердцу Неаполя. Так же не так далеко находится центральная станция поездов/метро. Хозяин и хозяйка встречают с напитком и закуской, так же с улыбками, картами, советами как и куда добраться. Рядом располагаются бездомные, которые ночью могут себя вести громко. Так же было не легко найти место расположение подъезда. Хозяйка прислала точную карту, это немного облегчило поиски, иначе карта телефона точно не приведет вас правильно к локации. Рекомендую добавить входную дверь к вашим многим фото на booking.com. Это облегчит поиски еще многим вашим гостям.

• Cilla (9/5): Nice little stay - In a dingy building in a dodgy part of Naples this was a bright, clean oasis. Cristiana was very helpful. The room amenities were great and the room was clean. Noisy outside.
• Matthew (10/5): Exceptionally friendly, comfortable and well located accommodation in the hear of Napoli - The accommodation was situated a few minutes walk from the central train station and metro. Anotonio and Cristiana were so friendly, helping with directions and accommodated breakfast early more than once for our early trip to Pompeii and the airport. The room was big and clean, with lots of little details that made it extra comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent with a good selection including local pastries. Would 100% recommend! Nothing.
