• maria (1/5): Que mierda de servicio por parte del alojamiento y de Booking - Nada Que reserve a las 00.30 y a la 01.00 me presento en el alojamiento y me dicen que no puedo entrar porque tenía que hacer el cheking a las 22.00 de ese día, como podía si reserve a las 00.30 que les daba igual que tenía un menor en la calle que me buscara otra cosa, que no me abrían y me quedé en la calle con el niño después de llegar de un viaje y que mi amigo no pudo recogerme por eso vi la opción de alquilar este lugar y para mí sorpresa me cobraron por un servicio que no me brindaron no sé si es culpa de ellos Ho de Booking pero los únicos en pagar por lo que ellos hacen, fuimos mi hijo y yo.. me tocó hacer otra reserva en otro alojamiento y pagar otro dinero

• claudio (6/5): - Nella colazione c'erano soltanto delle cialde per il caffè da mettete nella macchinetta e nient'altro, per accenderla bisogna staccare il frigo perché c'è una presa soltanto. La posizione è ottima sei nel centro della Sanità. Il fono per asciugare i capelli nella stanza 13 è rotto non ci è stato avvisato, anche dopo aver avvisato il proprietario non c'è stata nessuna risposta

• Roberta (1/5): Da evitare - Valuto positivamente solo la pulizia della stanza e la colazione. Il proprietario (o chi per lui) è stato molto scortese e mi ha presa in giro. Il televisore in stanza non funzionava, lui ha sostenuto di chiamare l' assistenza ma non è mai venuto nessuno neanche a vedere quale fosse il problema. Il comportamento peggiore è stato quello di inviarmi numerosi messaggi per ottenere il bonifico per il pagamento delle tasse di soggiorno e non avere la pazienza di aspettare che lo facessi (per un problema tecnico l'app per effettuarlo non ha funzionato). Ci siamo poi accordati di consegnare i soldi in contanti la sera quando tornavo in stanza e invece, dopo 2 ore che aspettavo che passasse a ritirarli, gli scrivo che era tardi e volevo mettermi a dormire e lui spunta dalla stanza accanto sostenendo che prima stava cenando. Non è un bed and breakfast, i dosatori del sapone sono vuoti, solo qualche bustina da 10 ml di shampoo, un solo rotolo di carta igienica e non sono presenti in stanza le credenziali per il wifi. In cucina non c'è biancheria né il necessario per lavare i piatti. Prese di corrente rotte e mal funzionanti. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

L'acqua non presente in frigo che per carità era a discrezione loro, ma sul frigo c'era scritto che tutto ciò che è all'interno è a pagamento tranne l'acqua. Apri il frigo e c'è il nulla cosmico. Le stanze tutte e 3 in posti diversi e una con scala pericolante ponteggiata. Insomma il prezzo è allettante ma non ci tornerei più.

• David (7/5): A convenient short stay property, clean, simple no fuss. - The room is small and compact with en suite bathroom, ideally placed in the busy town of Naples. Because it’s very busy and congested, if you have a car, parking is an issue.

• Schürpf (7/5): 100% Napoli - Recht zentral in Neapel, richtig städtisch. Die Bilder zu meiner Unterkunft haben gepasst (natürlich etwas geschönt). Das Zimmer war aber um die Ecke der angegebenen Adresse. Ein Wohnhaus wie viele Napoletaner:Innen wohnen. Man taucht wirklich in diese grossstädtisvhe Umgebung ein. Rundum alles etwas heruntergekommen, aber so ist es! Im Hauseingang ein kleiner Altar, liebevoll und authentisch - napoletanisch. Ich bin mit dem Auto angereist und konnte es in einem nahegelegenen, privaten Parkhaus für 20€ sicher abstellen.

• Annalisa (8/5): posizione strategica servizio assistenza top - Ottima disponibilità del proprietario. check-in autonomo,camera pulita,spaziosa, in ordine e dotata di comfort come wifi,televisione,macchina del caffè, asciugacapelli.Fantastico il frigo in camera da poter utilizzare. Posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere velocemente in 10 Min a piedi la metro di museo o piazza Cavour. Colazione al bar strepitosa il miglior cappuccino di sempre con brioche fantastiche e grandi e una accoglienza stupenda, gentilezza e musica. non diamo il massimo punteggio solo per pochi dettagli da migliorare che potrebbero renderlo da 10. se dovessi fare notare una piccola cosa, solo la porta di ingresso che si sentono rumori , ma è molto soggettivo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Soba nije imala prozor, radi klima i veoma je tesna za dvoje.Doručak je kafa i kroasan, ne očekujte raznovrsnu hranu. Stepenice su veoma loše, pala sam i uganula nogu.

Posizione....per ogni spostamento bisognava prendere il taxi....perché provateci voi a rientrare di sera a piedi in zona....la colazione....eravamo in tre ma dovevamo alternarci perché nella struttura erano presenti solo 2 sedie...a proposito al bar convenzionato decidono loro cosa puoi o non puoi prendere...mah...parcheggio lontano dalla struttura per cui bisogna "pagare " il caffè al ragazzo che ti viene a prendere e se la macchina vuoi riprenderla o lasciarla fuori orario bisogna sempre pagare il caffè. Insomma sconsigliatissimo

• Tomas (6/5): Simple appartment. Breakfast is 1 croisant+coffee. Historical center is quite unpolished. - Simple appartment in the historical center. Ok for low budget. Working A/C! Sometimes the host is not very responsive, but with a little bit of patience it’s OK. The breakfast is only 1 croisant+1 coffe. All private parkings (garages) are quite far away if you have luggage and price for parking starts from 25 eur per night (I chose to use a closer one, called “Vesuvius parking) and paid 40 per night). There is no way to park anywhere else and the streets are just too narrow. The area is in a historical center, but it’s not for faint hearted people - a lot of rubbish outside and shady people in the dark corners, we had a lot of “Mumbai-like” moments…

• Leonardo (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay with a great location and comfortable setup - The location was excellent—just a short walk from key attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring Naples really easy. The accommodation was clean and tidy, and overall well-maintained. It offered a comfortable base for our stay and had everything we needed for a few days in the city. Communication with the owner was lacking, which made things a bit unclear at times. It would have been helpful to have more timely or detailed responses, especially around check-in and local information.

• Georgios (3/5): Had a very poor experience and would not be rebooking at all in the future. - The bathroom was newly refurbished. Very disappointed with my stay as first of all I was under the impression that the apartment looked completely different based on the photos. When arrived, I was surprised because the room looked nothing like the photos. What I believe is the issue is that the host has only created a single room listing with all the pictures uploaded, making it impossible to know which apartment you will be staying in! The room I stayed in was tiny with no windows and would definitely not choose to stay in it again.

The WiFi password that was given was incorrect and did not work. The neighbors were having a party next door and the walls were very thin. I could hear their music and voices very loudly all night.

• Robert (6/5): Simple improvements needed. - Clean but no change of sheets or towels over 7 days and no removal of rubbish is not acceptable. Broken bed and bathroom light on mirror did not seem to be working. As above, sheets and towels should be changed, rubbish removed, and a visit from the cleaner should take place at very least once in 7 days. No charge for water in fridge - there was none!! No coffee etc. for coffee maker.

• Agostino (1/5): Not a pleasant stay - The property is not at the listed address, but few hundreds meters away; easy to reach if you have a guide, but we had to call and wait the host in the middle of the street even though we communicated our arrival time the day before. The property is in a dilapidated and unsafe building; there are some temporary safety measures for the building, but those have been installed years ago for preventing building to collapse. The building requires structural safety measures and intervention sooner than later. The room was horribly small and without windows; we barely had space to move in front of the bed, and that's it. We really missed fresh air as the room had the tendency to be hot and humid, and air conditioning couldn't help. The overall experience has been claustrophobic, and far away from what available through pictures. Partitions with other rooms were so thin that you get all noise and no privacy. Last but not least, the breakfast place had no real choice for breakfast (coffee or cappuccino and croissant, that's it), and managed with no sanity measures for a place serving and managing food to people. For instance, barista constantly coughing on coffees and cappuccinos during preparation, croissants taken by third parties and served to customers, teaspoons and cups kept always in hot water... Definitely not a pleasant stay.

• Titta-maria (9/5): A nice and reasonably priced place for chilling out - The room was newly renovated and looked fresh. It was clean and had all the things necessary (also Netflix and Disney+ were included). The location is a bit far away from the places you most likely wanna see but then again it’s a safe neighborhood. There were several minimarkets and a great pizzeria close by. The traffic is really loud throughout the night and you can partly hear it even through earplugs.
• Catherine (2/5): Absolutely terrible customer service - Great location, room was as advertised. No water in the room. Absolutely terrible communication- we had a delayed flight and ended up arriving very late. The host messaged me so I responded at the airport. He then almost refused to let us check in and only down to our kind driver finding out the issue was all about a late check in fee we managed to get in. My toddler son started to cry as it was late and he was overtired and he yelled at me to calm him down - it was a really stressful experience and I would never stay there again.

The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Lots of closet an dresser to put my clothing. Air condition was strong and help in the August heat. no complaints.

Clean beautiful bathroom There was no window in the room, we found some long hairs on the blanket, although the bed was clean, there were enough stains on it. We also didn't have breakfast as the bar is currently on holiday but for some reason we were not informed about this earlier, but we could have breakfast at another bar with a discount of 2.5 euros per person. The check-out time is also not clear, in the booking it says that it is at 11, but on the rules in the room it is written that it is at 10. The beds were also not very comfortable.

• Alexandra (9/5): As authentic as it gets - Clean and fairly quiet considering the area Verry good value Super nice owner The neighbourhood is not your average tourist place. It is as authentic as it gets. Personally loved to be able to experience the authentic lifestyle but for some it may be too much. Tread carefully if you are on the Prince/Princess side of lifestyle. This is not for you. A little far away from the subway station Breakfast was a pastry and a coffee, not much but did the job. There was no shower gel when we arrived so we had to figure out where to get it. Fortunatley there were a lot of places open at 1AM

• Elizaveta (7/5): Bright and big room (actually 2 rooms!) in the heart of Naples - Very friendly staff, speaking English, helping with any question. Location is very close to the center with all the attractions by foot. Sweet breakfast! Naples was fully booked on the Independence weekend and we were lucky to find this bright spot :) We couldn’t close the shower door and the also there was only tropical shower, no small one which wasn’t comfortable for kids.
