Der Pool war hervorragend und der Außenbereich sehr entspannend und ruhig. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr gut. Vielleicht nur, dass die Zeit viel zu schnell vergangen ist.

• Andy (10/5): - Everything. The ambiance was superb. The welcome package was like no other. The white furniture against the white walls. Classic!!! The library is nicely set in the foyer. The large assortment of games. The salt pool. I can go on and on. Definitely, a collection of ideas from various places near and abroad. I did not like the fact that the stay was only booked for 3 nights.

The villa is equipped to the highest standard, the pool is stunning, and the game options like table football and billiards made it even more fun. The house was spotless and the rooms are incredibly spacious – simply a delight. We especially loved the thoughtful touches: a coffee machine with a wide selection of capsules, cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge, snacks, and even beach gear if you feel like heading out to the beautiful Miami beach . Everything was designed to make our stay perfect, and it truly was. Jacomina & Pascal – thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for such an outstanding and high-level hosting experience!

• Dinara (10/5): wonderful holiday in a quiet place! - we spent 5 whole days in this house, the whole vacation was great, the house is in a very quiet and clean area, this is one of the wealthy areas, which is safe, for us with children it was important, inside our yard there was everything, the pool was beautiful, warm, cleaned automatically around the clock, there is everything to play and have fun in the pool, there are also different games, there is a gazebo where we had lunch, there is an area with a fire, there is also a huge grill for meat, and in the house everything was clean and beautiful and every detail was thought out, from the coffee machine and dishwasher, and the robot vacuum cleaner and ending with an automatic corkscrew for wine 😄 we met this for the first time in our lives 😃 the rooms were beautifully cleaned, the beds are super soft, the bed linen is snow-white, the bathrooms have everything even cotton swabs and disks ✊🏻 the kitchen has everything and even more than necessary, we did not even use half of it, a lot of different dishes, a lot of different accessories for the kitchen, the owners are very attentive and kind! I had a birthday on one of the days, so the owners noticed it and brought a gift - a cake with candles! it was wonderful and very nice! such attention to detail from the owners of houses for rent is very cool and nice, Pascal and Jacomina I wish that your house was always full of guests, that your business prospers!!! we will definitely recommend your cozy house to our friends and will come to you again! thank you very much for a great vacation!
• Marcus (10/5): Best house in Florida. - This is a fantastic place for a short or a long stay. The location is great, close to the beaches and downtown Miami as well. Every little detail seems to be thought of, and with children, this is just amazing. The extensive library and the walk in closed that’s filled with board games is a sure win! The heated pool and fruit trees in the backyard make this a true tropical experience. The best part are the hosts, who live down the street and are really there to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will come again! Nothing could have been better.

We were pleasantly surprised at the property that we had b - The property was extremely well maintained and very spacious. It was also very automated with Smart Control of lights etc. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
