Evelyn (10/5): Perfect and lovely place to be at home in Hollywood - Lovely home in a quiet residential street, easy walking to food/ dining. Beautiful sunny garden with an orange tree for fresh fruit, birdsong, great atmosphere! Thoughtful touches in the way that our room was arranged and decorated— we felt very comfortable and at home. The common areas of the house are also very pretty and pleasant. Super-clean, and everything smells so nice. Very accessible with a place to safely park our rental car within the gate, and no problem coming back later in the evening after a concert in Griffith Park. Shay is a very sweet host, always making sure that we had what we needed. We loved her cute and friendly dogs as well. There was nothing we didn’t like.
Patrick (10/5): Terrific value and very nice: I will stay here again in a heartbeat if I need to be in Hollywood. - It was comfortable, friendly, and very well situated for my travel. The street is very quiet and nice. Also it’s fantastic that there is a parking spot included! The only drawback is the host had to let me in and give me several minutes of explanation — it wasn’t totally turnkey. But she was very nice and the explanation was easy and everything about the stay was great!

Nikita (9/5): Great experience for my first ever stay in the US - Shay is a very friendly and welcoming host. The house is very clean and peaceful and has a great vibe - you totally forget that you're in the heart of Hollywood. It was also great to learn a bit of trivia about the house and its connection to Marilyn Monroe. The area is very central to Hollywood, but that also means that some shady individuals might be walking about near the Walk of Fame, which you need to realise about Hollywood in general before choosing it as the area of your stay.
xrayspecs (9/5): Quirky House stay in a great location. A strong recommendation. - Shay was very friendly and a great host. This is a home stay not a hotel, and is all the better experience for that. It is quirky and so unique, and so different from a normal anonymous corporate property. This is an older building and the rooms are large and comfortable. They are well equipped and would 100% stay again. It has a shared bathroom, but to be honest it was never a problem for me.

Jessica (9/5): Comfortable and cozy stay - Very lovely home, warm and welcoming. Shay was a very nice host making the stay comfortable and inviting. She would recommend places to visit and was good company to chat with. I felt very safe in the area and was able to walk to the venue for my concert. There are also small shops and places to eat very close. The parking in a little tight if you gave a bigger vehicle.

steve (9/5): would definitely stay here again - cute, unique home. While it is in a noisy neighborhood not far from a main street, the bedroom was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. Super nice owner. mini-fridge in our room plus access to the main kitchen with lots of coffee/tea options. Tight parking, don't bring anything bigger than a midsized car.
