In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly nonsmoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodations by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

- Aleksandra (10/5): Great - The location is absolutely fantastic: really close to many important attractions: Alcazaba, Roman Theater, Picasso Museum, etc. and not too far from the beach. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean with all the necessary equipment. I wouldn't mind going there again:-) The only drawback I could find was the lack of parking space- with a rented car it's not always easy and cheap to park in the centre of Malaga;-)

- Vukasin (5/5): Ok je ali mislim da treba biti bolji za ovaj novac - Super lokacija Apartmant nije okrecen jako dugo, zidovi su jako prljavi, kreveti jako neudobni, posebno krevet u dnevnoj sobi. Peskiri nisu bili skroz cisti, jastuci prljavi. Desavalo se da nije bilo tople vode, slab pritisak... Definitvno prosecna ocena ovog smestaja nije relevantna vise. Naplacuje se neki depozit za lom koji se ne vraca, doplacuje se ako zelite raniji check-in.
- Debora Bet (7/5): - Ottima posizione, dotato di tutti i comfort. Ho prenotato per 4 persone quindi un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, che nn era preparato (me lo sono dovuto fare io) e c era un solo lenzuolo. Quando apri l acqua calda non c è pressione.. quindi la doccia a stento funziona.

- sonia (7/5): Bra lägenhet för priset - Personalen var super trevliga och svarade snabbt oavsett vilken tid på dygnet man skrev. Man fick mycket för pengarna! Städningen var inte bra och jag skrev till dem och dem skickade Städningfirmat men dem gjorde inget. Det var fortsatt smutsigt under soffan och mycket damm överallt. Belysningen var vitt och inga mattor vilket gjorde lägenheten inte så mysig men vi fixade lite med egen duk och värmeljus.

- Vladimir (1/5): Stay Away - This should be renamed into "Stay Away". We spent 8 nights, with free parking. The first four days we were not able to use the rented car as it remained locked in the garage two levels below ground. We were simply unable to open the elevator door and the gate to the garage. This ruined our plans to travel a round Costa del Sol. The contact person was trying to convince us that they were doing everything they could but found all kinds of excuses. In fact, they gave us a faulty remote without previously checking it. So unprofessional! Finally, the last night at 10 pm the bathroom door got blocked so that we could not enter it. After imense efforts and several hours later, we managed to get help via the central office in Madrid. Stress overload! They offered us compensation for the inconveniences, but we never got it... Thank you very much.

- Dolores (6/5): I guess we had better expectations . Our stay did not start well since we had not been given proper instructions on how - The property was clean We found it very noisy. Even with the heavy blinds down and 3 floors up we could actually hear conversations on the street. The bathroom door would not open from the inside so if alone in the apartment you would not be able to get out of the bathroom. It had already been forced open so they must have been aware of the problem.
