• Septianus (10/5): 2505 A perfect accommodation for the family to enjoy Australia Day - Clear instructions for collecting the keys were given, and the accommodation's close proximity to Surfer's Paradise beach and Cavill Mall, secure parking, and restaurants made it easy to access amenities. There was also a fridge and a washing machine in the room. The view from level 25 was amazing. The most important thing is the Host. A great communicator, the service was impeccable. There wasn't much to dislike about the room. However, it was quite small, and the clothes dryer was a bit hard to use, so we opted to hang wet clothes and towels to let them air-dry instead of using the dryer.

• Shavon (10/5): Exceptional holiday experience, we didn’t want to leave. - It was a small room but great use of space. 2 queen beds were more than enough for our family of 3. Amazing location with great views. Right near the centre and the beach. Markets 3x a week and street performers most nights that you can hear from the balcony. Great soundproofing as it was not too loud when doors and windows were closed. The apartments facilities were awesome as well. Our daughter loved the pools and went every day after the hot weather. The rooms shower had great pressure and it was very useful having a washing machine and dryer near by. Well worth the price and would definitely book again. Everything was so good that the hardest part of the holiday was having to leave.

• Moana (8/5): Good place to stay. Very clean apartment - Apartment was super clean. Very central to everything. Very thankful for the washing machine and dryer. Had a great view. Wasn’t too loud at night. We only had 1 card which made it hard for only one person to go out. We either all had to go out of one of us be stuck until the other got back. The spa wasn’t very clean. Found it hard to car a parking pass took us 2 days before we could find someone to Give us one.

• Alice (8/5): Great location - Loved the view, the ease of doing laundry in the room and having a dish washer. Shower was great, handy appliances. Nice big couch. Good air conditioning. Unit was clean. Location is ideal. Beach tent in the cupboard was handy, though I had to oil the old zip on the bag to get it open. Handy amount of dish washer tabs, shampoo etc. The synthetic bed linen and thin Anko pillows weren't great. Vacuum cleaner had a very dirty/crusty brush on it, but I needed to use it as we were staying for a longer period of time. Indoor pool wasn't very clean, as the Beachcomber is planning to upgrade the pool facilities, it seems they're not maintaining the cleanliness of the sauna, indoor pool and the tiling surrounding it.

• Kylie (9/5): Convenient location, all amenities included. - Great amenities, good washing machine, good use of space, great views of the beach and ocean. Easy to understand instructions to pick up keys. Only one coat hanger and the electric stove didn’t work.

It was good value and we would definitely return. - Views from the 25th floor Unit faced north so could enjoy the sun on the balcony during the day One street away from Cavell Ave - 5 minute walk to restaurants etc Choose queen bed for a couple or separate Queen and double bed for two people Prompt response from owner and easy to communicate. Curtains were difficult to close Fridge door sometimes didn’t close properly - had to make sure. No table or chairs in unit- needed to use outdoor setting on balcony or kitchen bench.
