• Sylvia (6/5): Hotel ziet er netjes uit, maar als je de straat in rijdt denk je dat jenin een ghetto beland bent. Dat verdwijnt zodra j - Zwembad en bedden zagen er verzorgd uit. Kamer is echt heel klein! Als de wc deur open is kun je niet voor de spiegel staan.

Etwas sehr kleines Zimmer, was wir ohne Probleme tauschen konnten. Durch das Erdgeschoss sehr viel Ameisen und anderes Getier. Ist eben Natur...;-).

• Dominik (9/5): Tolles kleines Hotel in Tamarindo - Das Hotel Arco Iris hat eine überschaubare Grösse und die Zimmer sind schön in einer Gartenanlage angeordnet. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und es gibt eine Auswahl von acht festgelgten Gerichten, welches uns jedes sehr gut geschmekt hat. Es gibt rund um die Uhr frisches und kaltes Wasser, welches am Automaten aufgefüllt werden konnte. Wir haben den Wäscheservice genutzt, welcher leider ein paar unserer Socken verloren hat. Die Reinigungskosten wurden uns offeriert, aber es war trotzdem etwas ärgerlich.

The staff was excellent- Juan Jose was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fact it was included in the room price is amazing. Our room was so spacious and the bed very comfortable. Loved the different seating areas around the pool and dining area. Inviting and relaxing. We will be back! Not one thing!!

• Sabine (8/5): Sehr gepflegtes Haus in bester Lage - absolut empfehlenswert! - Das Hotel Arco Iris ist sehr sauber, bietet ein individuelles sehr leckeres, ausreichendes Frühstück an. Der Pool ist morgens um 7 Uhr mit herrlicher Tempartatur gründlichst gesäubert. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentrumsnah. Die Mitarbeiter empfanden wir als etwas zurückhaltend. Hier könnte man Gäste noch besser begeistern und es würde den Aufenthalt positv abrunden. Da man beim Frühstück nur eine Sache auswählen kann, hätte man uns mit einem kleinen Obstangebot am Nachmittag z.bsp. in Form von Ostspießen am Pool begeistern können.

The breakfast is amazing with awesome selection cooked to order. The pool area is cosy and everything does feel like a boutique hotel with all the small cute details. Tamarindo is said to be expensive and this hotel, a three star boutique hotel was very expensive in comparison with other options around the Guanacaste beach. We really enjoyed our stay and found the place cosy and nice but just a bit expensive.

Le bungalow est grand et très propre. Le déjeuner était franchement délicieux, c'est le meilleur déjeuner inclus que j'ai eu dans tout mon séjour au Costa Rica. Merci encore pour tout!

And yet quiet enough at night that you don’t hear anything. It’s a small eccentric hotel. It’s clean, and they have amazing breakfast It’s a little basic. That’s all.

Pool area is good for a boutique hotel and they make the best out of the small space available Beds are comfortable and choice of hard and soft pillows Staff are excellent Excellent value at low season prices The door to the room is the biggest issue. It isn't a tight fit so bugs can come and go as they please. As it opens inwards, if there are mosquitos around, they get sucked in. The other issue is outside noise. Guests coming back at 2am and you will hear them, and there is a dog in a neighboring property that can be a bit active at night. I had plenty of good sleeps during my stay, but I got woken up a few times as well.
