- Hussam (1/5): Do not stay here - I left after the first night. I would never stay here again. Pictures are not an accurate representation of the condition of the apartment. It is much older and dirtier than it looks. It is very messy with broken lights, concrete, and furniture. In winter it was very cold, and none of the heating units worked. There was only one electric space heater in one room. When I contacted the property they said this was normal in winter and that they would bring blankets. This is not normal as the other property we moved to had fully functional heating and was perfectly warm. This management company seems to work by agreeing to manage the properties of individual owners. But they appear to have not visited this property at all otherwise it would surely not have met any quality standards. Also booking.com has given this property a quality rating which it absolutely should not have.
