• Udo (5/5): Gut geschlafen, aber wahrscheinich kein zweites mal. - Das Zimmer war wie erwartet schlicht, aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Gefallen hat mir das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis und das gute Duschzimmer. Die öffentlichen Räume des Hotels sind in einem abstoßenden Zustand.

• Bettina Ta (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit dem Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum. Mein Zimmer hatte ein neues Bett und war soweit sauber. In der Dusch fehlte leider die Duschkabinentür und der Fön war defekt. Das war für mich kein Problem, aber es könnte beides bestimmt schnell repariert werden. Das Bad war leider nicht tiptop sauber. Hier könnte die Reinigung optimiert werden..

• Andereas (4/5): Schlechtest Unterkunft die ich je hatte. - Die Lage ist Okay Personal ist nicht deutscher Sprache mächtig, Die Handtücher sind grau statt weiß, im Zimmer ist dreckig, habe nicht das bekommen was ich bestellt habe.
• Georg (1/5): Katastrophal - Die Zimmer waren absolut dreckig. Der Kühlschrank sah aus als wurde er gerade vom Sperrmüll abgeholt. Die Kissen waren total verschimmelt. In der Dusche und an den Fenster war überall Schimmel.

Wie bekomme ich das Restgrld zurück! - Der Eingangsbereich Heruntergerissene Gardinen, Haare im Waschbecken und der Dusche.schlechte Reinigung, Lieblosigkeit bei der Gestaltung, es fehlte eine Duschkabinentür, Schimmel in der Dusche.

• Irina (1/5): Nicht so schön, wie man denkt! - Schlüsselabgabe ist jederzeit möglich. Zimmer waren dreckig. Besonders Küchenzeile. Keine Handtücher, erst nach Nachfrage und diese waren ULTRA hart, fast wie schmirgelpapier. Kein W-Lan vorhanden. Parkplätze nur 5 Stück vorhanden. Entspricht weder der Beschreibung noch den Fotos.

• Emma (4/5): - Ganz Ok, genügend Handtücher und sauber soweit. Ganz Ok, die Türklinke war kaputt am Bad und es war Seifen Streifen im Waschbecken, ich hatte ein Doppel Bett gebucht und zwei einzelne Betten bekommen. Zudem konnte man den verhackten Vorhang nicht öffnen.

• Anja (8/5): Zu empfehlen und gerne wieder... - Mein Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig, hatte ein großes Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe eine Nacht verlängert, auch das war kein Problem. Andere Leistungen habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Schräg gegenüber befindet sich ein REWE-Markt und eine Pizzeria. Es sind einige Parkplätze am Haus, ansonsten muss man am Straßenrand (30-Zone) parken. Das ist nicht optimal, aber das lässt sich nicht ändern.

• Switlana (3/5): Wyjazd na targi książki we Frankfurcie - Ciepła woda była. Łóżko wygodne.Miasto przeurocze. Dostałam mały pokój, w którym na połowie powierzchni nie mogłam się wyprostować. Ręczniki brudne, pościel czysta była na drugi dzień. Nie ma pokojów dla palących i nie wygląda to tak jak na zdjęciu. Komunikacja publiczna w mieście słaba, hotel daleko od dworca.

• Sascha (1/5): Schlimm, warum sind solche Hotels bei BOOKING - NICHTS, doch, kein Ungeziefer gesehen Verschimmelte Speisen im Kühlschrank, der auch noch abgeschaltet war. dreckiger Fußboden, TV-Verkabelung eher wie im fernen Osten (freiluftverkabelt), Sat-Receiver ohne Bedienung, Größen-Aufkleber von Kleidungen am Schrank und Bad-Spiegel, Fleck auf dem Bettlaken, Ausgefranste Naht. Bedienung Rollo am Fenster defekt, Steckdosen über dem bett nicht richtig befestigt. Wir waren einfach müde und haben in unseren Klamotten geschlafen

• Philemon (3/5): Nicht nochmal - Die Lage Der Mann an der Rezeption war unfreundlich, saß nur da und spielte am Handy als ich ankam. Hatte eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht und auch eine Bestätigung bekommen dass ein Zimmer frei sei, allerdings wurde mir dann in der Unterkunft ein Zimmer mit 2 einzelbetten gegeben und auf Nachfrage sagte der Mitarbeiter, dass sonst keine Zimmer frei wären. Die Zimmer waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt, unter dem Bett sammelten sich Haufen von Wollmäusen an und generell waren die Möbel und Betten in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand.

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, war aber auch nicht unmöglich. Mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten (z.B Gardinenordnung) wäre das Zimmer aufgewertet.

The tv was in a different language that was challenging to correct to use the tv into an understandable written language the shower was clogged and unserviceable. The smell in the Hallway was horrible. No soap in the shower. Disturbing stains on the wall. No cups for the tea maker. Only 1 Towel for 2 people... mattresses sliding.

Located next to the bus stop which takes you to Bahnhof Bad Homburg in 18 minutes from where you can get to Frankfurt city which is 8 stations away with train. Timetable is available.New bathroom in our room. Small fridge, tv set and decent room with enough space. There is always something we do not lile in this case not worth mentioning.

• Veronika (8/5): - Ich war in diesem Urlaub nicht an die unmittelbare Umgebung interessiert und habe somit beim Blick aus dem Fenster ein Hochhaus und eine vielbefahrene Strasse gesehen. Mein Zimmer verfügte genialer Weise über einen kleinen Kühlschrank, das Bett war sehr groß ( Einzelzimmer ). Das Bad war sauber, hatte leider keine Ablage! Im Zimmer waren im Fensterbereich Rohre über dem Putz und die Fensterbank war lose. Frühstück war okay und die Mitarbeiterin morgens war einfach Mega /Toll...Sie hat meinen Aufenthalt total aufgewertet...so freundlich und zugewandt Danke dafür..!!:-)))

• Rosi (8/5): Quiet place to sleep - This hotel is in an older building but the room was very modern. It was a good quiet place to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the small refrigerator. We had to make a call to find the desk clerk to check in, and no one was around at check out time. Maybe because it is the shoulder season.
