• Grega (2/5): Showers are the worst possible, dishes were dirty, very poorly cleaned appartment. - Location is not bad, it is not in the center but we knew that from the start. We prefered peace in the afternoon. When we arrived there was a problem with kitchen hob. It took us 1h to reset all the circuit breakers, which were not marked. Thenka god my friend works in construction so we fixed that.
• Katie (6/5): Great location - internal needs updating. - The location was ideal - close to the centre but also far enough away for a peaceful stay. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing by the pool with a covered area to eat. The internal bathroom was very tired and the drains smelled so bad we had to buy a reed w to eliminate the odour. The vanity unit was old and rusty (although this was replaced once pointed out to the owners). The kitchen lacked wine glasses, plates and utensils - again this was rectified in the first week once it was pointed out.
• Zara (7/5): Lovely big property but needs some updating - Very big and spacious surrounded by fruit trees and views of the mountains No cleaning Including the pool. Having read previous reviews, it appears none of the comments have been addressed.
• Kevin (8/5): Great poolside area but in need of some updating in the bathroom and lounge area. Great location for exploring the local - Location is great, located at the end of a nice quiet lane, only a 15 to 20 minute walk into the Port centre. Shop is on the main road so again easy to walk to. The pool area is great, covered area for dining or just chilling out of the sun. The pool is a good size with easy access steps. Kitchen equipment was all good not that we used much as loads of restaurants in the port to choose from. The shower is the main issue, not giving much of a flow of water and it is either very hot or very cold. However we used the bathroom in the garden, equipped with shower, toilet and sink. This shower gives more of a flow of water but still suffers with hot or cold water. This is down to the hot water tank/supply, the way it heats is either full on or nothing. The bathroom is in need of updating but it all works well. The seating in the lounge could also do with updating as not very comfortable for an evening either watching TV or reading a book. We did have an issue with the external bathroom toilet not flushing, after contacting the management company they sent a repairman. He said he was unable to complete the repair and would be back the following day to finish. He didn’t return before we left two days later however it was flushing fine so wasn’t a real issue.

• Stephen (9/5): Charming villa with a great pool in a good location - Fantastic outdoor area, good size pool, big shaded seating area, beautiful gardens and views of the mountain and not overlooked. Short flat 15-20 minute walk to town/beach. Interior rustic Spanish charm, some facilities dated but that did not impact the stay. Good size built in bbq and separate utility room. Ample parking Unable to access the outdoor shower room. Frame of sunbeds left black marks on skin and towels, worse after applying sun cream. Several mosquitoes, probably due to surrounding gardens but managed with repellents and keeping all windows and doors shut.
• Claire (6/5): Pleasant - Fantastic location within a 15 minute walking distance from the town and beach with a fantastic selection of restaurants. Set in a beautiful peaceful location with ample outdoor space and adequate living space indoors The villa itself is very tired and in desperate need of renovations mainly being in the bathroom which wasn't very clean when we arrived attracting lots of sewer flies which were a constant problem throughout the week, the shower offered a choice of freezing or scalding temperature no in between which kept it interesting. The kitchen wasn't really "well equipped" with only 2 working hobs and missing basic utensils to be able to cook a simple meal, most of the crockery we had to wash before use has had a greasy residue on them. No working WIFI when we arrived but resolved midway through our stay when I contact sealand villas. The ample outdoor space was great however disappointed with the pool filtration system as this just didn't seem strong enough to clear the debris and dead insects so spent 2-3 times per day netting out the pool, did request a pool clean half way through our stay which was carried out. There seemed to be a big issue with wasps in this garden and unfortunately resulting in my young daughter being stung several times - when raising the issue were told that the owners were aware of this issue and we were provided with a can of wasp killer. Air conditioning units in the bedroom noisy and initially spat out black dirt when switched on. The villa has so much potential due to the beautiful location but at this moment in time not worth the money
• Robin (6/5): A nice villa, with rustic charm, but in need of some improvements - Property location is close to town, yet very private. There is lots of space and the outdoor area is nice. The facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher were good. The shower is terrible - fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. The air conditioning works, but is noisy, and rattles. There are a lot of insects, such as mosquitoes - some insect protection would have been welcome. When it rained there were leaks in the roof.

• Julian (6/5): Lovely location, dated decor and plenty of mosquitos - Great location. Quiet area and only 15 mins walk into town where plenty of lovely restaurants and beaches Very dated interior. Shower needed running for 10 mins before any hot water. Plagued by mosquitos sitting outside in the evening. Pool wasn’t checked during our stay and both children came home with severe ear infections requiring hospital treatment and appointments. Mentioned to agent but was told children get ear infections from being in the pool too much - in 15 years of family holidays never had this before.
• Danielle (8/5): Great little property, perfect location - The pool and outside area was fabulous. The location was just a 15 minute walk into the Centre. Very private and quiet. Overall really positive and would recommend. It’s a very cute little place. We had no hot water in the showers. It didn’t bother us too much with it being so hot but I can imaging it being difficult if you had children. Property smelt of damp throughout and a little tired decor. Air conditioning only in bedrooms. The surrounding garden and trees were very picturesque however with this comes a lot of mosquitos. Once we got citronella candles and incense sticks we were all good - come prepared! Overall the positives outweigh the above.
