- Nada (3/5): Extremely disappointing. No value for money. - It was a clean apartment and in a good location which were the only two positives about this place. This “luxury” property is not what it is advertised as - a very disappointing experience with what was supposed to be an 8 night stay. The listing was very misleading.
- Firstly upon arrival we found out it is not the same property as advertised on booking. It was in a different building in a different location.
- There was no AC in the apartment though it is mentioned in the listing. It was hot and stuffy. When we mentioned this to the property manager they told us they can bring us a portable AC but as an extra.
- The sofa bed did not come with any mattress, sheets or pillows.
- The toilet came with zero toiletries and no waste basket
- Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable - the mattress was soft and springy due to which we did not get proper sleep.
- Apartment came with a washing machine but no place or racks to hang wet clothes
- The towels provided were all smelly
- No ironing facilities although it was mentioned
- No kettle in kitchen
- The main apartment door was very difficult to lock- key had issues.
There are certain standards which all apartments/hotels must meet that this apartment fell very short of. Too many negatives and missing amenties which are a basic requirement of any property, and we could not sit and wait for all these issues to be fixed. We were offered to see another apartment but one with less number of beds which would not fit the family. We decided to leave after spending only one night and requested a refund for the remaining days as this is not what we had paid for. However booking only agreed on a 30% refund which is totally totally unacceptable. Even though verbally we were told that in the event there are any issues with the place the money would be refunded. Never trusting booking again after this and we will be filing a formal complaint.
Please think twice before booking at this property.
- Dipti (1/5): Bad - booked apartment for 5 days from 21st june 2025 , reached at the apartment at 5.30 load the luggage via stairs as lift did not work, as i hav already have informed the host before reaching, as your lift is working or not, but she said its working. unfortunately the lift was not working when i reached. and we went out for dinner.

no air condition, BUT ITS MENTIONED INTHE FACILITY (U CAN CHECK)
when came back, bath tub is full with drainage water, whole house is stinking with drainage dirty water at 8.30pm on 21st June, 2025. Bathroom water was coming out towards room. shared
even though we used restaurant washroom for the night and morning also. when compliant raised to booking.com and host both at the same night, but they didn't help & host replied don't worry the plumber will come tomorrow morning sought it out.. How to stay without bathroom? we left the apartment in the next morning itself. and i raised for the refund but the HOST HAS REFUNDED ONLY 50% OFF THE BOOKING. WHICH IS NOT VIABLE.
EVEN I HAVE NOT USED A SINGLE THING INTO THE APARTMENT, ON THE WHAT BASIS SHE HAS CHARGED 50% ?
WHEN ASKED TO BOOKING.COM THEY ALSO DENIED TO HELP, I HAVE NOT EXPECT THIS FROM BOOKING.COM AS I AM A GENIUS MEMBER SINCE 2015. NOW CANT TRUST BOOKING.COM ALSO.

- Abdulmoghni (10/5): best stay in London - my booked apartment had maintenance issue one day before my arrival, the property manager Ms. Alessandra contacted me and offered me another apartment better and bigger (free upgrade). me and my family liked it very much. actually it was better than expected. from check in to checkout was very smooth and she was happily responsive when ever we needed to contact her. the apartment was luxurious very clean and comfortable very good location and neighborhoods.
for sure I will book again whenever I visit London. nothing

The accommodation was very clean, well furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of space for a family or 4. The washing machine came in very handy! Staff were very responsive and helpful with questions and I had a few! The experience made our few days in London enjoyable and memorable. N/A
