• Tytti (8/5): Good value for money with parking. Very kind host and easy to talk to. - Location was good and close to Kallio center. Great that parking also included. The host was amazingly nice, we forgot the key inside the apartment and he came quickly to open the door for us. Thank you and sorry again for that! Good bed, good sleep. It could had been cleaner, the fridge was really dirty and a bit of dust here and there. Bed cover was stained. Bed pillows were really used and the inside was like separated and not firm, needs new pillows definately.

• Yuriy Shur (9/5): Небольшая квартира в центре Хельсинки. - Удобная квартира в центре Хельсинки. Неожиданно в доме начался ремонт фасада, и стал невозможен выход на балкон. Ответственный хозяин по своей инициативе вернул часть оплаты, из-за причиненных неудобств. Очень узкое парковочное место, втиснулся в него с большим трудом.

• Andoni (8/5): BUEN APARTAMENTO EN CALIDAD-PRECIO PARA UNOS DIAS EN HELSINKI - Apartamento bastante céntrico en Helsinki. Buena calidad precio. Parking gratuito muy a valorar en los bajos de propio edificio. En una situación normal hubiese sido una estancia agradable, pero coincidió una ola de calor con unas obras en el edificio que cubrían herméticamente con plástico toda la fachada imposibilitando la apertura de la puerta y ventana de la terraza. No pudimos dormir casi nada. A destacar el ofrecimiento por parte de Jaakoo de un descuento en el precio, aun así debería de tomar alguna decisión para instalar algún equipo de aire acondicionado.
• Alessandro (7/5): - Host molto reattivo e preciso nelle indicazioni, posizione a 15 min a piedi dal centro, garage sotterraneo con posto auto privato, appartamento abbastanza grande Lavori in corso sulla facciata del palazzo, quindi balcone chiuso e finestre chiuse con telo di plastica, l'host mi ha avvisato ma troppo tardi per cercare altra soluzione...bagno antidiluviano veramente pessimo, era difficile anche sciacquarsi il viso nel lavandino causa pensile troppo grosso, cucina con attrezzatura minimale e particolari discutibili, come le spugnette per lavare i piatti sporche e consumate, le tovagliette unte e altro

Il proprietario molto corretto e gentile ad avvisarci dei lavori di ristrutturazione in tempo per poter eventualmente cancellare la prenotazione. Ottimo il posto auto coperto privato.

• Alison (9/5): Excellent to be able to stay so close to family in a very nice flat - It was a lovely homely flat to come back to after being out for the day. Excellent Wifi. Very clean. A couple of practical points - Wall mounted bedside lights would be useful, for reading and navigating in the dark. The shower not the easiest to use as the bath is slippery and the shower curtains are too long.

I sure will stay there next time I'm in Helsinki Everything was just great... no complains....
• Keng (8/5): Comfortable, very reasonably priced apartment - A very pleasant homely apartment with good facilities, with a balcony that we wished we could have enjoyed more, but the weather was too cold! Plants were welcoming. Owner was very responsive online, and allowed us to check in a little early. The apartment was buried deep within a housing complex, and we had to treasure hunt for the key, but the directions were clear, and we managed to follow instructions (the bicycle isn't obviously blue anymore though!) It isn't very close to bus or tram stops, but it is but a short walk across a wide bridge over the highway to the Hakaniemi Kauppahalli and bus and tram hub there. So not too far from the city center!

• Nyrie (8/5): A comfortable place to stay for a 3 day visit - The apartment was a very comfortable and a good size, clean and had all the comforts that you would need including a washing machine. The apartment was in a good distance from the bus and train so accessible from airport and into the city, even though only a 20min walk into the centre. Really enjoyed my stay at the apartment.
• Dawn (10/5): A delightful apartment that is comfortable, convenient, and perfect for our needs. - It was a very comfortable, cosy, tidy and clean apartment, with a good shower that had excellent water pressure, useful supplies for the kitchen, and really clever design features that we admired. Communications with our host was prompt and information about how to access the property were clear and detailed. The location is also really convenient — super close to the Tokoinranta parkrun and easily walkable for us into different areas of the city. I would strongly recommend staying at Merihaka! Nothing really to dislike. We had a great stay and have nothing to complain about.
• Divya_garg (9/5): Superb - The checkin processs was close to a nightmare. I approaced the building from another side and had to ask 3 people on directions. Finally a teen kid came to my rescue and helped me get the keys from the bicycle. It is very anxiety inducing experience to not have a smooth check in especially after a full day of travel and internatiom transit.

• Izziro77 (10/5): Perfect Location!!! - Very cosy and comfortable apartment in calm and quiet area, located near the city center with very good bus and tram connections to every part of Helsinki... the host very nice and helpful... the apartment very clean with all facilities you might need to feel comfortable... many shops restaurants and bars close to the location... I loved everything about this apartment... made me feel really at home in beautiful capitol of Finland. There was nothing I could not like... Everything was perfect and I hope to stay there again next time I'm in Helsinki.

• Dimitris (7/5): Good location and only that. - The location and the bed. In the beginning until we enter the apartment it was like playing in a treasure hunt. Searching for the parking place, after searching for a bike. It was really strange. Only one toilet paper for the 3 nights we stayed. Only a few shower gel. The second day the bottle was empty. Needs better cleaning. I am tall and I saw dust everywhere on the higher shelves and the bathroom’s mirror.

• Magdalena (6/5): Pleasant - Very bright and centrally located apartment with a small supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. All questions were answered super promptly, the host was always available to help, early check-in was possible. Comfortable beds. There is a huge construction site nearby so it can get noisy, also on weekends. The apartment is located in a concrete jungle, so not the nicest view and surroundings but we got to see a rabbit every day :-)

Towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included. There is also a dish washer, kettle and washing machine. Quiet place. Roads near apartement are under construction. But to be honest, that's almost everywhere in Helsinky these days.

• Zhen (7/5): Reasonable price for a big room, but inconvenient transportation. - It’s big with its reasonable price, and we can cook just like at home. It’s a little bit too far from tram stations, and some roads around are under construction, which made the situation worse. And there’s no dryer provided so you have to hang your closes until they are dry.
