• John (8/5): Great choice if you need place to stay for visit to North of Lanzarote & La Graciosa island. - convenient location. good view of mountains, very good wifi. I think some warm lighting using floor-mounted lamps and bedside lighting would improve ambience. A leaflet confirming wifi passcode, how to use hot water cylinder, etc., would be useful.

There was water coming in from the windows, the main door was not safe, the night table were not usable, there was mould in the shower courtains, the village was quite depressing. It was overpriced and the communication with the owner was poor.

• Alessandra Bertolini (8/5): Lovely host, great location, comfortable bed - The host is very kind, attentive, and responsive. The flat is in a very convenient location and the view from the bedroom is stunning. The bed is very comfortable. The neighbours downstairs are quite loud when they are awake, but luckily they go to bed very early ;) The lighting could be improved.

• Colin (5/5): If we go to La Graciosa again, we’ll not bother with the stop-over. - It was convenient stop over en-route to La Graciosa. This is a budget flat & not what we were expecting based on the ad. Uncomfortable mattress & pillows, very basic facilities & whilst clean, smelt heavily of the cleaning fluid used.

• Deborah (10/5): Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. - It was clean and had everything we needed. We had a problem with the kitchen tap and the owner arranged for it to be replaced within a day or two. It was just a couple of minutes drive to the beautiful beach. The owner was very attentive and kept in touch. We felt free to contact him at any time. On arrival access was easy. As it was the Lanzarote winter, the bedroom and bathroom doors had swollen and dragged on the floor making a loud noise. The owner tried, but couldn’t get anyone to fix it while we were there, but I’m sure he will, as it must be very irritating for the residents who live below. In the end we just left the bedroom and bathroom doors open all the time, it wasn’t ideal, but not a major problem. The village was just a bit too quiet for us as often there was nothing open for an early morning coffee. But no big deal.
