BGR (8/5): Goed genoeg, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Schoon appartement met volledig ingerichte keuken en comfortabele bedden. Gemakkelijke toegang van en tot de piste als er genoeg sneeuw ligt. Op loopafstand van de sleepliften. Steriele wat ongezellige inrichting en verlichting. De slaapbank was minder comfortabel om op te zitten.

Vilém (10/5): - Velmi pěkný a prostorný mezonetový apartmán (dost veliký pro dvě rodiny) umístěný v nádherné lokaci nad Söldenem cca 300 metrů od sjezdovky. Pokud je dostatek přírodního sněhu, tak je to ski in/ski out. Snadné objednávání čerstvého pečiva na další den. Matrace by mohly být měkčí, ale to je subjektivní preference.

Isabelle (8/5): - Modern, grpss genug, schoen eingerichtet, Kueche gut ausgestattet, grosse Baeder. Schoene Sicht auf die Bergen, obwohl wir in Appartment 1 im EG waren. Parkplatz vorhanden. Skiraum. Brötchenservice und Ladestation. Knallende Türen beim schliessen. Von der Wohnung im EG hoert man das Knallen von der Tür zur Garage, zum Skiraum und von allen Nachbarn. Ein bisschen weit von der blauen Piste. Kein oeffentlicher Bus faehrt diese Strasse hoch.

Jekaterina (10/5): Erholsame Auszeit in einer schönen Unterkunft - Unser Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders vorteilhaft waren die Badezimmer pro Schlafzimmer. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort (in der Tiefgarage sowie vor dem Gebäude), die kostenlos genutzt werden konnten. Ausserdem gibt es an der Gebäudefassade eine Ladestation, die gegen Gebühr genutzt werden kann. Die Gebühr kann bequem über einen QR-Code an der Ladestation beglichen werden. Gibt es kaum etwas zu bennenen. Etwas schade ist das Viehgitter auf der Strasse unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude. Man gewöhnt sich jedoch rasch an das Geräusch, wenn ein Fahrzueg darüber fährt.

Veerle (9/5): - Lokatie van het gebouw. Prachtig zicht op Sölden. Appartement was ruim en nieuw. Parking voor het gebouw of in de garage. Bedden waren veel te hard voor ons. Keuken aan de kleine kant. Weinig handdoeken.

Maher (8/5): We had a nice holiday and enjoyed our stay - Location is great and the apartment is nice. I would add more glasses and utensils as it was a bit tight for 5 people. I would also add benches in the garage to take out the ski boots.
Muncke (10/5): Thank you very much for the pleasant experience, and I can't wait to come back! - I loved how clean and comfortable everything was. The check-in was easy, as was the communication beforehand. I honestly can't wait to come back! The Wi-Fi only reached the bedroom closest to the front door, so the back bedroom's occupant had to rely on mobile data to access the internet. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Daan (8/5): Great appartment but not near skilift - Very spacious and brand new appartments with parking in basement (with heated runway against ice). Location is not near skilift. On booking.com it is currently still saying DSB Mittelstation is at 32m from the house. However this skilift was closed in 2022. Lady at reception told us that it was closed in January however this skilift has already been completely dismantled.
Max (8/5): Enjoyed our stay, comfortable apartment and good value. - The property is new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a heated ski/boot room and plenty of available parking. The location is up the hill above Solden with great views over the valley. There were no baths in our apartment (only 2 showers) and that was disappointing after a hard day of skiing. We also recommend you have a car. It’s possible to get to the piste across a field, or by walking to Innerwald, but the simplest option is to drive 5 minutes to the gondola and park there for €6 a day. You can also drive over to Hochgurgl/Obergurgl, which is 20 minutes up the valley and on the same lift pass. The check in desk for all Casa apartments is on the main road in Solden. Don’t go direct to the apartment!
Xue (7/5): Comfortable but bad WiFi connection is really bothering - The room is really big for a family of 4. 2 bathrooms are also very convenient. Heating works very well WiFi is the worst! If the WiFi won’t improve I think we won’t choose here anymore even all the rest are all nice.
Marta (9/5): Attention - no ski lift station near by. - Very new, very clean, versy spacious. With a splendid view over the village. Th information on Booking.com IS NOT precise. The structure is close to the ski lift (it runs 50 m from the building), but IS NOT CLOSE to the ski lift entrance station. You need to walk 15-20 min to get there. Otherwise you can try some shortcuts through the private fields to get to pista/slope.
