• Jim (9/5): Great place for the event we were there for. Would stay there again. - Very comfortable place to stay. Modern facilities and plenty of space. The tv volume on the remote didn’t seem to work.

• Laura (9/5): Amazing stay! - Such a great spot for families! The kids loved being able to see the sheep and going to see and feed all the animals at Scoops farm. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We were given plenty ideas of things to do and see in the area and would definitely recommend this villa to others!

• Belle (10/5): Beautiful!! - We loved our stay here! Was so great for our toddler plenty of space for him to run around and see the animals. Stella and Duncan were lovely hosts and the hand booklet they have made up for guests is wonderful! The place was clean and close to town also. Would definitely stay again
• Siau (9/5): Superb - A really cozy cottage! Beautifully decorated interior and the apartment was clean. We visited the farm with the permission of the owner and the farm animals were cute :)
• Julia (9/5): A great retreat from hectic urban life and close to nature, breathing the unpolluted natural air, memorable stay - Close to nature but comes with modern facilities. Extremely clean, comfortable settings, furniture, beds, kitchen utensils, cutlery, olive oil, salt, vinegar, etc. Hosts were really thoughtful and prepared a file with suggestions of attractions, details abt the property, wifi etc. the accessibility to the town for groceries and food place is only less than 10 mins drive. The steps to climb up and down to access the bathroom and the laundry room is outside the house. And it was pitch dark with no lights.

• Jessica (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at Farm View Villa. With its beautiful outlook and easy access to everything location. The property - Great location. Super spacious and clean. We did hear quite a bit of noise coming from the adjoining property.
• Stephen (10/5): 10/10 for value and location - The views were amazing. It was quiet and backed onto a sheep paddock which our toddler absolutely loved. The animal farm on the property was amazing and the owners were very accommodating. Nothing at all, it was the perfect stay for us. We will be back !

This property is spacious and wonderful for friends or family to - The property had a fantastic view that was so relaxing to be immersed in. Distance to MR township was only a short 7 minute drive and so quiet. It was cosy with extra blankets if it was cool or if you wanted to sit outside in the winter sunshine and escape a bit of wind. A very spacious villa! Watched lambs frolicking and kangaroos grazing over the fence. The sliding wire door was ‘broken’ and needs some maintenance.

Situated on a farm, with the possibility of seeing animals. The property is very comfortable, with everything you need and more. Clean and with very cozy decor. The internet works very well inside the property. Quiet place. Perfect for relaxing and exploring. We loved it! All good very good!

They provided a comprehensive and thorough local attraction guide. The facilities were excellent and location was convenient to the local area. Good country hospitality.
• Katie (8/5): A cosy retreat - Location is excellent with a beautiful view. Extremely clean and neat with a lot of kitchen/dining equipment and Bathroom needs. Scoops Icecream/Gelato is one of the best Gelato I have had anywhere in the world. Made locally by Italians, absolutely delicious! Worth the quick drive from Margaret River just for the Gelato! We also loved the visits from the funny Guinea Fowls! Access to the bathroom was a little challenging as the 3 steps were quite high (not great if you have knee or leg issues). A great additional would be a hand rail for stability and safety whilst going up and down the steps.

• Karen (9/5): A great farm stay! - The view of a morning was sensational. Kangaroos, sheep, chickens, etc, combined with a lovely sunset. The owners are delightful. It also has a petting zoo and ice creamery. The decor was lovely. Very clean too! It is also in a great location. Nothing!

• Susan (9/5): Farm View Villa was enjoybale because of the comfort of the villa and the rural setting - Loved the size of the rooms, the decor, the quality of the towels, crockery and kitchen equipment, the amount of the kitchen equipment, the friendliness of the owners, a good sized fridge, the ability to sit inside or outside, free wi-fi and access to Netflix ans Disney Having to book through Booking.com. I would prefer to book direct.
