- Pimenta (1/5): É fria, tem algo errado que nào consegui identificar. Parece algum tipo de golpe. - Cheguei no local, não era realmente um quarto de hotel, é um apartamento dentro do hotel. Mas o pior é que a pessoa responsável informa que a reserva foi cancelada, mas não foi. Alegou ter enviado mensagem, de fato enviou. Entrei em contato e ela informou que foi uma janela de tempo e que eu deveria cancelar no app. Eu disse que ela deveria cancelar já que eu não fui permitido de entrar. Ao olhar no app constava que havia o custo da própria diária para cancelar. Liguei novamente e a pessoa se recusou a cancelar com desculpa de que se ela mesma cancelasse, iria acontecer só meia noite. Gravei a chamada pois descofio que tem algum golpe aí.

- Carla (8/5): Very good - Great location, comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Manager always answered our questions and helped us quickly. Maybe too small for 4 people. No much space when the sofa-bed is open. But the manager did everything we suggested to make the stay more comfortable, including removing some chairs to give us more space.
