• ARLENE (8/5): Great price and location - Excellent location Good views easy to sightsee nearby. Good little kitchen setup, very roomy Excellent price for what you got Lounge chairs a bit uncomfortable, tight parking and being on a hill a bit hard to get in and out of vehicle Windows in lounge were dirty and bin in bathroom had last visitors rubbish in it. Freeway traffic was a bit noisy.

Thankyou for the rail on the stairs -it helped. Heater was dated and insufficient. It was very cold even with the heater on. Should the thermostat be turned up in temp? Glad there was a rail on the stairs as they would be difficult for elderly to use without it. Didn’t like the setup for the lamp and electric blanket on the single bed.

• Tony (9/5): Just what we wanted - A very nice property well fitted out very comfortable plenty of room with nice view of the bay - nice and local for airport Nothing in a way shame we only had it for the one night
• Maretta (8/5): - Nice enough, comfy with easy access. Nice clear communications from the hosts. The shower was lovely, nice pressure and nice and hot. We could hear the people talking through the wall. We had to either be outside on the little patio or standing at the bedroom window to see the stunning views, not quite what we had expected, from the living room we could see the neighbours roof.

• Liz (9/5): It was a great start to our holiday in TAS. - Location was ideal for close proximity to supermarkets and easy access to Hobart The parking space was ok for a small vehicle but would have been a problem for larger vehicle.

• kate (8/5): Handy spot w comfy beds and easy to navigate home.... - Great value for money. Handy spot. A/c only in 1 room n pty is west facing. Quite hot on our stay. Low quality/limited supplies.... (eg tiny long life milk, stale tea, polyester blend sheets). This however to be expected given price.

• Trinh (9/5): Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay. - The view, the openness and comfort of the apartment, various utilities, cookware, etc. The steep driveway and difficulties in parking and pulling out at that angle with little room to maneuver on the steep slope.

• Charles (8/5): Better than a hotel. - Near the airport. Easier to check in than at a hotel and also much nicer. Make sure you realize there is one bedroom with attached bathroom. The second bed is in the living room/kitchen area so if someone’s sleeping there, it’s necessary to enter the bedroom to use the bathroom.

• Rachel Khoo (9/5): Cosy Getaway near the Airport - Cosy house with most comfortable bed ever, just the right one for us to stay overnight after touching down from the airport, made a good impression upon our first night at Tasmania. Adequate amenities provided with even the nice hot chocolate with milk. Friendly host and easy communication.

• Elspeth (10/5): Clean, stunning views, great place to stay but a bit challenging if you have mobility issues. - The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and was thoughtfully and interestingly decorated. I kept finding more things to look at. I have mobility issues and the apartment presented some challenges. The slope of the driveway makes getting in and out of the car difficult. There are a few steps up to the patio where you get the best view and there are a few steps into the house as well as some internal stairs. For most people this would not present a problem.

• Denise (10/5): Stunning, spacious, quiet apartment with great views - This stunning apartment exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Split level. Lovely plush carpet throughout. Nice views from an outdoor deck. Very reasonably priced. Didn't meet the hosts (Mike and Sally) personally but spoke to them by phone (thanks Mike for your superb assistance). Regret we couldn't stay a lot longer. Highly recommend.

Lots of sundries available including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil) and a good variety of teas and coffee. Rooms are all a generous size, great views from the outdoor deck and a sun trap in the evening. We loved everything about this place.
• Keith (9/5): Great choice for Hobart accommodation! - Great accommodation in a location 10-15 minutes from central Hobart with a nice view at a great price. Really pleased l selected this option! Ensuite was the only toilet which was a bit inconvenient as my adult son was my travel companion. Living area got quite warm when temperature was high and sun was hitting the large western-facing window (even with blinds down) as it did not have air conditioning or a ceiling fan (but bedroom has aircon). It did have a portable fan. Shares walls with the other part of the house, so some noise can travel, but that was minimal and not really a concern for us.

It is more like staying in a family’s home who cares about the details and comfort of guests. Please be respectful and considerate when staying here. It is suited for people who are clean, tidy and will take care of other people’s homes.

• Peter (10/5): Fabulous - Very comfortable and spacious. Communication was good when there was an issue with the TV. I can highly recommend this apartment, it’s such good value. We loved it and will definitely be staying here again. No iron . Not negative -but the apartment is listed as “entire unit located on ground floor” If you have mobility issues there are some steps into the apartment and stairs into the living room.

Only down fall was my colleague had to come into the main bedroom to use the bathroom. But i understand there was no way around it. Not really an issue though, she just didn't want to wake me up during the night.

Good value . Lovely view for front room . Parking a bit tight for large vehicle but it is manageable . Washing machine would be a bonus for travellers .
