• Omar Wali (10/5): - The room was clean and the hotel is near taksim square , its easy to get food and the area was quiet. They also took out the trash regularily, and there was a local bazaar that setup that was too fun for shopping and getting stuff at really good rates, nearby are also chasmas and lots of nice clean restaurants with no alcohol

• Judith (1/5): La peor experiencia que e podido tener en este hotel - En absoluto es como pone en las fotos , el techo tenía goteras , había mucha humedad , la puerta no cerraba ni con llave estaba toda bufada de la humedad , las sábanas estaban muy manchadas , el aseo la tapa del bater no se mantenía , caía también agua del techo el tocado del aseo estaba en muy mal estado , te daban chanclas usas para poder ducharte, en la habitación había un armario con el cristal roto , la caldera de la calefacción también perdía agua, y el balcón daba a una zona que no sé ni a qué parecía cables colgando. Para subir a la habitación las ecaleras no cabía ni un dedo del pie de lo pequeñas que eran , te tenias que agachar para poder subir por q te tocaba la cabeza con el techo, la barandilla sería para un niñ@ de un años mínimo por q para adultos no. Este hotel no lo recomiendo para nada en absoluto.

• Ionut (1/5): No-no hotel - Nimic. Locația a fost foarte mizerabilă. Miros urât în cameră, fum,neaerisit, faianță căzută la baie cu mobilierul lipsă și totul degradat.Nu recomand la nimeni.
• Nandan (1/5): Your worst decision! - Even after booking the superior room and not standard for 4 nights, I shifted to a new hotel even when I knew I am not going to get the refund. The rooms here are not good at all, I didn't even step in the bathroom. Not even worth the amount you are paying and the hotel is in the worst area. In Taksim AHG Hotel is in budget, this is also the one I stayed in for the rest 3 night.

• Kamal (6/5): Super staff, so so hotel - Pros: the manager, Abdul Hamid. He was very helpful, and courteous, couldn't have asked for more. Helped me change rooms when I needed to, was helpful in everyway. A very good man, as were the other staff it was also very close to taksim square, and had good transport links as well as some good restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, the Internet strong. Cons: the "superior apartment", which said it has a bath, has no bath. It's not even an apartment, just a slightly bigger room. The bathroom had mould, and the so called shower was just a shower essembly right beside the toilet. The bathroom was a small toilet, with a cracked wall. The location is also at the bottom of a very steep road. As a disabled person, it was very hard to get down and up it, very tucked away. The room was cleaned rather infrequently, and in the 17 days I spent there, it was only cleaned and sheets changed twice.
• Emma (1/5): Bad - NOTHING Never go to this hotel, the photos are misleading and they'll give you a room that doesn't match the one you've booked. The room is supposed to be 30m2 but is in fact 7m2, you are promised a view of the city with a balcony except that we have a view of a wall. The state of the room is insalubrious, mold in the bathroom, toilet not flushed when we arrived, strong smell of cigarettes and broken closet as well as sheets with ash holes and dirty. The room was supposed to be for 2 but we had the equipment for 1 person (1 pillow, a shower towel, a single comforter...). Having paid for a room for 2, we asked for another room because it wasn't the one we had booked and this was refused by the staff and they had the nerve to make booking believe that they had done what was necessary following a complaint. Impossible to sleep with the noise from the drains, the neighboring rooms and the hotel staff who seem to argue all day and all night. In short, never go there, you're wasting your money.
