A 6h30, un thermos de café avec du lait et les tasses sont déposés à l’entrée de votre chambre; vous pouvez commander votre petit-déjeuner (l’assiette omelette+fruits+toasts est copieuse). Lleguamos tarde al lugar por el transito desde aeropuerto al hotel, hubieramos querido estar mas tiempo y disfrutar de la piscina y aereas del hotel, asi como probar otros platillos que seguramente estaran deliciosos.

• Tobias (9/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, man konnte aus verschiedenen Optionen und die Uhrzeit auswählen. Da ich fast jeden Tag tauchen war und dies immer sehr früh am Morgen beginnt, habe nicht nicht oft gefrühstückt. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, mit einem riesigen King-Size Bed, guter Klimaanlage (was essentiell wichtig ist bei der Hitze), auch hat es einen Deckenventilator, der die Luft gut verteilt. Es hatte einen Smart-TV, für Netflix, etc. den ich aber selten benutzt habe. Wifi ist ausreichend, aber nicht super schnell. Gut ist auch der Safe und der eigene Kühlschrank. Room Service kann man bestellen oder nicht, was ich eine gute Lösung finde. Ich habe den Room Service ca. jeden 4. Tag in Anspruch genommen - das Zimmer wurde sehr sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet. Die Inhaber und das Personal geben auch gerne Tipps, waren sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Es hat im öffentlichen Bereich einen Trinkwasserspender für kaltes und heisses Wasser, Kaffee, Mikrowelle und eine Eismaschine, dazu etwas Geschirr und Tassen. Das fand ich sehr gut, so musste ich kein Wasser im Supermarkt kaufen und anschleppen. Jedes Zimmer hat eine kleine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln zum Garten hin. Im Innenhof des Gebäudes ist der Poolbereich mit üppiger Vegetation. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es hatte genügend Liegestühle aufgestellt und man konnte je nach Tageszeit immer einen finden, der im Schatten war. Vom Hotel aus waren mein bevorzugtes Dive-Center "Rich Coast Diving" und Restaurants / Shops in 5 - 10 Minuten Fussdistanz zu erreichen. Den Transfer vom / zum Flughafen Liberia wurde mir vom Hotel empfohlen. War ein netter Fahrer, super pünktlich, klimatisierter Bus. Ich habe pro Fahrt US$ 65.00 bezahlt. Meine bevorzugten Restaurants in Coco: Naans & Curries (indisch), Santorini, (griechisch), Verde Salvia (italienisch), Soda Teresita und Café Corazón (beides lokale Restaurants, gut, günstig und grosse Portionen, ideal nach dem Tauchen). Es hat zwar Möglichkeiten zum Deponieren und Aufhängen der Kleidung. Ich war alleine und der Platz hat gereicht. Bei 2 Personen (falls meine Frau dabei gewesen wäre), wäre der Platz, resp. die Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von Kleidung zu knapp gewesen.

I wish they would’ve had regular cable TV so that I could keep up on world news and Sports! But the property was very cute attractive and looked very comfortable. • Roxann (10/5): - I loved this small boutique hotel. Only 8 rooms around the pool area, very quiet. There's coffee outside your room every morning and you can order breakfast and have it delivered. The people here are wonderful and helpful. The location is great 1 block from downtown and about 4 blocks from the beach. The room was very large with a king bed. Our stay there was amazing!!!! Can't wait to go back!! Not much space to put our clothes.

• Donita (9/5): - The location was very convenient. Natalie and her whole family were very welcoming. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The only complaint that I have is that the hotel room doors are sliding and the curtains are there but I think a good investment would be to install 2 way tint or mirror so everyone can't see in your door when passing by. I don't like a dark room or artificial light but if I wanted to just be in my lounge clothes in my bed I had to keep my curtains pulled.

The location was very good for walking the beach, shops and restaur - The property was modern and clean with very spacious rooms and lovely relaxing grounds and pool area. Parking was available, the AC worked well and water/ice/coffee was available all hours. The staff was always so friendly! The only suggestion would be to have a couple luggage racks or a bench for suitcases. Otherwise everything was perfect for our stay!

• penelope (7/5): Great location with a few minor setbacks - This is a very simple hotel which I loved. The location is great and it was quiet. The layout has a small pool in the middle of a beautiful garden with banana mango and other trees. There were lovely birds!The community feeling was really nice because every unit has its own small sofa and two chairs so people are outside and friendly. The breakfast and coffee delivery was a really nice touch too. Overalll the staff were lovely — one stood out as aloof but that was minor because everyone else was really friendly and accommodating. The room really needs just a few things to make it more comfortable: the bed was lower than the frame so it hurt when you got up —-it was also Pretty squishy, the pillows were flat pancakes. There was only one folding chair in the room and minimal space to put your suitcase up off the floor where there roamed the occasional ant or two. The sink in the bathroom only had hot water and when asked about it we were told after some minor inspection that is the way it is. If these get fixed/ upgraded I would give it a 9-10.
• Lonnie (10/5): Beautiful Oasis - Loved the inner courtyard with the pool. Like a little oasis in the hotel. The breakfasts were outstanding and very tasty. The family owners were always pleasant and very accommodating. Initially we were concerned about the privacy of the unique style of room with patio doors, but that was not an issue whatsoever. Not much. Small things mostly. The hotel is located along a partially gravel road that we walked daily. Just a bit dusty at times. The shower water was never hot. It's only ever got mildly warm.

• Bailey (10/5): Relaxing and enjoyable, we really lived the good life while staying at this hotel. - Loved our single-night stay at Hotel Good Life. We were a few hours delayed in arriving due to customs, rental car and highway traffic, but the hosts were more than accommodating. A warm welcome and two cold cervezas were all we needed to forget about our pre-arrival woes. In the morning, I was up early with the sun and appreciated that the staff - Vivian, she was so nice and personable - dropped off hot, fresh coffee in a carafe. They prepped my breakfast early and it was filling and delicious, with tons of fresh tropical fruit. The hotel grounds are calming, full of banana trees, lots of local cats around (Lucky was the sweetest), and I even saw an opossum in the yard before the sun came out. A short walk to the main strip and beach, it was nice being slightly removed from the action. All in all, a wonderful evening spent, and I truly wish we had more time here. The only negative was the plethora of crazy ants on the floor of our hotel room. This isn't the hotel's fault, really; they are an invasive species and are found absolutely everywhere in the country. I took a few minutes to kill them all.

Eggs were done nicely and timely The only thing not right was the bed, the sheets came off the bed almost every night because the bed topper was to slippery and they slid off!
• JayWalker (10/5): Great small boutique inn at an excellent price. - The location is great, especially if you have a car. Good Life is located on the edge of town furthest from the beach. It's still an easy, flat 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but away from the bustling traffic and noise of the downtown and beachfront. Coco offers many restaurants, bars and shops in the blocks around the beachfront and it's a fun little city at night. Having a car is helpful, as there are a few other small towns, beaches and restaurants worth visiting within a 10-30 minute drive. Good Life exceeded our expectations. It's a great value for the price and the features. There are only eight rooms, all surrounding the nice pool. The pool is all one depth, about 3.5 ft. deep. The pool is a moderate size, about 16ft x 25ft. Due to curtains and lots of tropical vegetation, each room has privacy. Our room was big, clean and quiet, with excellent AC and WiFi. The king bed, pillows and bedding were very nice. The staff is great... friendly, helpful and very responsive. Finally, the optional breakfast is well worth the price! Beautifully displayed and plentiful. You order what you want on a a provided list each night, mark the time you would like to be served, and breakfast is brought directly to your private patio. We loved each dish. Fruits, eggs, etc are wonderful and fresh. No big deal... as senior citizens, we enjoy adult beverages by the pool. Good Life does not have a bar, but you can bring your own beverages and keep them in your refrigerator. Ice is available on site.

• Jennifer (9/5): Relaxing vibes! - We enjoyed the private patios that looked out toward the pool (and the coffee waiting for us in the morning!). The whole property was nicely landscaped. The hosts were very friendly and accommodated a late check in for us. It was an easy walk into town and the beach. The beds were not the most comfortable.

The hotel was quiet, ideal for good night's sleep and convenient to LIR airport The beds were not as comfortable as hoped, in particular because the beds sideboards were even with or maybe slightly above the mattresses. So, needed more care then usual when getting into or out of bed

The hotel room was clean and nicely decorated and had a lot of space. The setting of the rooms around the pool was really nice. A quiet hotel away from the loud downtown of Playa Coco. The owners bring fresh coffee and cups to your patio each morning . A nice touch ! There was a bit of a sewage smell when we were outside the room. The beds were just ok comfort wise. Your can feel The springs in them. Maybe a mattress topper to help.

• Sandra (10/5): Wonderful small family run hotel - Small family run hotel, comfortable accommodations with patio seating for each room and wonderful breakfast option. Pool is open 24/7, warm and clean, which is an added bonus. Pool is surrounded by beautiful garden. Walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants, although the infrastructure to support walking in the area is lacking. Honestly, we found the hotel to be the best thing about El Coco. Everything was great.

• Andrea (10/5): Angenehm, freundlich, sicher, sauber - Gute Lage; etwas abseits und somit sehr ruhig, aber in 4 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand; für uns war das perfekt; Die Unterkunft war sehr übersichtlich und supersauber. Auch wenn man nachts ankommt. Man hat das Gefühl und die Gewissheit, es kein Ungeziefer oder ähnliche Überraschungen gibt. Die Betreiber des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und eine Mischung aus (deutscher) Gründlichkeit und Costaricanischer Gastfreundschaft. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Wir haben nicht wirklich etwas gefunden.

• JOSE CARLOS (9/5): - Es un hotel familiar con pocas habitaciones lo que hace que sea muy cómodo y silencioso. La atención del dueño es muy buena, es una persona muy amable. La cama es genial. Está todo nuevo. La decoración es perfecta. La tele no funcionaba. La piscina es estupenda, quizá le falta un poco de limpieza.
