• Antonino Merendino (9/5): - Casa davvero accogliente con tutti i confort che servono. Tenuta molto bene e curata nei piccoli particolari. Super consigliata davvero complimenti per l'organizzazione.
• Reece (3/5): Don’t bother staying here definitely not value for money - Nothing None of the keys worked properly and the door knob kept coming undone. The bed was hard a rock. The owner messaged us while we were flying from Australia and then was annoyed that we didn’t answer her message on WhatsApp which we did not have, we couldn’t get messages while we were flying over the Pacific Ocean. The gate was impossible to open. You needed two people to do it and the parking was horrendous. The car in the spot next to us had encroached upon our car park so much that I had to do a 12 point turn to get into my park. Also no top sheet and the doona was filthy also spider infested.

• Gilberto Saverio (5/5): Only breakfast without bed - Luogo semplice da raggiungere sia grazie a google maps sia grazie le super precise indicazioni fornite dall'host. Arredata con gusto, Pulizia ineccepibile, tanti accorgimenti e tante dotazioni utili dalle stoviglie al diffusore per il phon. Colazione ricca con ampia scelta, posto auto riservato Il letto è affossato, non si riesce a dormire...in più i cuscini sono alti e durissimi. Ho dormito sul divano che in realtà, paradosso, era comodissimo.

• Eleonora (8/5): - La struttura ha tutto quello che serve è attrezzata di tutto ed accogliente, letto comodo, bagno funzionale, cucina attrezzata con microonde e macchina del caffè che per me è fondamentale quando viaggio per lavoro e voglio essere autonoma. L'host molto gentile e disponibile Ahimè un forte odore di fogna nel bagno con scarico difficoltoso e la posizione non proprio comodissima. Se si arriva in autobus bisogna mettere in conto una certa camminata a piedi con salite e discese anche piuttosto ripide. Meglio chiamare un taxi (trovandolo).

• Manuel javier (8/5): Recomiendo el apartamento para visitar roma y tener coche !! - Tener tu propia plaza de parking si tienes coche en tu visita ,la ubicación con salidas de autovía tren etc el apartamento tiene buen aire acondicionado esta bien para dormir salir a visitar y volver a dormir unos cuantos días zona, tranquila la atención de la anfitrióna de 10 atenta y responsable recomiendo la estancia en este apartamento La cama algo dura para nuestro gusto mi estancia fue una semana y los ultimos dias se nota algo incomoda,el tostador de pan algo incomodo y la nevera no enfriaba mucho pero son críticas constructivas ,tener que pagar impuestos de turismo aparte de precio ojo de 6e persona y día

• Rosaria1 (7/5): MONO MINI! - Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questo monolocale pulito e moderno. Molto comodo il parcheggio davanti casa e la vicinanza al raccordo anulare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le bottigliette d'acqua, gli snack e le cialde per il caffè che ci hanno fatto trovare oltre alla cuccia e le ciotole per il nostro cane maltese. Chiare le indicazioni per il self-check in.. Per il nostro nostro soggiorno dovuto alla partecipazione ad un concorso di nostro figlio, non avevamo grandi esigenze ma il monolocale è davvero troppo piccolo per tre adulti ed un cane. Non c'era lo spazio per muoversi o sistemare i bagagli. Il bagno è ampio ma purtroppo devo dire che il soggiorno e la camera da letto sono davvero troppo risicati! Le dimensioni degli spazi purtroppo non possono essere modificate ma è evidente che la proprietaria è attenta rendere il monolocale accogliente. Detto ciò posso affermare che ci ritornerei o lo consiglierei ad una coppia.

• Vlad (4/5): Cozy spot in an inconvenient location and questionable service - On my last night in Rome, we stayed at Rome Grey Suite because it’s pretty close to the airport. While my intentions were pure, it didn’t end up being as great of an experience as I would have hoped. On a good note, they provided us with an assortment of snacks (chips, cookies, and a small dessert) as well as a juice box and a bottle of water. The apartment, while small, was cozy and I liked the décor in the bedroom. They also have air conditioning and WiFi—two essentials for me. The apartment was clean and it served its purpose for us. On the flip side, there are a few downsides. While the apartment is only a 10-minute drive or so to the airport, you’re going to have to pay more than you would expect for an Uber or taxi. Since it’s not in the center of the action, not a lot of taxi drivers are in the area so they hike up the rate since they have to drive out to you. If you want to take the subway, you can do so but it’s going to be a 20-minute walk to get there. So, the logistics didn’t work out in the way I hoped. Your dining options are also limited. We walked from the train station to the apartment at 2 p.m. and the only bar and restaurant we passed by wasn’t serving food at that hour. There are no restaurants that are super close to the apartment. Here’s the part that really irked me. We arrived in Rome from Verona, and as a result, got in a bit earlier than the 4 p.m. check-in time. I reached out to the host and asked if we could check in two hours earlier. He said yes for a 15 Euro fee. Which I declined because I don’t like feeling like I’m being nickel and dimed. It’s not as if they needed the time to clean the place. We arrived at 3 p.m. and the apartment was ready. We sat outside for an hour until 4 p.m. Not the sort of hospitality that I would have appreciated. Due to all of these blips, our stay was mediocre at best.

• Saeed (8/5): Very good - parking available on site, good decor and interior, well equipped and good layout inside. complimentary drinks and snacks left by host was a good touch city tax was not mentioned at the time of booking, a little bit difficult to get to location wise from the main road due to a steep hill

• Alina (7/5): Good and clean accomodation close to the airport - - Having the whole apartment for ourselves - Having a kitchen to prepare food instead of going out - Comfortable bed - Very friendly and helpful host - we could check-in 30 min earlier and he helped us with everything else as well - No problem to check out at night, since it’s self-check-in/out - You have your own parking spot and the area is closed by a gate - access only by key - Proximity to airport (15min by car) - Hand-held showering, because there is no holder high enough to stand unter the shower head, which is not as comfortable - Cold air from the aircon, does not fully reach to the sleeping area, so it was quite warm at night - The accomodation is perfect for one night due to its proximity to the airport and when you have a car, but I would personally not stay longer, since there isn’t much to see in the area

Also self check-in at any time was an advantage - very nice apartment with possibility of parking is very positive, good and quick communication with owner, everything was good :) Owner leave us something to eat and drink in the morning which was nice. Also apartment has everything what travelers can need. Going to city center using public transport from this place was a little tricky, main street you need to use to get to train is without pavements which was a little dangerous. Later at night we better use taxi. This is of course not a failure of owner but government. Talking about accommodation, everything was really nice. Thumps up!

He provided us with very detail specific information about how to get to the property. The property itself was wonderful - we didn't miss anything there. You get fully equipped kitchen, TV with Youtube and Netflix, chromotherapy, a fridge,...We could also use the washing machine (which was crucial for us). Really good quality for such price, even during Easter when there were hundreds of thousands people in Rome. We loved it and will happily come back :) The location, if you don't have a car, takes a bit of walking from Muratella (1.3 km), but we counted on that one, so it wasn't an issue for us. From the city center, I took us about half an hour to get to the property, which wasn't bad at all (given the tickets for a train costs 1EUR, this property was a great deal for us). Another advantage is that it is close to the FCO airport (15 minutes by taxi, or you can take the train from Muratella directly to the airport).
