• James (8/5): - Hotel was quiet for the most part, clean and easy to access, had to call for help the second day there cuz our toilet clogged and it was quickly taken care of The blinds in the room really did not do well to block out the sun light, making the room bright earlier and cause issues with sleeping, when checking in the lobby smelt a bit too much like smoke causing us to not want to check out the restaurant attached to the hotel

• Arnaldo (4/5): - La ubicación, ya que queda en Koreatown y hay muchos lugares cerca para chill después de ajetreo de todo un día en Los Ángeles. El estado de la bañera, encontré dos cucarachas (una debajo de la cama y otra en el baño) le mostré la foto al recepcionista.

• Ignacio (1/5): WORST customer service I ever had at a hotel - The bed is comfortable, and the room size is very decent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Basically, the hotel personnel didn't check me in because I didnt have a PHYSICAL credit card FOR a stupid $100 deposit. They didn't accept that I could use my credit card on the phone, not even cash. Regardless I had paid already via booking, the only response I got was "it's our policy". Booking already outlines that you may be asked for a credit card, but it does not specify that it has to be physical. They will not accept anything else. RIDICULOUS

• Nadia (7/5): Buena relación calidad-precio - Quiero destacar la limpieza del hotel, la habitación siempre estaba impecable. El estacionamiento gratuito es perfecto para una estadía en LA. Tanto el check in como el check out fueron rápidos y fáciles. La cama estaba bien pero no era la mejor en cuanto a comodidad, y el hotel en sí es muy ruidoso. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle, y el ruido que hacían los huéspedes del piso superior y los que pasaban hablando por los pasillos.

• Casanegra (3/5): Reminiscent of a catholic boarding school. - The size of the dorm room. SINCE WHEN ARE GUESTS NOT ALLOWED​? I was refused a third-night stay because management claimed I had "too many guests," which is absurd. During a 48-hour stay, I had TWO AFTERNOON visitors for a total of roughly 2.5 hours (one guest for each day of my stay). Neither guest stayed overnight, and we were never loud or disruptive. This was an extremely uncomfortable and off-putting experience, and I will not be returning to any Ramada properties.

Asimismo, la ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente y el baño también cuenta con un espacio generoso. Además, uno de los mayores beneficios es que el estacionamiento es gratuito, lo cual se agradece mucho. En general la estancia fue agradable y limpia, sin embargo, las habitaciones se perciben un poco antiguas y podrían beneficiarse de una renovación para mejorar la experiencia.

• Anthony (8/5): I would stay there again - the location is great for public transport and great for any event at The Wiltern theatre. the room was spacious for a single traveller and the king bed was comfortable. the shower pressure and heat was good. the place is a bit old but nothing terrible or too shabby about it. the lift, at least for the southern rooms, was so slow and hard to know if it would ever arrive because no indicator. the plumbing worked fine but there was a steady clinking sound through the night. the floors are wood so some noise from people above occasionally came through. but I would stay there again as these are small things.

The bathroom had mould issues, the shower mechanism was sub standard, the bath/shower base was so damaged it was difficult to keep steady feet. The fridge in the room was old and super noisy same for the aircon.
