• François (8/5): Een fantastisch weekend in Berlijn gehad! - Gezellig appartement op een top locatie. In de stad maar binnen en op de binnenplaats genieten van de rust. Het bed boven was van niet al te beste kwaliteit, matras is aan vervanging toe. Plus een uitdaging om er te komen via de ladder, je kon boven niet rechtop staan.

• Mónika (9/5): Lovely apartment in a good location - It is centrally located and easily accessible. The accommodation had everything you need for a few days' trip. The host communicated everything on time, so getting into the apartment went smoothly, as did leaving it.

• Moreau (7/5): Bon appartement mais mauvais personnel - Nous avons attendu 45 minutes (15h45) dehors dans le froid devant la boîte à clé car elles n’étaient pas à leur place. Réaction très peu rapide des loueurs.

• Andreas (8/5): Alles bestens - Die Lage ist super. Mit der Tram in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Wohnung ist sehr ruhig (im Hinterhof).

• Martin (3/5): - Die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Matratze. Der Abfluss der Dusche war vom ersten Tag an verstopft und die Dusche lief immer über und setzte das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Die Handtücher haben sehr muffig gerochen, so dass sie nur noch zum Wasser aufnehmen auf dem Boden genutzt wurden. Es mussten neue Handtücher gekauft werden, damit man sich abtrocknen konnte. Der Aufstieg ins Hochbett ist für Menschen über 1,80m sehr schwierig zu bewerkstelligen. Dies sollte man meiner Meinung nach im Inserat erwähnen! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern funktionierte gar nicht. Die angegebene Nummer antwortete nicht. Es gab praktisch nur eine Anweisung wie man ein,- und auscheckt über das Booking Portal und das war’s! Wir haben von einer fast 200€ pro Nacht teuren Unterkunft viel mehr erwartet. Sorry, aber nicht empfehlenswert!

• Eileen (4/5): it was okay, but we will not book again. not really good value for money. if you dont mind 100% cleanness, go visit. but - it looked okay at first, but to be honest it wasnt really thet clean: for example, first time I stepped in the bathroom you could already spot that it wasnt 100% clean (bathmat still had foot prints from previous person on it). also there is a large window, where there is no possibility to close the blinds. so a.) the room is very bright in the morning plus people cant watch you all day… staff was okay, but sometimes not responding. see first comment. also staff was banging on out room 5 min after checkout time, wasnt friendly either. like guys, chill, we‘re closing our trolley, its not that deep. but wasnt surprising either, given the whole situation and interaction with stuff.
• Christine (9/5): Wohnung super - Kommunikation verbesserungsfähig - Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet, der Raum genial genutzt. Die Küche kann gut zur Zubereitung kleiner Mahlzeiten genutzt werden. Durch die Lage im Hinterhof trotz zentraler Lage keinerlei Lärmbelästigung. Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Restaurants in der Nähe sind empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter haben Nachfragen nicht beantwortet. Auch telefonische Kontaktaufnahme war nicht möglich. Es gab kein Wlan, der Router war nicht verfügbar. (Damit auch kein TV möglich)
• Sabine (9/5): Perfekt für bis zu 4 Erwachsene für einen Städetrip - Sehr gute Lage, Schlüssel wird hinterlegt und Türcode zugeschickt, unkomplizierter geht es nicht. Kleines aber feines Appartement, das alles bereitstellt, was man braucht. Nette Gegend mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Tram quasi gegenüber. Die Heizung hat richtig gut funktioniert, ebenso alle Elektrogeräte. Die Kissen sind so riesige, weiche Knautschteile. Das ist nicht tragisch, aber ich persönlich tu mich damit schwer und würde nächstes Mal ggf mein eigenes mitbringen.
