• Elvira NORA (10/5): Marbella, impecable estudio con vista al mediterraneo. - El departamento es muy cómodo para una pareja, tiene todas las comodidades q se necesitan, es muy completo, desde las vistas al mar hasta maquina de lavar la ropa q no usamos, un lindo balcón donde desayunar, una cocina completa incluso con cafetera y hervidor de agua, el baño impecable, ademas de una vecindad super tranquila, o sea, ideal para disfrutar y descansar, TV q no usamos y aire acondicionado excelente, un saludo gigante a sus dueños. Recomiendo fuerte este lugar, 10 puntos. Volveremos Decir que algo no me gustó sería mentir, estuvo todo de diez. Gracias

• Juan (8/5): - Las vistas preciosas, la comodidad de estar en pleno centro y tener todo cerca. Restaurante, playa. Tiendas , pub. Etc . El agua caliente no salía ni dejando los tres minutos que comentó el propietario al final se tiene que duchar uno con agua fría eran más de 10 minutos y salía templada. Para mi gusto el colchon demasiado blando.

• Thomas (7/5): Great views - Small studio with great views. Quiet and a comfortable bed. The stove, fridge and washing machine worked well. Took 5 minutes to get hot water. The shower basis didn't drain well.

• Bhavya (8/5): Location and apartment superb but parking is an issue - Apartment is at superb location Parking is an issue ,no parking space ,difficult to enter car as owner dosent understands english and you have to search for a place on your own for parking,inside the society there is a parking space ,but its on first come first serve basis ,and all residents have already occupied the space but we could find one space and parked our car .

• David (8/5): Very good - Good Location for this Studio, near the beach and restaurants/bars. Decent Sea View between two other blocks. Shower was powerful. Very peaceful even though it is Central Lighting was very bright, no bedside lamps and bedspread could do with changing. Parking was hard to access,Left car on the road eventually.

• Miśka07 (6/5): Not as perfect as it should be - Very nice looking and modern studio, in a good location close to the sea side. In the picture like a brand new apartment. Fully furnished kitchen and bathroom, everything that you need for a few days. Perfect for people who want to stay there for clubbing, walk on the sea and don't use a car. Close to a few shops, good restaurants, bakery. As we arrived and finally found the parking place, we found two bottles of water in the kitchen. That was very nice and helpful. Thank you. Unfortunately we were disappointed by some things. First of all - we chose this apartment because according to the offer the parking place was included. In fact we got a key to two parking areas in the backyard, but they were always full. Finding a parking place on the street is a huge challenge, so we had to use paid parking for our car a few streets away. It was very annoying because we couldn't travel as we wanted. The second thing - the apartment looks like a new one but it's a renovated old flat in a very old building. The noise from neighbors and street traffic, even rain and sea were the entire day. No heating in March- unfortunately as we came the temperature in Marbella was like 12 degrees and rainy. Inside we had 17 degrees. The air-conditioning didn't let us adjust the temperature. Probably in the summer it's not a problem. But by that weather we couldn't properly dry even out towels after shower. Outside was too windy and rainy. In the bathroom there should be some fan, otherwise there stay for many hours after shower weather on the walls and because of noise and in our case cold outside, we were not able to open the window for longer time. And the bed is incredible soft - for us it's mean back pain, but maybe some people like it. After we arrived we had some issues with the hot weather. We wanted take shower around 4 pm and must use cold water. But then at late night and early morning everything was ok. Because of lack the parking place we left apartment early and came back late evening to avoid the stress. The view - hmmm, we could see the sea, that's true, but it is in between two other old buildings.
