- Alena (9/5): - Отель очень понравился, хороший ремонт в номере, было чисто и уютно😊 Номера действительно небольшие, но это не самое главное в случае, когда отель - просто место для сна) Было всё необходимое: очень комфортная кровать (что размер, что матрас), чайник, две кружки, фен, сейф, мини-холодильник, сахар и чай докладывали при уборке, которая производилось по просьбе, то же самое касалось и туалетных принадлежностей, в ванной все также было чисто, хороший напор воды, отсутствие плесени, чистые полотенца. Единственное, что хотелось бы, чтобы присутствовало в номере это: хотя бы одна тарелка и столовые приборы. Местоположение отеля неплохое, примерно 10 минут до трамвайной остановки и около 20 до метро.

- Роберт (10/5): Могу с полной уверенностью рекомендовать данный отель. - Это Чудесный отель! 1. Прекрасное расположение. Район тихий, по ночам не шумно. До ближайшего трамвая идти минут 10. До всех достопримечательности района Фатих идти минут ~15-20. Рядом есть небольшие магазины с продуктами, а если спуститься вниз по улице можно наткнуться на большое количество заведений с приятными ценами. 2. Чистота в отеле. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Вся мебель в хорошем состоянии. Отдельно можно воспользоваться услугами прачечной. 3. Хозяин отеля! Очень приятный мужчина. Всегда встретит вас с улыбкой и если возникнут трудности с чем либо, он поможет их решить.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was great overall. The best part for us was definitely the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Workers were very friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the dinner recommendations. Good wifi. Highly recommend.

Отличный душ с горячей водой, кабинка, которая помогает сохранить ванную комнату сухой. Мощный кондиционер, который не даёт замерзнуть. И вся остальная техника в пригодном состоянии. Хозяева отеля: Озхан и Рамазан - замечательные люди, всегда готовы помочь, решить любые вопросы, общительные и вежливые. В отеле чувствуешь себя, как дома, очень комфортно и тёплая атмосфера. Если мы снова поедем в Стамбул, то обязательно остановимся снова в этом отеле.

Na požiadanie toaletný papier i čisté uteráky. Domáci sa k nám choval úctivo a rad sa porozprával a čokoľvek ochotne poradil. Vchod ku schodisku k ubytovaniu bol situovaný zvlášť s vlasným kľúčom. Neprechádzate cez recepciu. V okoli sa dá výborne najesť za prijateľnú cenu. Schody úzke s batožinou trosku problémové. A menšia dvojlôžková izba, ostatné majú väčší priestor.

- Karima (10/5): Je recommande à 100% - Hôtel très propre, rien à dire, la literie était confortable et le ménage fait à la demande à la perfection. Il est très bien situé à quelques minutes du tram, métro et bus. Proche commerces et restaurants. Les principaux lieux touristiques à une dizaine de minutes à pied . Les gérants sont très aimables et serviables. La chambre était un peu petite mais sinon tout le reste était impeccable.

В номере было тепло (март 2026). Соотношение цена качество - хорошо! В общем рекомендую Кровать немного узковата и матрас слишком мягкий. Пожелание: можно было бы в общей зоне поставить микроволновку
- HazeySky (6/5): It's okay. - It's okay. The receptionist are welcoming and friendly. They move us to a much better room, when the first room has some issues with the heater. Thank goodness they move us because the first room is cramped. The bathroom was clean and doesn't have that bad smell which is a very good thing. There were ladies who are hangging out at the small receiving area, they stared at me and my boyfriend when we went down from the stairs, one lady asked us if we needed the room to be cleaned I just realised she's the cleaning lady so I said yes and handed her the keys to our room. But when we come back, she just cleared our bins, yes our trash, change towels and floor mats but our room was still not cleaned. I literally changed the beddings by myself. I'm not sure if the cleaning staff needs to be paid separately to do their job right or something. The hotel is small, so they only have stairs and no lifts...we were moved to 3rd level since the first room that was assigned to us has a faulty heater.

El personal es muy atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que sea, con honestidad. El barrio es perfecto si quieres experimentar el Estambul auténtico. Es muy seguro y tiene muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. Además, el hotel está a un corto paseo del Gran Bazar y de la Mezquita de Suleimán, y también muy cerca de Sultanahmet. Para repetir sin dudarlo.

Около хотела има изключително много ресторанти, кафенета и магазини с по-изгодни цени. Стаята е чиста и просторна с най-необходимите удобства - хавлии, чехли, сешоар, телевизор, климатик, кана за вода и чаши с няколко броя чайчета. Домакинът е страхотен и изключително услужлив. Ако го питате, може да ви предложи различни места около хотела за хапване и да ви упъти. В хотела се предлагат топли напитки сутринта на цени до 150 лири. На около има различни паркинг - Otopark на които срещу заплащане може да оставите колата си. В хотела се предлагат различни екскурзии - ние се възползваме от тази с корабче по Босфора като идват да ви вземат и ви откарват до мястото с лодката и после ви връщат. Препоръчвам хотела заради добрата локация, любезния домакин и чистота в стаята. Ще се върнем отново със сигурност.

- Daniela (10/5): Absolutely perfect experience - Superbe expérience dans cet hôtel de charme : je ne recommanderai pas un autre endroit que celui-ci pour découvrir durant un court séjour, la ville d'Istanbul ! Ozhan et son équipe nous ont accueilli chaleureusement dans ce petit hôtel, situé dans un quartier familial, dynamique, cosmopolite et très chaleureux. En amont même de notre arrivée, la communication avec Ozhan a été très fluide et bienveillante ! A notre arrivée tardive, nous avons été accueilli par le personnel : la chambre était d'une propreté et d'un confort exceptionnel !! Bien que petite, la chambre contient absolument tout ce qui est nécessaire pour pouvoir se reposer tranquillement ! Il n'y avait, malgré la situation de l'hôtel, pas beaucoup de nuisances extérieures ! Les principales attractions de la ville étaient à 15-30 minutes maximum à pied ! Grâce aux recommandations d'Ozhan, nous avons pu découvrir de beaux endroits dans la ville et passer un séjour que l'on n'oubliera pas de si tôt ! Le rapport qualité prix défie toute concurrence : un conseil, allez-y !! A bientôt Ozhan !! :) Tout était parfait !

- Igor (10/5): Trato familiar, atento, lugar limpio, renovado, bien comunicado, próximo a todo andando y silencioso - Sus dos propietarios fueron tremendamente atentos y amables, siempre pendientes de nosotros, de ayudarnos con los planes y visitas de cada día y recomendándonos los mejores lugares y restaurantes. Llegamos con retraso y, por primera vez en muchos años (en hoteles de esta categoría), salieron a recibirnos al taxi y a ayudarnos a recoger el euipaje. Las habitaciones son totalmente nuevas y con unas instalaciones impecables. Su recepción está abierta 24 h al día y eso da mucha tranquilidad. Además, la ubicación se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, llena de restaurantes y cafeterías locales pero, a la vez, muy bien comunicada por tranvía (a 5 min del hotel) y a 10 minutos andando del Gran Bazar o 20 minutos de la Mezquita Azul, Basílica Cisterna y Santa Sofía. Nuestro próximo viaje a Estambul, seguro será a este hotel. Está perfecto como está. ¡No cambiéis! :)

We felt safe, every day they helped us with our plans, made them even better with all the advices. Our kids loved their friendliness, they haven’t seen something like this before. We give the location and the staff 100/10 score! It was our first time in Istanbul and we will definitely come back and book the same hotel! /

Friendly and welcoming staff. - The staff (owners) of the hotel were really friendly and helpful for guidance and discussion. The room was clean and the location conveniently placed near a tram station. Definitely suggesting it for first time visitors in Istanbul.

- Krzysztof (10/5): - Centralna lokalizacja hotelu pomiędzy linią tramwajową T1 a pociągiem T6 zdecydowanie ułatwia poruszanie się po Istambule. Dzielnica małych warsztatów szyjących torebki. Sam hotel posiada małe pokoje więc jest idealny na nocleg jeżeli większość czasu spędzasz na zwiedzaniu. Pokoje czyste, wygodne łóżka, sprzątanie na życzenie. Nie ma problemu z ciepłą wodą. Właściciele bardzo życzliwi i pomocni. Udzielają dobrych informacji odnośnie restauracji, dojazdu czy zabytków. Jeżeli szukasz budżetowego hotelu to ten jest warty polecenia.
