• Giselle (7/5): - Clean and spacious apartment. Great to have a washing machine. We have been on motorbikes for 8 months, so it was a must. Walking distance to the main town area, full of restaurants. Good to have a sofa and dining table. We didn't feel safe leaving the motorbikes. The apartment is on the 5th floor. The kitchen could do with another pan or two and some tea towels. Unfortunately this is one of the worst showers I have experienced in my 8 months travelling from Europe to Morocco to India. No water coming out of the shower head, I had to wash under the tap. It went cold. Not good.
• Radavičiūtė (7/5): - Overall, a very warm and pleasant person. However, I believe it would be better to inform guests in advance if something in the property is not working or if there are issues like low water pressure, rather than only mentioning it upon arrival. When you’re traveling and looking for a place on short notice, there isn’t much time to go around searching for other options. We also noticed there was a gas stove, so we bought a frozen pizza, but upon arrival we found out that it wasn’t working. Overall, everything was good, but there is definitely room for improvement.

• Byron (9/5): - Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber! Die Lage ist super und sicher und der Ausblick in der Tat auch Klasse! Die Ausstattung ist rundum gelungen! Es war alles sehr sauber. Kleinigkeiten: Das Bett könnte etwas stabiler sein und der Duschschlauch einfach ausgetauscht werden, da er schnell abknickt. Ansonsten alles super!

• Margherita (8/5): Casa carina, buona posizione e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - la posizione era ottima per visitare sia il centro città sia come punto di partenza per fare gite al nord dell’Albania. La casa era complessivamente carina, soprattutto la zona giorno, ed era molto pulita. Leo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha permesso di posteggiare la macchina comodamente sotto casa. il bagno si allagava facendo la doccia e la pressione dell’acqua non era molto forte. L’edificio era un po’ vecchio. La cucina non era fornitissima, c’era l’esenziale. Il letto scricchiolava un po’.
• Evy (10/5): - Het is een ruim mooi ingericht appartement van alle gemakken voorzien! Het was zo’n 15 min lopen naar het centrum en dicht in de buurt van een supermarkt. De host is erg vriendelijk en hielp ons met wat we konden doen :) -

• agnes (8/5): Prima verblijf vlakbij het centrum. - Centrale ligging, plus niet in toeristische gedeelte, in woonwijk. Appartement is comfortabel, ruime slaapkamer. Parkeren aan de straat, rustig. Iets meer keukenuitrusting: bekers, schaaltjes enzo
• Isaura (9/5): - The apartment was exactly like the pictures. We were greeted by Leo's mother who explained to us how everything works. Both Leo and his mom are very nice and hospitable. Leo was always quick to respond when we had questions. Overall a great stay in Shköder! The apartment is on the 4th floor, so carrying the luggage up & down was a bit much. And also there is a plug for the boiler in the bathroom we were not informed about at check-in, this causes the water to be touching electricity and makes it give shock. This was easily resolved by turning the switch off, which Leo informed us about, after we enquired about it.

• Rahul (6/5): Overall average experience for me - The host was very friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The location is conveniently close to the city center. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning was excellent, washing machine was working, especially in the hot weather. An okay stay overall, but there were a few areas that could be improved. At times, there was no water in the apartment, which seemed to be a municipal issue but was still inconvenient. The bathroom shower had low pressure, and the kitchen lacked basic utensils — the kettle wasn’t working, and the electric stove occasionally gave small shocks. Also, paint was peeling from the ceiling above the stove, making cooking difficult. With some maintenance, the experience could be much better.
• Jane (8/5): Clean, good value - 12 minute walk from promenade, parking, safe, comfortable. Shops nearby Outside of the building looks very rough but the apartment inside is very nice. But the neighborhood appears to be safe. We felt OK walking late at night

• Julie (10/5): An authentic accommodation experience in Shkoder - The friendliness and helpful attitude of Leo the host made our stay very special. He responded quickly to our messages and made sure any issues were resolved (eg. He arrived next morning with a brand new kettle when we reported that the original one didn't work). We liked the location, in a residential area away from the town centre, but easily walkable (8-10 minutes). The exterior and shared stairs are "basic" but, for us, this added to the authentic feel of our stay. The apartment itself is on the 4th (top) floor - NB no lift for those who can't easily manage stairs. It's light and spacious, with plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the view from the small enclosed terrace (room for 2 or 3 people to sit in there) and its large windows had mosquito screens fitted. The kitchen area has adequate facilities for cooking, although we had all our main meals out. The large fridge was useful for drinks and breakfast food. The apartment has one air conditioning unit in the lounge, although we didn't need it (we like the warmth!). I can imagine that some guests would find the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom rather uncomfortable (although a large fan is provided). The bathroom has a shower, handbasin and toilet and there is a mosquito screen at the window. Not much, really! I've already mentioned the air conditioning and external decor. The furniture is OK, though dining chairs slightly wobbly and the bed comfortable enough, but a little too soft for our taste. There was a strange smell in the bathroom at times (presumably the drains), but we've even had this in hotels and it didn't spoil our experience unduly.
• Sean (10/5): Excellent stay and fantastic host - The property was great. Good location (also easy walking distance from the bus stop), great value, very clean,and Leo was a wonderful host. He gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with all our questions and needs we had. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it for your trip to Shkoder. Nothing. It was all great.

• Anne (10/5): Beautiful place close to the center - The host Leart was super nice. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and spacious. Nice view from the balcony, living room and bedroom. Walking distance to the center (10 min) and easy parking. We can recommend it 100%. no AC, but there was a ventilator which helped to cool down a little bit the bedroom for the night.

• Armand (9/5): Superb - Very beautiful apartment, beautiful design and high quality. I was really pleased with the host, Leo who was very attentive and super accommodating. The location is a bit of a distance from the center (but still fine) and the building exterior needs some work.
