• Karl (9/5): Stijlvolle studio met mooie authentieke elementen en heerlijk jacuzzi. - Prachtige en stijlvol gerenoveerde studio met hoge plafonds en zalige jacuzzi. Centrale ligging Kamer ligt op het gelijkvloers dus geen uitzicht.

• SYLVIE (10/5): Logement d'exception - Logement de grande qualité, loft élégant, jacuzzi incroyable, logement parfait pour se promener dans chaque quartier tout à pied. Excellente adresse, nous avons étés enchantés de notre choix de logement pour notre week-end anniversaire, sans hésitation nous reviendrons. Sans incidence sur notre commentaire mais un sèche serviette serait bienvenu pour notre confort afin d'avoir du linge de toilette toujours sec.

• Stephen (2/5): Great location but property was not fit for purpose... not enough hot water!! - The location and size of the property met our expectations. The bed was comfortable. It was only a several minute walk to most things, ie Cathedral, Alcazar Palace, directly opposite Casa de Pilatos, and many, many more amazing places. The city is rich with beautiful architecture, historical places, incredible food and amazing squares to rest, relax and sample the local beer, wine, cocktails and much more. There was not enough hot water in the jacuzzi to fill it above the side jets. So on our arrival, our plan of a hot jacuzzi and a bottle of bubbles to start the luxury stay, didn't happen. We should have stayed at home. On the second day, the company sent someone out to change the thermostat; it solved the problem with the hot water to the jacuzzi. Yippee!! We were very happy and we had enough hot water to use it as a bath, as the shower didn't have enough hot water for 8 days. Yes, this was great to be able to bathe in the jacuzzi bubbles, but it took 30 minutes for the jacuzzi to fill to a level you could begin to use it, half full. As a visitor to Seville, it is our idea on a morning to be able to get breakfast, shower and ready for the day ahead... is this too much to ask?? As I mention about the shower: there wasn't enough hot water in the second boiler, to heat enough water for the shower, bathroom and kitchen sinks. Not impressed, when the property is advertised as a luxury studio. There wasn't enough hot water for the 3 three facilities, because if you washed the breakfast dishes in the kitchen sink, then shaved in the bathroom sink... there was only enough hot water for one person to shower. Thankfully, the jacuzzi had enough hot water after the second day, with the 30 minute prep time lol. Is this luxury???? Hot water is a basic essential to get ready for a day of sightseeing in beautiful Seville. After being in contact with Minty Stay, I was still very disappointed because it took 8 days to turn up the thermostat on the second boiler!! Why couldn't they have done on the second day, when they sent someone to turn up the thermostat on the boiler for the jacuzzi? The property manager, the technician, came out on the 8th day, ran the sower for 10 minutes and found that the hot water went cold.
