• Eduardo (8/5): Local com bons acessos e boa área de dormir . - A localização era perfeita . Relativamente perto de tudo o que precisamos fazer e descobrir na cidade . Cama muito confortável e espaço cheio de luz natural . O wc por ser de paredes de vidro não cria um ambiente confortável , fica-se muito exposto . Tivemos 2 percalços na estadia mas que rapidamente foram resolvidos pelo staff muito atencioso . Acho mesmo que deviam rever as condições do wc .

Odeur d'eaux usées présente dans la salle d'eau, réceptacle de douche très abîmé, cassé. Manque de documentation touristique comme plans de la ville et des transports dans l'appartement.

Apartament przestronny, bardzo przyjemny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Okna wychodzące na trzy strony, zachwycajacy widok z jednej strony na dzielnicę Brera, z drugiej na Porta Nuova. Brak wad. Może przydałby się jakiś pled, koc do przykrycia w chłodniejsze noce.
• Jennifer (8/5): Decent - The property was in a great location and even located next to a landmark. It was about a 5 minute walk near Garibaldi FS station, which was super convenient for travel, and about a 15-20 minute walk to different sightseeing spots such as the Duomo di Milano. The size of the apartment was nice for 1-2 people, and I’m glad the heating was functioning as it was very cold during the week I stayed. There were no issues with WiFi, plumbing, heating/cooling. I loved that there was a heated rack. The view in the morning is beautiful on one side as well. The price was on the lower end vs stays closer to the main attractions, which was my determining factor since it was only about an extra 5-10 minute walk. I had no significant issues with my stay and it was decent. There are a few reviews that I was wary of, but the following is some minor feedback.: 1. Finding the key to enter. There is a video provided, but it isn’t in the same location. The lockbox is further down the path than shown, so updating this would be helpful. My cab driver helped me search for it, and it took us awhile, but it was near the bikes. 2. Drains: There is a stench from the pipes after the use of the shower. This is from old drains. A cleaning solution can be put to help the stench, but otherwise, not much can be done. 3. Insects: There were not mosquitos, but what we call drain flies, that are attracted to water. I killed about 15 during my stay. They are harmless, but annoying to see. 4. Shower: the floor tiles are “broken” and can be dangerous if stepped on at the wrong angle in my opinion. You need to be mindful of your step. There is no place to put your products on, so items had to be placed on the floor or counter top, which I found unsanitary. Depending on the angle of the shower head, you can accidentally spill water into the kitchen area. 5. Bedding: it’d be nice to be told there were extra towels, sheets and pillows in the sofa bed. My friend arrived later than me, so I was unaware. The sofa bed, to me, was more comfortable than the actual bed. It is not a pull out bed, rather, the couch you lay upon. Bedding is thin. 6. Sound level: it was often loud since there was a busy road beneath. There would often be ambulances and cars honking. I am a deep sleeper so it wasn’t that bothersome. But bring earplugs if you are. 6. Additional toiletries are not provided. if you are out toilet paper, you must buy your own supply. There is no laundry detergent provided either. 6.5: the washer in the stay is small. You cannot wash heavier items like sweaters, maybe two shirts and undergarments would fit. 7: response from staff: Very curt. Slow responses. 8. Price: it is on the expensive side. But it suited my needs at the time.
• Cristina (8/5): Great location, average accommodation. - The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The space itself is minimal but suitable if you simply need a place to sleep and don’t plan to spend much time in the apartment. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell coming from the drains which was very unpleasant and at times nauseating. This significantly affected the overall experience and made the stay feel overpriced for what was offered. It is unfortunate that this has been mentioned many times by people staying there and still there has been no maintenance on this point. The bathroom could use some small attention points — there is no shelf or space to place toiletries in the shower and the shower tiles are cracked, causing water to leak onto the floor. The check-in process was also more challenging than expected and could be made smoother for guests. There is also quite a large deposit to be paid after booking. So be aware of that. This place has so much potential to be more comfortable and homey, if they would just put some love into it!

Host is always available. Bathroom was smelling bad. I think it was a general problem of the building but it was not good.

• Adnane (1/5): Séjour très décevant – conditions dangereuses et frais cachés - J’ai vécu une expérience très désagréable dans cet appartement. Avant-hier soir, l’électricité et le chauffage ont complètement cessé de fonctionner, alors qu’il faisait environ –1°C dehors. J’ai essayé de contacter l’hôte plusieurs fois, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse pendant toute la nuit. Il n’y avait aucune couverture supplémentaire, et j’ai dû passer la nuit dans le froid glacial, sans pouvoir dormir. Cette situation m’a rendue malade et a gâché le reste de mon séjour. Le problème n’a été résolu que le lendemain, bien trop tard pour éviter les conséquences. l’appartement était inhabitable toute la nuit. À cela s’ajoute une odeur insupportable provenant des toilettes, qui n’ont aucune aération. L’odeur persistante rendait l’appartement encore plus inconfortable et difficile à supporter. En plus de cela, l’hôte m’a imposé 38 € de frais supplémentaires pour le check-in, un montant qui n’était absolument pas indiqué sur Booking lors de la réservation. Ce frais caché est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Le manque total de communication, les conditions dangereuses et les frais imprévus ont rendu ce séjour extrêmement décevant.

• Olivia (9/5): Chic, simple and light apartment in a fab location - Loved everything about this apartment! So much natural light, gorgeous bathroom and comfortable spacious bedroom. Very simple style but that’s all we needed for 2 nights in Milan. We were obsessed with the location and loved walking down Via Solferino and finding places to eat and drink. Lovely views from the windows and in general would recommend. The bed was huge and so comfy!! Only a few small dirty areas on the bathroom tiles just build up of grime not actual dirt.

• Kendall (8/5): We could see ourselves living here! Great spot, not a 20 min walk from the Duomo and right in Brera with a vibrant night - Amazing light, comfortable, and clean. Well situated and charming. There is a slight mold smell in the bathroom but we were able to open the windows and mask the smell with a little dish soap.

• James (10/5): Exceptional. The hosts are available 24/7 to attend to all the questions and if any problem surges. - The location was exceptional. We were located in the middle of Brera and the business district of Milan. I did not expect the views we had from every window. It really made the difference in our stay. I would have liked the door to just open with the keys and not with the code or phone activation. Once we arrived without phone battery and were a bit confused on how to open the door but then managed.

We were suggested to move to another apartment (which is twice as far from the centre) for a night until it is cleaned. Yet we had a refund for this inconvenience, the fact that we weren’t notified in advance makes me upset. Also agree with other reviewers on the complicated check-in system.

• Christina (8/5): Comfy stay at apartment in a great location - Wonderful location. Great amenities (kitchenette, laundry machine, iron etc). the place was comfortable and cute. The host Guido, was very pleasant and responsive. He offered to try and get us some sort of reimbursement for the inconveniences incurred during the stay. Unfortunately after one hour after arrival, the power went out. We had to go downstairs to the basement to reset the breakers and it was a time consuming process. We assume the power went out because we were utilizing the laundry machine and the AC at the same time but I may be wrong. The temperature wasn’t at a very low setting

Probably my fault but didn’t realise it wasn’t a “non smoking” apartment. The couch had visible stains. It was also a bit of a challenge find the lock and unlock the appointment but as mentioned above the host was really responsive and was able to talk me through.

• Alasmary (1/5): I regret coming to this apartment - It's the worst place to stay First, I had booked, but entering was difficult, and communication was difficult. I waited for hours and did not find anyone, and the password given was incorrect, and there is no respect for time. The owner of the apartment does not respond to messages. I tried to contact him, but I could not. Almost the owner of the apartment responded coldly to tell me that it was not the same code given by Booking.com, and a bad smell was coming from the apartment. I don't know if it was cooking or what. And when I left, I forgot my watch on the table, and i am sure that it is there. I called the owner of the apartment, and he did not answer. i told him that I will come back next week. When I come there, he said that he did not find it, and I am sure that it is there. But what I want to say is that it is a shame, and I do not advise anyone to go here. It is not secure and communication is very difficult
