There are nearby food stalls and shopping. The bed linen and towels are very clean. Air-conditioning and water heater are excellent. The window glass was not properly cleaned. Hence, the view was not very pleasant. Limited TV programs.

• Avin (7/5): Nice stay for couple of days , good location! - A lot of Supermarkets around the hotel, and a bank and ATM machines across the street which was very helpful! Metro and train station right below the building, was very convenient for transport into the city. Communication with the staff was extremely difficult unfortunately they did not speak any English, and even though we used translation on phone it was a struggle at times and very time consuming and not able to put things across clearly.

Chiuveta din camera sparta, zgomot infernal de la strada, geamurile murdare. În general era mizerie în hotel, liftul și geamurile de la întrarea în hotel murdare. Insa pentru locație m-as mai întoarce acolo dar ar trebui sa ia masuri urgente în privința curățeniei.

Il problema è che al momento della prenotazione il 10 novembre booking ci ha subito addebitato sulla carta l'importo della camera e quando ci siamo presentati all'hotel il 1. dicembre la receptionist con fare aggressivo ha preteso in tutti i modi che pagassimo a loro di nuovo la camera perchè dice che booking ha trattenuto il pagamento a titolo di caparra e non per pagare loro e che ci restituirà i soldi al momento del check out, cosa che dopo 10 giorni non è ancora avvenuta. Receptionist disonesta, e mi dispiace perchè in Cina non abbiamo mai avuto problemi come questo. Ora booking non vuole restituirci i soldi e nemmeno l'hotel. Vergogna! Il soggiorno non è andato male. Think more about customer detail needs will improve. - Front desk staffs are very nice and helpful, especially staff #408 and another guy and they are excess my expectation, Location is the best with fair price. Most ridiculous is the TV in the room only has pay service/TV, even the local broadcast TV channel you need to pay. (first hotel I need to pay for the local TV channels) It means forcing customer not to watch TV. Breakfast is average, most of the stream food are cold and not hot at all (Disappointed). This should be improve easily. The room does not look too much detail cleaning. Windows are very dirty. Construction noisy is unbelievable loud.

• Fui Min (4/5): All of us said we will not stay here again if we come to Shenzhen again. Quite disappointed compared to the Guangzhou P - The location was good. Near the Luohu station and shopping area. The building was shared with other tenancy. That’s mean the lift everybody can use. The outsiders can also come to the hotel’s room levels, not safe at all. The breakfast area just liked the canteen. Went to the SPA level, it was not belong to the hotel. Don’t look ‘clean’.

Internet was unstable throughout, not very helpful and the receptionist also acknowledged this problem ? The breakfast room needs to be enlarged to accommodate the number of guests! Also, the breakfast timing should change from 7.30 am to at least 6.30 am! Quite disappointed not to be able to watch even local TV programs at all especially local and international news !

I have to ask the staff to bring a humidifier to help the circulation in the room. Horrible hotel and staffs were impolite compares to other cities in China. Very disappointed.

• Fung Suk (7/5): Spacious room with walking distance to subway - Spacious room with comfortable bed that made the stay feel like at home. The staff was friendly and helpful. During our first checked in day, the aircorn was malfunction and immediately the staff assisted us to change to another room and ensure the aircorn functioning before leave the room. However, we found out the bedsheet with smoke smell despite it was midnight we request to change room the next day morning. The staff again and had made the room change accordingly and sent our luggage to the new room without us to waiting room to be vacant. It was a nice stay in the hotel. Beside that, the hotel is very near to subway within 5 minutes walk. Smoke smell in the hotel lobby include lift. Although we had change to new room, however, the smoke smell remain but lesser than the previous room. To a person whom sensitive on smoke smell, do consider otherwise, it is actually a good stay hospitality.

• Semyaninov (8/5): Все отлично, прожили неделю, никакого дискомфорта - Отличное соотношение цена/качество, уборка каждый день, удобная локация, 5мин до метро и почти так же до вокзала, завтраки хоть и не европейские, но можно найти что поесть. На 6м этаже есть прачка и гладильная доска. Интернет нормальный если есть нормальный впн. Нет возможности открыть окно, в связи с чем окна очень грязные(
• Sabrina (8/5): hat gepasst - Das Hotel war gut. Die Zimmer groß und sauber. Das Frühstück bot auch für den westlichen Geschmack etwas Toast, Obst, Eier und Joghurt sowie Kaffee. Die Kollegen waren sehr freundlich und die Lage direkt am Bahnhof für uns sehr praktisch. Trotz Bauarbeiten auf der Straße hat man in den Zimmern nichts gehört - allerdings ging auch kein Fenster zu öffnen, man musste also die Klimaanlage zum Lüften nutzen. Die Teppiche auf den Gängen hatten schon einige Flecke. Die Rauchverbotszeichen schienen für manche nur Deko zu sein - man ging öfter in den verrauchten Aufzug, das ist uns in China aber häufiger passiert. Es gab keine Minibar und auch keine Möglichkeiten im Hotel Snacks oder Getränke zu kaufen. Die kleinen Läden direkt um die Ecke hatten aber auch spätabends noch auf. Restaurant haben wir nur zum Frühstück besucht - im Bahnhof direkt um die Ecke gab es aber für jeden Geschmack Möglichkeiten.

• Hua (9/5): 对柏高酒店满意，推荐大家入住。我们下次在深圳还会住这里。 - 柏高酒店地理位置很好，非常方便去罗湖口岸。吃东西可以去美食街，买东西可以去罗湖商业城。地铁和火车站都很近。我们住在十楼，保洁员工作认真，房间清洁、干净卫生。接待处工作人员也很好，特别是陈琳工作非常负责任，热心帮助顾客，非常敬业，很有耐心，礼貌待客，非常棒，给她一个赞！ 不知道为何酒店窗户不能开窗通风，房间里没有行李架，大件行李只能放在地上，整理行李不方便。
• Yana (7/5): - Close to the station and border to HK; good price; quite clean. Communication was sometimes a challenge, but in the end everything was fine. Google maps have wrong location on the map! Use booking map or du app! Even though they have non-smoking rooms, ventilation smells of smoke from time to time; there are smokers everywhere in common areas. Breakfast is not impressive (tried once and skipped for the rest of the stay). Strange bathroom arrangement, especially, for twin room.

• Harry (2/5): Stay away - Great location Booked a non smoking room, they put me in a smoking room, odor was awful so then I got moved the following day as there was not any rooms on the day left. Moved in to new room and the toilet was blocked, reported it and they came unblocked it left dirty toilet water in the seat and the tissue out the toilet in the bin next to the toilet! Absolutely disgusting. WiFi does not work, fridge was not working in the first night room I stayed in. When reported all this they don’t speak English or understand at front desk! As helpful as the ladies tried to be it just wasn’t very much so! Then being told that our toilet system does not flush toilet paper and bins are provided for the tissue I think is actually disgusting that you can’t go to the toilet without flushing the toilet paper! Apart from these few things, after reporting these things and complaining to the management I’m told by email we hope you enjoyed your stay at paco! Would not recommend if you are a hygienic human.

• Nenad Stancl (8/5): - Location is very good specially if you want to visit Hong Kong or Macau.You can go on foot to Hong Kong border. Rooms are nice. Bed confortable. Laundry room free of charge. There ia no any TV channel. You can prwss ok, but nothing happened.I asked and they firstly said ..."we will come ro room to fix". But they didn't come.After half an hour I came back down to desk. Then they told me that they do not have. At least they can say that at the first place.
