• Emma (10/5): Alojamiento muy especial - Apartamento muy cómodo y con unas vistas impresionantes, sobre todo al atardecer. La cama nos sorprendió para bien, muy cómoda y se descansa genial porque además la zona es bastante tranquila. También nos gustó mucho tener piscina, cocina equipada y lavadora/secadora. Fueron muy amables y nos dejaron una nota de bienvenida con vino y galletas. Habíamos leído comentarios antiguos sobre el desagüe de la ducha y humedad en el baño, pero durante nuestra estancia estaba solucionado y no tuvimos ningún problema. Además, aparcar por la zona fue bastante fácil todos los días. En general una experiencia muy buena y repetiríamos sin duda. Nada. Todo genial
• Juan esteban (5/5): Vistas y ubicación de 10 - Ubicación, fácil aparcar , secador de pelo, vistas , cocina, lavadora, secadora y vino y galletitas de bienvenida. El baño tiene un problema para drenar el agua de la ducha por lo cual el apartamento de inunda. Tienen comentarios por el mismo tema desde diciembre.El baño se le cae el techo , humedad. Cama incómoda y debajo de ella sirve de almacén para guardar herramientas y hasta una escalera . Falta un espejo en el salón . El sofá del salón incómodo

• Stevanovic (7/5): Beautiful and well equipped apartment with an Amazing view - The view is incredibly stunning, the apartment is well equipped. I would specifically highlight hair dryer - perfect for demanding women’s hair. Additionally there is always free parking spots in front of the property. The neighborhood is quiet, so you can rest. The apartment has an issue with ants, we didn’t leave any food out of boxes/fridge but they were everywhere, from kitchen to bathroom. Very annoying.
• Astrid (6/5): - The view is beautiful, location is good (20 minute walk to the old city centre). It was not clean with black hairs everywhere. Shower drain did not work so the room flooded. Small bed.

• Jean-Michel (9/5): Très très bien, mais aurait été parfait si des humains s’occupaient de la gestion plutôt qu’une intelligence artificiell - La vue est exceptionnelle La communication via un AI bot laisse un peu à désirer, surtout lors de l’arrivée, car les informations relatives à l’accès ne sont pas communiquées spontanément, mais uniquement sur demande.
• Kećoli (10/5): - Spectacular panoramic views. Well-equipped bright apartment. We really enjoyed it. We didn’t have any problems with arrival and the door like some others pointed out. The owner reached out and was available for anything we needed. The apratment is near the old town (Veguetta-Triana), we went by foot (20 min) which was really convenient.
• KarlSchlemmer (3/5): Traumhafter Ausblick mit Ameisenkolonnie und Smarthome-Türen, die um 1 Uhr nachts mehrfach fspringen - Traumhafter Ausblick mit Ameisenkolonnie und Smarthome-Türen, die nachts um 1.30 mehrfach aufspringen + Panorama-Ausblick über Las Palmas ist traumhaft dazu gibt es einen Pool, eine elegante Einrichtung und neueste Ausstattung eines Smarthomes. Soweit so gut. Aber: Ameisenkolonnie in Küche, Bad, Flur. Der Kühlschrank ist gefühlt der einzige Ort, an dem die Ameisen nicht über Essen herfallen. Und: Sicherheit ist etwas anderes: In der Nacht gegen 1.30 sind die Türen des Smarthomes (Portal außen zur Straße als auch die der Wohnung) mehrfach aufgesprungen. Man fragt sich, was passiert, wenn man nicht wach ist. Es gibt ein Gitter vor der Tür, das schwer schließt, aber die Mühe es zu schließen, ist empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht mit offenen Türen schlafen will. Die Kommunikation optimierungsfähig: Gefühlt wird man nicht ernst genommen, man solle sich nicht so haben wegen ein paar "kleiner Insekten" oder der Sache mit der Tür. Die Wohnung sei sicher ... (fragt sich nur für wen) Fazit: Wer auf Ameisenkolonnien steht und mit Türen, die nachts wie von Geisterhand geöffnet werden, klarkommt, kann eine tolle Wohnung mit Mega-Ausblick genießen. Ansonsten nicht empfehlenswert.
