• Karine (8/5): Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble - Bel appartement situé au RDC d'une jolie maison de ville confortable et bien agencée, située proche des commerces, de la gare et de la plage. Très bon accueil d'Ana, personne très gentille. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du patio extérieur. Les enfants du premier étage sont très bruyants , jouent au ballon, tapent dans les murs et crient beaucoup. Nous sommes donc restés à l'intérieur. Dommage.

• Denis (10/5): Exceptional - Superhost and perfect fresh-renovated apartment with all you need for living. The train to Barcelona is 5 minutes by foot.
• Dulcealma (5/5): Nicely renovated, spacious, central apartment with no sound insulation - Ana who greeted me to get the keys is a lovely woman but Hauzify is not a lovely company and neither is Roger the manager. The apartment is a nicely newly renovated property and it was very clean. All appliances and supplies provided as needed. It is spacious and nice for a family or group. The flat is central so easy to walk to the shops, groceries, the beach, restaurants etc...very convenient location. The price charged is including the parking garage which is obviously useful in the city center. As there is no sound insulation, everything can be heard from next door, outside and the worst the one upstairs neighbor the guests share with; they were very noisy and the combination led to a highly uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. Even after being told by both the owner and Ana, they simply were not capable of being considerate and were even more noisy. Weekdays I was woken at around 6:30am. I had asked to leave and obtain a refund but the Hauzify management (Roger) refused and told me it was not their problem to deal with neighbors who make noise (even though there was only one and the owner of the house must know if it is well insulated or not before renting it to tourists with a non-refundable rate). Roger from Hauzify was very unpleasant to deal with, never apologized, does not care at all about guests experience or comfort, has no skills in hospitality, made a bad situation worse and was rather rude. I have never used Hauzify and never will again. Beware of their non-refundable policy, you will never see your money again (oh unless you give them a good review first then just trust them to return the money after you leave...right...I have never heard of putting a condition like that on a refund from any company similar to this one). Hauzify cares about the apartment, the owner, the money they get from the guest but the lowest priority is the guest (you know the one paying the money) and their comfort and experience. The garage is incredibly tight and only for small cars. I had a small car but was still constantly concerned to scratch the sides. In summary, if you do not care about noise and understand that you are on your own to deal with problem neighbors on holiday then everything should be fine. They offered me 3 nights refund but I did not give the keys back? did they mention I had to leave and stay 2 nights elsewhere at my own expense but never refunded me?. They said if I gave them a good review as condition THEN they would refund me!. HORRIBLE!
